These guys are really awesome. I had my oil changed here. Very cordial staff. I would recommend these guys any-time. I live in Chicago and was vacationing in Ottawa, IL. My oil light came on in my Volkswagen Tiguan. They told me (as I suspected) that I only needed a oil change and John made sure I got the right oil for my Volkswagen because mine was made overseas and required certain oil specifications. There are really nice people that work there. They do a good job, my fiance has been going to them for many years now. He wont use another mechanic. They stand by the work they do and the cars they sell.

I had been in a minor accident on the highway and my front left tire and rim had to be replaced a few weeks ago. The company that “fixed” my tire wasn’t returning my phone calls after my car continued to pull hard to the left and the steering wheel was shaking while driving. I was told nothing else was broken or in need of repair, but thank goodness I found this place! Not only did they fit me right in as a walk-in less than two hours before closing time, but Mike and Andy diagnosed the issue, had the part ordered and received, and fixed my car in under two hours. Turns out my vehicle was very unsafe due to a serious issue that was very visible as soon as the tire was removed.I highly recommend this shop, and I will definitely be back for any future repair needs. They are honest, professional, knowledgeable, and all around nice guys. They walked me through every step of the way and made sure I understood what was being done and why. Couldn’t have picked a better shop! Thank you so much!
