Very clean store. Self checkout very convenient. Very helpful and inviting staff. Get all grocery shopping and house supplies done in one trip. Highly recommend for all household items.

To be honest weve been here a handful of times and always have issues finding what were looking for. Dont get me wrong its always nice and clean in here but so is Meijer and the staff there is always so much nicer. A shame Target doesnt have a photo kiosk either 👎.

This specific location could receive a 4 stars but unfortunately they are not getting that. This store is nice to go in to to find what you’re looking and they always have everything stocked, but my only concern is their hiring signs.. I always see that this location is hiring, but this same location is not that diverse employee wise and it’s quite questionable. I have had so many people I know apply and get close to the interview portion and then after they get interviewed they’re told this false lie they will be in touch and never hear anything from this store. All were different races as well. It’s been rumors around town that this is the prejudice target of the local suburbs and everyone goes to yorkville or Naperville and honestly I’m starting to see what people mean.you rarely will see a black/Mexican person working there and it’s sad. This location needs to do better and shut down these rumors and actually hire people who are applicable very disappointing.

I only had 2 bad episodes at Target other than those 2 times I adore the Oswego store and I adore the people that work there. They are always helpful and kind. I have MS and struggle to walk and kindness matters a lot to me.

Great customer service at the store.

I drove 3 hours to Charleston to get my granddaughter for a weekend visit. . It was a long 3 hour drive home as well and my granddaughter forgot to pack pajamas. I missed the pick up and drive up hours. Thank you so much to Delaney in Guest Service for helping me and thank you to Dakota for finding the pajamas. Delaney was so nice and helpful. They made my difficult night a little easier. My granddaughter says thank you as well because she loves pajamas and now has more. Hmm maybe she did that on purpose. 😉

The employees ask if I need assistance, they offer help when needed. Other stores I visit deter me from going back, mostly because the employees are not helpful or friendly. I love Target, their products, and usually their prices. I was very happy with my latest trip when gathering items for Valentines day. They had a great selection in the dollar section as well as in the holiday area.

I usually visit this Target and today I had a wonderful experience. I was in search of the Bullseye dollar spot classroom organization goodies and two sweet ladies (I wish I would have asked for their names) were extremely helpful. They opened boxes for me and helped me find what I was looking for. God bless their hearts.

I had been sick for two days and couldnt pick my order up. Staff was very very accommodating and wonderful to work with. The Oswego Target will always be my favorite store. They let me pull up in front and they brought my order out to me. I cant say enough good things about this group of people that work here, and the front end manager is super sweet as well. Love her!

The convenience of being able to order online, and ready to pick up at the store.

Today I did a return at the store, using my target red card. They were able to pull up my return, but somehow they were going to refund my money to a different card number. Clearly I was upset and confused, a supervisor gave an override code to give cash back. This was not sufficient for me, as it seemed like something was wrong with my card! I was told to call the number on the back of the card! 45 minutes later, I was given no solution. There was nothing wrong with my card. But I persisted, then why was my money going back to a different card number? No one could answer that question, so I canceled my card. Im so upset, since Ive been a customer for years. Beware of the Target Red card.

I was not able to pay with a brand new $100 bill here. This store made me feel like a criminal because their machines wont scan my bill. Will never be back.

Pretty standard target. Everything is what you would expect of it. For the most part it is very clean, restocking seems to happen at off times and rarely with customers in the store.Really the only reason I gave it 4 starts is in stocks. They seem to be out of things from time to time. If you need something very specific I would go online and make sure they have it first.

This Target has the best pharmacy team and a lot of fun workers. You can hear them singing during stocking times and having fun while getting everything done.

Target has most of what we might need readily available.

I enjoy Target. They have a wide variety of merchandise and have greatly expanded the amount and variety of their food items. I do not personally use their pharmacy, but I did have questions regarding some OTC medications and the pharmacist came around the counter with me, gave informative and useful information regarding the medications and even showed me sale items available for what I was looking for even though it was pretty busy at the time. I was VERY impressed by this customer service and store employees are happy to assist with locating items in the store, opening up extra cash registers during busy hours and are very friendly. I had to make a merchandise return and the process was quick and the associate was very friendly. Bathrooms could be a bit more clean, but Im usually there on busy weekends so that might be the cause of that. Just something to take note of. Check the end-caps for sales and deals.

It is always easy to find whatever I need and more, since Target rotates stock often and I often find new products I want.

Normal target, no complaints, have normal target things. This one does have a grocery section with some fresh stuff but selection isnt like you would see at a full grocery store.

The management at this store is horrible. .. had a horrible experience there several years ago when my wife got hurt at the store and the managers were more worried about the fact that she was holding up the line while on the floor than attending to her. The only reason I step into a Target now is to return gifts I receive that were bought at Target, and then repurchase at a store that cares about its customers.

Just anothet terrible experience and I felt three strike rule appies well here. Stocking put out a box of POP! Figures (bobbleheads) over a week ago and the cashier would not let me buy them because they were accidentally put out early or had what they called a Street Date for 4/14/17. Fine. The cashier told me on the 14th of April, I could come back in the store and may my purchase then. I repeated the day and put this in my phone calander. On the 14th I came in to buy them, they then told me the street date was now the 16th (or Easter Sunday) so they would not be able to sell them to me until the following Monday because they were closed. Three people confirmed this and even though I was upset I couldnt have them for Easter baskets I said again...Fine. The guy that works in the electronics department was nice enough to put them in the managers office so they would be safe. I told my kids that they would have another surprise coming on Monday, this was a mistake. Today I go in to Target walk up to the electronics guy and ask if he wouldnt mind grabbing the Bobbleheads. He acts like he has no idea what Im talking about and then says let me see if we have any left. I patiently wait and another manager comes over and they both come out to tell me that Target changed the date again (on Saturday, I guess) and they put them on the floor on Saturday and they were all sold. I dont even have the words.... I have at least 5 similar stories with this location and Im done wasting my time with companies that dont care about customers, plenty of other places to do shopping around me. Good grief and good luck.

There was a very rude older woman stocking items in the makeup section. She had an extremely unfriendly disposition and she accused me of opening products when I wasnt. I was with my boyfriend and it was very embarrassing. Customers shouldnt be treated as delinquents!!!
