Two years ago I went to JD in Ossipee to buy a tractor. The sales rep never called me back. I took my money to another dealer, saved 2000.00 dollars and go every thing, tractor and implements delivered to my house.SALE LOST ! The other day called to purchase another implement. Five and a half hours no return call . Called again oh he will call you . Not a peep. I’m really surprised they are still in business. I’m going to call and purchase my implement where I bought my tractor. They seem to want to take care of and help their customers. NEVER AGAIN A true waste of my time and time is money.

We were referred to Rick by a friend. Drove an hour to see him to help us pick out a tractor in our budget. He was beyond helpful and friendly. We highly suggest Rick for your tractor purchase needs!

Pretty good service, they do have the plastic walls up but other than that absolutely no COVID regulations despite state wide mandate. :/

Update: I contacted United ag and turf like they requested below and they never contacted me back about my complaint.I took my saw to MB tractors, N. Conway and Gorham, and they took it apart on the counter talked to me about the maintenance history and what i though the issue was. They get 5 stars!I took my saw there and they didnt look at it until I called them a week later and told them I was coming in to take it since they wernt going to. When I got there it was in peices they had no idea what was wrong with it. They played the blame game from step one, you put bad gas in it I dont, you dont mix your gas I only use sthil brand products in my saw! Unprofessional and unhelpful id rather drive to Conway or Gorham and go to mb tractor! These guys are hacks! They dont even work on John Deere tractors like my 310a

Yet another business that doesnt care about their customers enough to wear a mask. Other United Ag stores everyone has one. These folks appear to not be concerned if they might infect their own customers. It might be fine on the repair floor, but the sales floor should show some respect and concern for others.

Great dealer! Just got a new lawn tractor today. Dont buy your machine at the big box stores, a John Deere has great prices plus great service!

Bought our first tractor here and have been extremely happy. Dwight helped us the figure out what we need and dont need and treats people with respect. When it was delivered, they went through everything and made sure that my husband had all the information needed. They were very helpful and since we have gotten other parts. Dont see any reason to go anywhere else.

Went to John deere in ossipee nh yesterday. We needed a riding lawn mower. No one was available to help us and we left name and number for them to call us back. Never called.So today we went to woodmans and bought a cub cadet.Apparantly you really dont care on making a sale. Your loss

I continue to get no call back no matter if it is an email or phone message. They take payment up front and then I need to constanly chase everyone.

North Country Tractor is without a doubt a top level professional store. I had the pleasure of being their delivery driver for last year and a half and met many great people, both as customers and coworkers. I will always have fond thoughts of this company and continue anyone I talk to about the professionalism on display everyday!

Unlike most of the other reviewers of this business I had an unfortunate episode with a sales staff that seemed to be almost avoiding me (as a customer) when I went to pick up a tractor I had just offered to purchase from them. An advanced phone call, a trailer Id towed for 90-minutes to get to the place, and the fact that Id spent the better part of 40-minutes in the pouring rain waiting to pick-up the unit, didnt deter the sales staff from ignoring any of this while they chatted with other customers.... not even a wave, or a nod of existence from any of them. Very sad. Never again.

We do all our Deere business here. Dwight is super! Just bought a new a Ariens snowblower. Again Dwight took good care of us!!

Spent a half hour at this shop looking at inventory picking up brochures etc. At no time did anyone even notice I was there. Everybody was preoccupied way too busy to notice me. So I guess thats why you see so many orange tractors around, guess Ill go check out the Kubotas maybe they dont have more customers than they need like deere.

The sales staff doesnt seem to be attentive to their customers. 3 phone calls, e-mail and two times stopping in. I had a snowblower i knew i wanted just had to pay for it. I called the sanford branch of north country and had great service. Ossipee is 15 miles closer but i will never return again.

Update: it’s been a year so I figured in try again. If I could give zero stars I would.Terrible service. Every time Ive gone in, Ive had to wait several minutes before being helped. I dropped three chains to be sharpened, a week later I went in to pick them up - still not done and they had to search for sereral minutes before they could fine one of them. I waited for close to 20 minutes to them to sharpen them whileI waited.Unless you absolutely need Stihl brand equipment/accessories go to Windy Ridge in Tamworth.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff was able to deliver what we ordered quickly.

Would give a zero star if I could. Went to Ossipee twice in a week to buty a tractor. First time 6/2 nobody would even talk with me. Second time was last Friday 6/8 and the sales guy was too busy and told me he would email me quote on two specific models. Took my phone number and email. Never heard from him nor did I get a response from an inquiry I made through contact us. I went to Woodmans down the road and bought Husqvarna on Saturday morning and picked it up two hours later.
