Was camping in the area and had an issue with our camper that we bought from a different dealership. Our dealership wasnt willing to do anything to help us out despite the fact we paid for extended service plan that covers having a tech come out and fix any issues.Mike Stevens returned my call quickly. His schedule was full and couldnt make it out but he diagnosed the issue over the phone with me and walked me through fixing the problem (our electrical panel was smoking and appliances were coming off and on).Within mins, the problem was solved and we were back to our camping weekend.I certainly know where Im going for my next camper!

Very nice people. Helped me with a water problem even though they didnt have the item I needed in stock.

We used Big Moose RV Sales for warrantee work on our Santabel water system. According to our insurance rules, we needed an estimate before work could be done. The Big Moose employee checked out the problem, told us what needed to be done, but refused to provide an estimate, telling us that the insurance company would cover it. We had to have the problem corrected as we were getting sewer gas up into the rig.When I went to get reimbursement from the insurance company, it was disallowed as we hadnt gotten a prior approval of the estimate. When I contacted Big Moose, all I got was an apology and notice that the employee had been terminated the previous year. Avoid Big Moose if you can. Affordable RV Repair in Tamworth is the place to go!
