My Boxer Lola had knee surgery and needs to be confined, that meant sleeping on the floor next to her for the next three months on an air mattress. After a week of that “stuff”, I said enough. I phoned the store and spoke with Angel and told her I needed an inexpensive twin mattress for those reasons. She was kind enough to create a manager’s special, 1/2 off a Sleepys Snug, foam mattress. After my first sound nights sleep 🛌 in a week, Angel 👼 certainly lived up to her name. I wholeheartedly recommend Angel, the mattress and the Oswego location.

This was my first time shopping for what I’d like to call a real mattress...I usually get the mattress that come with my bedroom set, it’s free! 🤷🏽‍♀️ But this past weekend I moved and I was without a box spring, what I was originally shopping for, and I ended up getting amazing service by one of the reps that help me buy a better mattress that’ll last longer than my old one. My old mattress could’ve been replaced being that the springs are starting to pop out & has been moved nearly 4 times. Good place. Nice credit free financing. Great beds, great selections for all budget levels. They also sell bed frames, headboards, pillows, and mattress protectors. They sell the purple mattress, tempur pedic, sleepys, tula, Simmons, and more! They do not sell sleep number. They also have a lot of good deals frequently and they are pretty much at the corner of every street! Ha ha.

I was dreading having to deal with a mattress salesman and the whole sales experience, but honestly the experience here at Back to Bed was great. Steve, the store manager, took great care of us and didnt bombard us the moment we walked in the door like the typically picture of a salesmen you have...He had the right touch of keeping his distance until he was able to tell us something of value and start explaining the things you need to know, answering questions, and letting you poke around a bit on your own, and I couldnt be happier. We went to a store down the street right before heading here, and needless to say were very happy we found Steve at Back to Bed and made our purchase here.Steve went the extra mile to explain how one bed was better than the other to meet our needs and had us lay, turn over, sit, etc... on several and see the difference.In the end, we feel we got a great package deal that included everything we wanted at a great price.
