I went with the mind set of returning my device and the young lady Liz was extremely helpful and instead of returning my device I upgraded my other line and got a new watch to match. Really great full for the new face in town A+++ extremely recommend her..

Tevin and Daniel helped me get my mother off Altice and onto my T mobile account. They also helped her transfer her info from an old I phone 6 to a new I phone SE. They had infinite patience dealing with Altice, which took hours. literally. And they were friendly and nice. My mom is 90, and she asked them why there were no chairs. for them, or clients. we sat on the window ledge. Both men were very knowledgeable, especially since they had just joined the tmobile family two weeks ago.

Went there on Thursday 11/22 right before 12pm. I was I a rush to get a new phone, but when I looked through the glass window there was a costumer being helped by 2 employees and I didnt feel comfortable going in with a person without a mask. I guess they knew him cause every time I go there they make sure I have it on. Not coming back

The staff was very welcoming when I came in with an iPhone issue right before the store was closing. I have been to other locations, and this one was the best. Fred and Sebastian were knowledgeable of the products and answered all the questions I had. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Over all service was good but they did send me home with a non registered phone. After coming all the way back and waiting around a few minutes all was finally working.

The Salesman Pete or Peter (cant remember his name) who was working here was great! He had a lot on his plate, was doing five things at once and was super patient. He went out of his way, even was calling Puerto Rico to locate a tablet for me (not something you see often in retail and sales). Thank you for helping me with my upgrade & my free tablet!! Give this guy a raise or an award or something he is fantastic! I also really like how I dont have to drive all the way to Yonkers or Cortlandt now when i have a problem with my phone. Very convenient location.
