I have been a customer of discount tire for many years and this location by far gets 5+ A+ rating. The manager Emmet is really appreciates and value customer service. If you are one to never buy extended warranties, I suggest you do. We bought a set of Coopers in 2017, with the warranty, and within the time frame, had a belt separate in one. We were close to the 80,000 miles anyway and in a bad spot financially to drop $500 on tires, so that was going to have to wait.I was on my way home from an oil change last weekend and thought Id drop in to get a price and just see if there were any warranties, because, I cant keep paperwork ya know. Oscar helped me, looked at the tires, pro-rated the remaining 3, covered the one with the broken belt and replaced all 4 warranties, mounted, balanced, disposal fees and all that other nonsense. Needless to say, I walked out paying less than 1 custom wheel for a set of tires. So yes, in this case, extended warranties do pay for themselves. Discount Tire did a great job in making sure that the warranty covered as much as possible.

Ive been going to this location for years. They always offer great, friendly service. The fact that they offer free air checks and tire patching is a huge bonus. It has made a loyal customer out of me.

Very disappointed with the service they forgot to align my car tire pressure was going up and down like crazy staff was in a hurry to leave luckily the car was pointing it out and we arrive just in time before they left! Please ladies make sure the work is done correctly check your tire pressure because they take advantage of women at anywhere.

I love this location! They know their tires, they have great prices and they get me out of there quickly. They have however failed in one area consistently. They fail to program the TPMS modules on both of my cars when they do the Winter/Summer tire changeover. This will be the fifth time theyve forgotten to do this and it pisses me off because I have to come back every time.

Had a puncture in the tire, they fixed it. Simple. No charge. In and out. Have been going for years. Would not go anywhere else. I trust all of my vehicles.

These guys are the real deal. I needed to get four new tires on my only vehicle (an ‘02 Solara) the day before the start of a busy work week. I made an appointment yesterday morning for 2 in the afternoon and they got me in and out in 20 minutes (from the time I showed up to the time I left). If I ever need tires again, you know where I’m going.

We will not be returning to this company after today. I’m not sure how having an apt works when they don’t do the work? My car was in at 8am. They called me at 8:20 to tell me they don’t have the tire in stock, that it’ll arrive from shipping around 11-12. Get a call at 1:45 saying the tire is in and they’ll get it on and it’ll be done in time for me to pick up at 5. We arrived at 5:09. We pay for the tire, $160 for one tire, turns out they were going to have us pay a $20 warranty without even asking us if we wanted it... it’s 5:27 and guess who’s car isn’t done... but they told me it was done. But it was still sitting with the donut on it. And they have NO idea how this happened. Having an apt with them means nothing and I feel that this was super unprofessional.

They say We will not be undersold.I saved over $138 on four tires installed at the Montgomery Farm and Fleet 1 mile away, with an advertised buy three get one free sale. And the price per tire was $8 cheaper to boot. Fidel failed big time on this one.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Matt is the best! I came over from pep boys and told them the issues I was having with them. They got me new tires fast and fixed the problem that pep boys caused on my car. All for cheaper than pep boys.

Recently replaced all tires on my truck. Had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to have my truck worked on but was promised it would only take 30 minutes and they kept that promise. Prices were competitive.

Had ordered wheels for my truck and came in to have them installed a day early and last minute. Fidel got me squared away and bent over backwards to make sure I had what I needed. He even offered his personal vehicle to me to go get my 3 year old daughter food, which I respectfully declined, but the gesture was above and beyond! Absolutely fantastic customer service!

Great service...the guys working here are very helpful, professional and courteous. They have quick service and often help me with my tire maintenance. They have free air for tires, you just pull up in the designated area and a worker will come over to find what tire pressure is need for your vehicle...they will put air in the tires and quickly assess the condition of the tires. There have been instances when our tires kept losing air, once there was a screw imbedded in the tire so they took the screw out of the tire and plugged the hole at no charge. Another time the valve stem needed to be replaced and they replaced it at no charge. When we needed a new tire, we purchased it from Discount Tire...they deserve our business because they have generously served us time and time again gain.

I have been coming here consistently for a couple years and they are always polite and professional. I have a summer and winter set of tires so every six months I come in for my tire swap and I have nothing but good things to say about this team. Thank you everyone here and I look forward to continue working with you in the future!

I found a nail in my tire and stopped by to have them remove it, just in case I needed it repaired. Luckily it did not go through. This was a free service which was great! Everyone was very nice and professional.

Very disappointing experience. I bought four tires and was told my car would be ready to pick up at 5:45 p.m. As I strolled into the parking lot around 5:40 p.m. my phone rang, it was Discount Tire and they only had three of the tires in stock. My first thought was what took them so long to figure out they only had three tires? They had a little more than an hour to figure they were lacking a tire. The manager told me that the fourth tire would be in tomorrow and I could come and have it put on then. This was the only option he provided for me. As I had already wasted two hours I suggested they install a cheaper set of tires that they had in stock. I was able to get a set of tires, but they werent what I wanted and 35 mins late. So if you dont mind waiting around for a few hours to be disappointed come to this Discount Tire.

Took my Toyota Sequoia in for new Michelin tires on 12/2/19.Fidel the manager was great! Very customer focused and had no problem price matching on the Michelins. Installation was quick. Have been taking all my vehicle here for years and will continue.

Safety manger Leo let me leave the lot with my tire (that was not the right size) rubbing against my suspension. Therefore it bent my suspension! I went back to show them what happened he did not acknowledge that he put the wrong size tire on the rim and ignored the problem they caused it all. I asked my refund on the tires which was $350 for 2 front tires ( a lot if you ask me) and then proceeded to switch to two 15 inch Steele’s to replace the mistake they made. Now I have no tires for my rims because it was “not safe” to stretch the tires so they proceeded to put on a bigger tire that did not fit the car at all. Now I have to replace my coilovers and discuss this with corporate to have my refund granted. Absolutely horrible service, I want to give it a zero star. What is not safe is Leo let me leave the lot with tires that did not fit that could of caused an accident if I didn’t realize the damage he caused to my car sooner.

The team that works here are a bunch a wonderful people. They make your visit very pleasant and you feel like a valuable customer unlike most of the other tire companies. I would go out of my way to visit Discount Tire.

Apparently ran over a knife. Had the extra protection and they replaced the tire and prorated a matching one on the other side. Very nice.

It was good service once i got in. Pretty fast putting on 4 tires. But I made an appointment for 915 and sat in my car for 45-50 before they finally pulled me in.

Tyler and the guys at this location are the best of the best. I buy all my tires from here and the customer service is always top notch! Even thought youll probably find better prices at a ma and pa shop, if you have to deal with corporate USA youll at least receive great service here. Staff is top notch. Free patching.

I went in for a screw in my tire. They took my car in right away. While I walked to neighboring store they took tire off, drilled hole and screw out, patched and sealed and balanced tire all for FREE. Professional service and the rep that greeted me was friendly. Opened door for me, asked appropriate questions regard my driving experience as he truly cared. I appreciated his professionalism. Great job and good experience.
