Impressive how these people went out of their way to get the product I ordered down to Quincy, Il. It involved having a man drive out of his way from Warsaw down here to deliver it to me. No cement sealer can beat the Dayton Superior and I can only find it at this company. Great product, great company.

Called for a rental price. Two days later went in. Price then was $50.00 more. Told to fill machine with gas before returning or we would be billed. It was empty when we tried to use it. Upon returning it they were advised it has more gas in it now than when we picked it up. They appeared surprised but accepted the response.

So far this is the only place which always has equipment we need. We come from the other city to rent and If we bring an hour later they dont charge us more....

We did youth there for a while it is a nice building

Called about a skid steer and attachments was ok with price but when I picked up the equipment it was only at 1/4 tank and was told it needed to be FILLED upon return. One attachment was in inoperable condition so I took it back for them to fix, which took 2 hours out rental time. Was called to come back and pick up machine and it still was in inoperable condition after the second pick up. Customer service doesnt seem to be much of a thought at this dealer.
