Worst experience working with Tim Little. This man had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life he has absolutely no sense of professionalism whatsoever. Actually having the audacity to laugh in my face as I try to understand why it took a month to get my vehicle back.
I had my 2017 Bolt taken to McCarthy to repair the wheel assembly. They originally told me they would have it back in a few days. A few days turned into a few more, then a week, and, as of writing this review, they still have it after over 3 weeks. They claim the biggest setback was receiving a part for the Volt instead of a Bolt, which they were quick to blame on their vendor. It took another week for the correct part to get in and several more days for the car to actually be worked on. After being told it would be ready yet again, they found an issue with the wheel itself and told me it would also need replaced (which they had already told me had been done, but evidently not). When I mentioned these issues and setbacks to the rep, he became defensive and refused to take any responsibility. My experience has been awful and I will never be using McCarthy for collision repair again.
I was so impressed with the service I received here. They did an excellent job communicating with me on the progress of my car and explaining details. Tony was very prompt at getting back to me exactly when he said he would. They had it done quickly and even came to pick me up when the car was ready so I didnt have to get a rental or find a ride. They were extremely professional and friendly. They made this process very easy for me and my car looks great! I highly recommend them. Thank you!!!!!!
Almost a year ago I had to take my car to repair after my vehicle was hit in the passenger side. Tim and his team worked really hard to deliver the car in better shape than it was before the crash.Today I went back to their body shop because my kid scratched the side of my car using a sponge while cleaning. Not only Tim took my card without appointment and totally fixed all the scratches, but did it free of charge as a returning customer.I can say for sure that Im not going to any other body shop as long as I live in Overland Park area. They are amazing!! Extremely friendly, honest and professional! So Im sending a big thanks to Tim and his team!!
Byron & Anthony did a fabulous job with my vehicle after a fender bender. They kept me updated on the status and thoroughly answered my questions. Thank you McCarthy Collision Center for making my car look like new and doing such a great job! I plan on going back when needed for any future repairs and highly recommend to friends and family looking for a body shop. Great customer service and professional.

I worked with Jonathan (gave estimate) and Travis (did the work) and they were both fabulous. Received a very competitive bid and since I was paying cash not wanting to run through the insurance company I decided to go with them. I am so glad I did. Very high-quality work. I will definitely be using them for all my bodywork in the future.
Everyone was super helpful with my insurance claim. They made sure I had plans for a rental and gave me a clear explanation of their plan for the repairs. And then, they completed the job a day and a half sooner than they initially expected. I was very pleased and will be returning if I ever need body work done again, as well as referring anyone I know who may need body work done to go to them.
McCarthy Collision Center has done repair work on my autos in the past and is a first rate operation. Dealing with Byron is always a pleasure. Just had repair work done on our 2015 Equinox and estimated time of repair was 3 days and it was actually finished in just 2 days. Great Service all around.
A lady & I backed into each other. We didn’t think it was bad enough to report. When I got home & took it to the dealership, they sent me to a body shop. After 2 estimates over $1,500, I went to McCarthy & the total was $800! They did it quickly & arranged for a rental car. I was very pleased!
I ask for an oil change only. I didn’t want the dealership touching my tires because In the past they have over-tightening the lug nuts and put to much air in the tires, 35 and above instead of 31 which if they don’t know can be found in the cars driver side door. Also was charged for rotation even though I didn’t receive one. Was told that “that was a special” price whether I got one or not. So my question is why should I return to the dealership when I can go to Walmart down the road for better service at a cheaper price? Why should I pay for services that I don’t want?

I had contacted a rental car company to supply a van with hand controls to be delivered on the day I dropped off my van for replacement of the right front fender. When I called Enterprise to meet me at McCarthy collision center with the van they had not ordered it. Consequently I had to make other arrangements to transport myself and my wheelchair to work. I would not be provided a van to get to work and home again.Unbeknownst to me Byron and the McCarthy collision group made special arrangements and completed the repairs in two days.I am so thankful for your understanding and care of your customersI will recommend McCarthy Auto Groupto anyone needing a vehicle repaired.Thank you for going above and beyond in your service to people in need.Larry Baca

The gentlemen at Morse Chevy collision center were very helpful. They explained the process and my options. In the end, our car had to be totaled out, but I would have trusted this group to repair my car.

Did an alright job. Had to call myself to keep informed on how much was done and what was left to do. Even when it was done,I called and found out that way. Estimated time was longer than other estimates. Hearing a lot of squeaking and other noises. Hopefully everything was placed on correctly and tight. A lot of things could of been better.

My car was hit and needed some body work and system repair. It took them 2-1/2 months after telling me it would take 2 weeks. They also left most everything under the hood in horrible shape. I clearly wasnt considered important enough to get a decent repair job.
Have been with Morse-McCarthy for 25+ years!! Have purchased allll of my vehicles from them. Had all service and body work done there as well. BEST staff and dealership in the Midwest!!!

Service reps were very prompt, polite, responsive to needs. Unfortunately when I arrived to pick up my car as instructed, it wasn’t ready as someone forgot to put the new bumper on!
They provided quick service. Helped coordinate with enterprise rental car for me. The repair looks great.

McCarthy did a collision repair for me through my car insurance. They installed the wrong part (cheaper version not matching the factory original body) which my dealership pointed out to me at my next visit. When I called McCarthy to ask about it, they argued with me. I had to have the service manager at my car dealership convince McCarthy they’d installed the wrong part. I do not recommend doing business with this shop.
