We had wonderful professional service with everyone involved in our purchase. Joe P. Was very friendly and knowledgeable of his products. He showed and explained everything to us. The mechanics that installed our flooring and carpet were punctual and excellent. The end result is we love what we have and will certainly use Westwood again!

As an interior designer, I have used Westwood Flooring over the years for my personal and my clients wood flooring needs - sanding and staining existing floors and installing new wood floors. Recently, I began using Westwood for my tile and stone and I must say they are fantastic! Their showroom is well laid out, easily navigated and absolutely not overwhelming although their tile and stone options are broad and deep. The showroom Manager Donna, is an absolute professional. It is because of Donna that I will continue to work solely with Westwood because she is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to source something that I need and/or find something that is close to what I describe. She is usually on the mark, and always with a warm smile. She honors her appointments and communicates the status of orders and projects regularly and clearly. She is a designers dream and I give Westwood 5 stars for both selection and service!

Working with Donna at Westwood Flooring was by far the best and easiest part of my (stressful) home renovation. She was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and helpful. Our floors and tile look amazing and I just want to thank her for all her hard work.

The Westwood team did an amazing sanding + staining + polyurethane job on the floors of our newly purchased house. We were floored (pun intended) when we saw the new floors - it felt like a brand new house. Pat and Dominic were awesome to work with - flexible, incredibly knowledgeable, very helpful (we couldn’t decide on the stain color and their guidance was perfect), accommodating and an impeccable attention to detail. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others and we look forward to working with them again at some point!

Not professional. Not on time. Failed to communicate issues or delays. Had to come back to deliver another flooring piece that was not correct for the original installation and they were STILL hours late, without any communication. Whoever runs this place is doing a shoddy job. They are not the least bit professional, and have no care for customers, their projects, or schedules. Entirely disappointing and frustrating business to work with.

This place should be embarrassed by their lack of professionalism. They forced me to buy certain flooring pieces which they said I needed to do the job I was doing (I didn’t actually need them), and when I called them about it they avoided my calls and my trips to the store. When I finally got them to talk to me they refused to refund me the extra money they forced me to spend. Absolutely horrible. Avoid this place at all costs.

See Donna - she really knows what shes doing. We picked Kitchen floor tile, backsplash tile and countertop materials in an hour and a half. You actually order the countertop at the other location on Crompond Road in Cortland Manor which is where they make up the countertop but you can see it all in Ossining.Thanks Donna!

Joe from Westwood did an amazing job on refinishing - the quality of his work was excellent. I will definitely use Westwood again.

I found these guys by accident back in 2008 and have used them for (4) separate projects since then. Prices Thomas quoted are were slightly better than everyone else I checked. But the hidden quality is their responsive and attention to detail as all (4) of my projects required custom ordering. Highly endorse Westwood

But they are not just flooring they have some of the best tile selections anywhere as well as granite for any application..The Ossining and Wilton showrooms have wonderful product lines with samples that I have not seen anywhere else and the Old Greenwich location antique and reclaimed flooring selections are one of a kind...Their sales people and installers are the best experts Ive ever worked with and the only way you will know how good they are is for you to stop by and visit their showrooms for yourself... Westwood Flooring installed hardwood flooring in our kitchen, dining room, family room and bedroom. They did a great job! Victor makes sure that everything is to your satisfaction. He is a great resource in all areas of flooring. The installation was perfect and they worked very quickly. The installers were very professional. We were so happy with the flooring work that we used Westwood for our kitchen renovation. The granite top was picked from the slab yard on Rt 202 in Cortlandt Manor. I had the best time picking out the beautiful granite that is now in my kitchen. The only problem is that it is so beautiful I dont want to put anything on my counter tops!! Anthony was a tremendous help in my decision making. He is a granite expert. I also purchased tile for my back-splash. The entire staff at the Ossining showroom was helpful and very patient. They provided many samples to take home over and over again until I was happy with my tile choice. We highly recommend Westwood for flooring, granite and tile. We have told many of our friends and neighbors about how satisfied we were with Westwood. Thank you.

I see there are some bad reviews for these guys, Ive used Westwood on a few occasions for different floors in my home and had experienced nothing but professionalism and I am a pretty picky guy. I think Pat is great and I would use him again for sure!
