Called for a tow and they got there as quickly as they could. Had no power and the gear shifter wouldnt budge; the driver got it on the flatbed with no issues. Id call again.

Professional service with great prices. I needed new tires and heat shields replaced. Was able to run in so they could see exactly what I needed. Turn around was quick from ordering to getting an appointment to get everything fixed. Will definitely be back for future services!

I have 2 cars that regularly go there. Greg, the towing guy and person who answers the calls is either patience incarnate or has the grace of Angels. The man listens to you and explains step by step why something is needed and its cost associated.The work is done well. Compared to people who look for costs, these people dont cheat you-ever. They earn every penny. You want cheap, find another garage. You want fair prices and great quality-Call these guys.

My truck started making loud noises 120 miles from home. Contacted Greg who got me in right away and had my truck repaired in just over two hours. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

I took my car into the Auto Clinic several years ago for the first time. I was very impressed with their knowledge and skill sets. I have since made them my first and only choice for service work ranging from an oil change all the way up to an engine change. They listen. A rare quality in any service based business.

Over 2 years of service no real problem until 2020My car was towed to their lot and I waited for diagnostic. Repairs were too expensive so decided to junk. They said they would call when they had my car junked by a 3rd party and Ill get paid for the scrap.They called me saying they had an envelope waiting with my name on it. I go there and they tell me they dont have any envelopes waiting for anyone.I still have not received $200 for the junk and they apparently dont check IDs or require receipts. But they are adamant they Ive already been paid.UnprofessionalWould not suggest

Took my van in to get an estimate on fixing the AC. They didnt say anything about how much it would cost to check it. The next day I get a bill for $100 and them telling me it will cost $1500 to actually fix it. The $100 is just for their time to look at it. Will NEVER go back here. Drive a little and go to grossenbach in Oglesby. They are professional and good price. They charged me $20 to do the exact same thing that The Auto Ripoff place did.

These guys worked with me they helped me in the best way! Very informative they broke down the details and what they were going to do with my car. I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the service thank you Greg and the rest of the crew for making my family car safe again! They will see my business over and over again.

We’re driving through on i-80 when daughters car started losing electrical function. Googled and located the auto clinic. Weren’t sure about using a garage so far from home and with no recommendations. I told them we were on our way to a college visit and not only did they shoehorn us in, they did the background work to find our alternator was under warranty and got the details from our regular mechanics to file the claim. Greg and his staff could have charged us full price, but instead went above and beyond. I’d almost move to Ottawa just because I’d had a shop I can trust!

I was really petrified. I was on 80 while people r eager to get to their jobs when my engine seized n u had no choice but to get off onto median and people were not happy, flying by at 80 mph, angry semi drivers bcuz people r rude n wont allow them into the right lane. It was absolutely paralyzing n I was powerless the state police arrived n said it cannot wait two hours for roadside assistance so they called Simpson Twing. I was blessed to have Greg, who is knowledgable about vehicles, helpful n professional n also empathetic since I was clearly stressed and afraid he got me where I needed to go, took care of all of the paperwork n departed with a handshake. I couldnt be more thankful that he risked his own safety to rescue me

Very nice people, we were traveling from California to Upstate New York when our fuel pump went out, they rearranged their schedule to work us in and get us back on the road again as quickly as possible. They even took us to a restaurant so we did not have to wait in the shop.

Bought 4 new tires back in June. One of them is loosing air every 2-3 days. Called the shop since the tires are less than 6 months old. Was told there was no warranty available on tires they sell. This is not the first issue Ive had with them. Now, Im taking business elsewhere that will assist me with a bad tire. Would not recommend this place

Absolutely amazing and helpful. I had been on the side of I-80 for 4-ish hours waiting for Jonnys towing to come out, got sick of waiting in the dark and cold for them so called another place. Im so glad I called the Auto Clinic.They told me it should be 20 minutes to half an hour before they would get to me, and got there in maybe 15 minutes. The driver, Greg, was super nice and felt awful that I was waiting for as long as I was and took me to where I needed. The pricing is reasonable, and again they were super fast and kind.Totally happy with them, if you need a tow please call them. Theyll be there faster than they say they will.

We were in a panic when our new used vehicle had an electrical glitch and locked itself with the keys inside! Greg from the Auto Clinic came right away and opened the door without damaging a speck of paint. He was friendly and courteous. The price was a fraction of what we expected to pay for a lockout. We will be using the Auto Clinic for all of our car maintenance needs.

WOW! Major corporations would do well to send their people to The Auto Clinic and Simpson Towing for lessons in customer service. They bent over backwards to help us while stranded in Ottawa. I cannot recommend them enough
