We were stuck between Chicago and Muscatine, IA and they hooked us up (2 hrs away from home). Had to come home and back, but that’s fine.Side note: This was a 30’ boat trailer and boat.Wheel bearing destroyed everything, so we couldn’t even drive it anywhere. Had it towed there for a few days because we couldn’t make it back and they were cool with that.Brought in 2 new tires and they mounted them and we were on the road about 30 minutes later with a new axle and tires.

They dont know what they talking about, I wouldnt even let them work on my auto, they got kids running mobile services and they will show up and just tell you to pay for nothing and ask you to tow your truck to the shop so they can steal your money.. the guy they sent me was telling me the turbo and the actuator are one piece and I must replace the whole thing with out running at kind or test or diagnostics while my turbo was perfectly fine and I was able to start my truck 30 mins later after he left, just a way for them to steal your money trust me ... crooks dont call them

The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because there was no wait time but charging $75 for a tire mount is ridiculous. I had never paid more than $45-50. Now I know the reason why it’s empty.

Called ahead of time on 04/27/20 at 6:30 PM to confirm they would be open until 11PM as stated on their page for a trailer washout. Man on the phone said “yes”. Drove 7 miles out of route to get washout and arrived at 8:25 PM of the same day. All locked up, lights off, tried calling no answer. Took my business to truck and trailer wash inc. down the road. They were open, courteous, and washed out my trailer. Guys, if you tell a driver you’re going to be open then be open we are on fixed clocks and miles and can’t afford to drive out of route if you aren’t going to be open. You just lost a customer.

The guy that attended me was completely unprofessional. Right away started yelling at me saying he wouldnt patch my tire that I would have to buy a used tire off him. So then I told him to put tire back on and said he was going to charge me for the removal of the tire after the fact that he saw the bolt that was in tire before removal. Now Im stuck with paying over 300 dollars for a used tire. I will never come to this place again. I. Reporting it to the better business bureau!

The Belt on my pick-up came off on the highway. I made it to the gas station near American Truck Wash & Repair. It was 6:00 pm on a Saturday. I didn’t know the area or where to call for help.. The guy on the phone explained there is no mechanic in the shop, but he will call one out to replace my belt. He called me back to inform me he is still looking. Since I had time, I discovered that my idler Pulley needed to be replaced. 45 min later, 2 mechanics arrived. I told them I’d leave the truck and get it when it’s complete. They followed me to the shop and I left it. Assuming I lived nearby, they offered to give me a ride. They said the repairs would be done by Monday morning. I was expecting a delay and prepared to get the truck Tuesday since I live out of state. True to their word and to my surprise, I received a call at 10:30 am Monday saying the truck is ready. In addition to the Pulley and belt, they replaced a few bad hose clamps and pointed out work I should have done when I get back home but it wasn’t urgent now. The repair Bill was fair and I didn’t feel as if I got ripped off. My only regret is I live too far to use them on a regular basis. Thanks guys!

On call guy keeps telling me hell be here to give me a washout. Keeps falling back asleep. Why answer the phone in the first place??? Why advertise 24/7 service???? Infuriating. Finally after 2 and a half hours of sitting, he says hell be right there, and its 60$ for an after hours wash. Well I would have paid 60 if he didnt waste my time, but by the time he got here lotz truck wash was opening, and cost 35$. I left angry, and will never return. Very poor business ethic. Steer clear of this one.

Garbage repair shop, negative stars, couldnt even figure out how to wire up tail lights, so, they hooked the power to the ground, so fuse shorted out, then said it was something in the truck and wanted over $1000 to fix it, I dont think so, parking lot is garbage as well, stay away, stay away, found another road service company out of Minooka that had repairs done in 10 minutes
