My favorite pair of loafers were beat up and I was considering getting rid of them. I dropped in to see if they could be brought back to life and Luis said no problem. I’ve been a customer since Shoe Express was in Olathe. Luis always done a great job on repairing my shoes. I recently brought in a purse to have riveted snap replaced because one snap broke and I lost the piece. He did a perfect job. I highly recommend Shoe Express over using Bag & Baggage.

I chose this place to recap my heels because of the good reviews and I was not disappointed. Very nice and helpful people, and the work is fast and of high quality. Will definitely be using them the next time I need a shoe repaired.

I took a pair of my dress boots to get the heels repaired about 10 days before Christmas. The man I spoke to, whom I assume owns the business, told me he could glue the pieces that were gouged out back down and it would look OK or he relented he could replace the leather on both heels. I chose the latter. I paid 1/2 of the $50 total charge and left them there. He said to come back after Jan. 7th. Fast forward to Jan 21st. I finally remember to go back to get them.....3 weeks past the completed date. I walk in and spot the box I brought them in on the shelf. Give him my ticket and point to the box. Oh...they arent done. Check back in a week or more. WHAT? Well he says....People kept bringing in shoes to fix. No kidding? So, mine just sat there. Nice customer service. I walked out thinking this was ridiculous. I decided to walk back in and get my boots back. He gave me a refund without even blinking an eye. He couldnt have cared less if he had my business. It meant nothing to him. I would avoid this business at all costs. I certainly will.

If I could have left 0 stars I would have. The man started a physical altercation with me and also grabbed my wallet and debit card out of my hand while he was behind the counter. I was honestly scared and wanted to leave immediately but not without my personal belongings.He is scary and provided terrible customer service from beginning to end.I have never, ever experienced this before and am very shaken up.This man is crazy. Take your shoes to another Shoe Express. The other locations are great. I made the mistake of coming here because it is closer to my work.

I had a pair of boots that I did not think the soles could be repaired but they were able to repair them and return the boots to almost new condition. Fast turn around and great customer service.

Long time customer. Ive been using Luis since his days in Oak Park Mall. He does amazing work and I trust him with all my best leather goods. I have moved away, but will drive to have him restore my favorite Prada loafers. He really is that good!

Luis is the hardest working man I know. He is the only repairman I would take any of my work to and have for years. In fact I am sending a pair of boots from Phoenix Az. today that need new sole and heels and its worth the expense and time to get them done correctly.

I had two very expensive shoes to repair. In record time they were shined, repaired and new soles put on both. Allen Edmonds and Tommy Bahamas looked good as new!
