What happened? We have been going here for years. Over the past year, the level of service is declined (and prices are high) to the point we will no longer go here. You guys need to get a handle on your business or close the doors. There is too much competition in the area.

Started shopping here at the start of the pandemic, love their selection! I have been that annoying customer who is always trying new things, they have always accommodated all my special orders and Im so impressed by their attention to detail.

The staff is always nice, the selection is interesting, and masking-up is taken seriously with curb-side shopping an option.

Happy to support a small business and pay a little more to help the local guy, but the pricing has edged up to where a case of wine is $60-$90 more for the same bottles than their big competitor just up the street.The staff is always friendly and helpful. The wine section is well organized.Well continue to pop in for one offs, but bulk/case pricing (we typically get two cases of wine at a time) has forced us to a different primary vendor.

Ive lived in the neighborhood for a few years now and just stumbled across this place coming home from work one evening. I popped in to check it out and was blown away by how much bigger it is compared to how it appears from the outside. More choices than I could possibly count, I talked to the guy behind the counter about a specific bourbon I was after, he took my information and said hed look into it and see what he can do. I didnt really expect much but two days later I get a call and he found it! Its not every day you get that kind of attention from a store. I definitely will be coming here from now on.
