We believe Fred, the owner of Professional Garage Door, is the benchmark of excellence in his industry. This is a family owned company and you can tell they really care about their customers and the quality work they put into their job. I would and will recommend Professional Garage Door to anyone I know. Our expectations were exceeded. Both Fred and his son Justin were awesome to work with.

Spring broke at 730am. Called Fred at 8am. Tyler came out replaced it before 10am same day. Works great. Don’t hesitate and call Professional Garage Door.

We had a great experience with Professional Garage Door Services (PGDS) & Justin. The bottom rubber of the garage door had fallen off and a metal piece that had corroded was hanging off as well. PGDS responded quickly, showed up on time, and even offered to replace the metal rollers with quieter ones (nylon I think). Now the door seals properly and is much quieter than before. I couldnt be happier with the service & expertise provided.

Had a garage door spring break one evening. These guys were out the next morning, replaced both springs (as one should, they are both the same age) checked the rest of the door and the opener in no time. The price was more than reasonable too.

I had a problem with the main bracket tearing off the door. Justin sent someone immediately. I did not get the name of the young man that fixed it, but he was not only courteous, he was knowledgeable and he repaired it in minutes. I would highly recommend them.

Very impressed! I called at 5:45 AM and left a message and got a call back by 6:30AM and he was here a little after 8AM, as promised. We thought it was just the springs but he reassessed the entire mechanism and found the bearings were in horrible shape too. He fixed the springs and wheel bearings in less than an hour! No mess left behind. Pricing was definitely fair and the attention he paid to detail was much appreciated. Would definitely call again.

I spent all last week filling out contact forms online for various garage door repair companies, and no one bothered to get in touch with me. I received a recommendation from my neighbor to call Professional Garage Door Services. I filled out their contact form on their website this morning, and received a call from Fred within a couple of hours. He showed up to fix our garage door in less than an hour. He was very professional and courteous, and he was able to get everything fixed relatively quickly for a much better price than I was anticipating. I would definitely recommend.

Fred came out on a Saturday replaced both torsion springs and a hinge. Took the extra steps to lubricate all hinges and wheels. Fair price for Saturday service ~$200. Extremely trustworthy family business. Highly recommend!!!

Very professional.Had Fred out to install a new garage door opener and to reprogram another garage door opener.He was very quick and efficient.He was also very helpful with issues regarding programming the cars and other remote opener controls.

Called Fred on a sunday, because my sons girlfriend backed into my garage door. The lower panel of my door was bent, and he came out exactly at the time they told me, and did an awesome job fixing my door. Fred was so nice, left no mess, and made sure everything was perfect before he was leaving. While he was there my neighbor came out and asked Fred to look at her door, because it wouldnt close, and he fixed hers also. I am so pleased with his work, I will recommend him to everyone I know. Very, very pleased, have his number on my favorites.

On a cold winter day, my torsion spring snapped forcing us to leave the garage door wide open while snowing. Called Fred at Noon and said hed work me in by night. He called later int he day to give me an updated time. 9:05 pm he showed up on a Friday night and 15 mins later all was good. Highly recommend them.

Showed up within the quoted time and fixed my broken torsion springs for a very reasonable rate. They also noticed that part of my garage door track was misaigned and fixed it for now cost. VERY happy with the service level and would highly recommend!!!

I dont think this is actually a company but an individual. I could only reach voice mail and when I asked around, no locals had heard of them. Ended up with service from a Better Business Bureau rated company that I knew would be legitimate.

Our garage door broke at 10:30 am on Sunday. I called and spoke with Fred and he was at my house in 5 minutes! The door was fixed (and better than ever, thanks to some new rollers) before 11:30! Outstanding service!
