The young gentleman helping us was beyond patient!! After finally finding the shoe we went to order it online only to have it sold out there as well! He STILL helped us,until we were able to find a great compromise! Never once did he rush us or get frustrated! And Im sure with it being back to school season the stores been crazy! Thank you young man for handling that with a sense of humor and understanding!

Lazy. This is the closest shoe carnival to where I live, and so I called the store to make sure they have affordable shoes in my size. I dont wanna drive all the way over to the store and not be able to buy anything. Its so hard to find shoes in my size. The guy who answered the phone was no help at all. He told me that they have many sizes but he would have to walk around the whole store to give me any idea of what prices they had and he didnt wanna do that. When I worked in retail, I would quickly walk/jog around the store to get prices. I was also competent enough to actually know what prices we had at my store. Its not like its a Walmart or target. Im disgusted by how lazy he was. Only go here if you dont mind doing all the work yourself.

It ok not really can find my size and the cashier needs more training DNT pay attention to what they are doing they gave my daughter two mixed matched shoes after she said she didnt want it plus she paid for the shoes her baby wore outta the store time for retraining

I love this place when they have their BOGO deals! Ive been shopping here for years and almost always find what Im looking for when it comes to shoes. In the mens and womens section, considering I wear both. They usually have my size in both as well.

Nice store, big selection, clean, good prices, nice checkout. I found a color and style of shoes Ive been seeking for a few months. They lose a star for organization (boxes not ordered by size, like DSW, so you have to look at every box to see if your size is in stock), and also for a very small selection of size 11s. The shoes I bought were one of only a very few 11s on the shelves, and I had to dig to find them.

Always has great prices. My only suggestion for them is to improve training for the staff on fitting and how to recommend footwear.

I had to go here to replace a broken high heel while on a date with my husband, and the selection for a womens size 10 was sparse. The shoes also run a little smaller, so I had to go up to a wide.

Great prices, nice sales always going on and really helpful associates. I felt like they really helped us and the people next to us. There can be shoe boxes here and there in the aisles but thats mainly due to customers. I always like to come here when looking for shoes for my office job since they always have nice deals. This time I got my son and husband each a pair of sandals!

Can always find the shoes Im looking for. And because I have a small foot i can normally find my size but when I cant they will order them and I can pick up in the store or ship to my address free because of Shoe Perks Rewards. I love it and Dan the manager is awesome so is his helpful associates.

My lucky day, I was able to find a champagne evening clutch purse for my daughters wedding. I hadnt been in the area of 95th st. Probably over 2 years now. My favorite restaurant was the Mongolian BBQ.I had a gift card so to purchase the clutch.Got a real good deal. Thank you Shoe Carnival.

Their music is always way too loud. Its horrible bringing kids to shop for shoes and trying to talk to them over the music. The stores good otherwise but hate shopping there.

They dont let you use all of the coupons they send you so im just going to go shopping somewhere else the shoes are cheap anyway a lot of their shoes has no cushion so your feet will be hurting so thats a no on the heels ill keep going to dsw are Macys are somewhere where i can be comfortable in my shoes u just cant wear a lot of their shoes all day shoes has no quality

Horrible. I cant wear a mask for health reasons and the business refused to sell me shoes. First of all Im not sick. Carnival lost my business. I will be calling headquarters over this. Mask wearing us NOT a law and cant be forced. Shoe carnival discriminates the disabled.

Started out as an average experience. When I went to the mens shoe there was nothing but casual and dress shoes nothing for every day wearing. I did manged to find one pair of shoes I liked so I bought them. During check out my phone number was already linked to another persons account and I tried to explain to the store staff that it needed to be updated so I could create a new account as I am a new customer. The staff did not understand what I was saying and just wanted to change the email account on the account. When I left the store I decided to call the customer service number to try to get my new account set up and deal with the account confusion with the previous owner link to my phone number. That was the final straw 30 seconds of hold music and then it was a message saying all representatives were busy on an endless loop it never went back to hold music. That is the most annoying way to keep a customer waiting on the phone.

Huge selection with lots of great deal and mark downs. Yesterday I visited the Grandview location and it was a disaster with very small selection. After today overland park will definitely be the first location that i go and visit for great selection and organization.

This place was PACKED- there is no way they were abiding by the lowered capacity restrictions. Absolutely no social distancing between customers or employees. With aisles being so narrow that you can’t allow two way traffic, there should be signs in place indicating which way to go down. Come on, every other store in the city can figure it out.

I live in Paris France. And I love the professional Service of the staff. And there shoe product is good quality and good price. I wish that they existed in Paris. But Kansas City is the best place in the USA. For quality goods and reasonable prices.

Poor service and poorly managed. They don’t offer curb side service even though I had paid online. several people were entering the store unmasked. When I went inside I found about 5 sales people just standing behind the counter and no one checking out. Social distancing was a problem inside. The check out lanes were roped off so I picked a lane to pick up my order and 3 sales persons couldn’t help me and directed me to another lane. When ordering online I recommend JC Penny they offer curb side pick up.

I wear a size 14 4E and Ive always had a hard time finding shoes that fit! But every time Ive walked into Shoe Carnival I was able to find multiple pairs of shoes. They always have great sales too! Definitely my go to show store.

Got in and out pretty fast for Black Friday!

After trying to find a specific pair of shoes, I was ready to quit and go home. I must have went to countless stores across the area including 2 malls. I was ready to quit and go home, I was in the turn lane to get on the highway when I looked over and saw the word “shoe” and it grabbed my attention. I decided one more store and got out of the turn lane and I think it was fate 🤣It took me less than a minute to find my shoe! I couldn’t even believe it! True story! And I was ready to pay whatever I needed to get this specific shoe but the price was very very reasonable!At the register I signed up for the rewards program and got extra money off then I spun the wheel and got even more money off!The staff was available and ready to help, matter of fact I even heard them over the intercom letting everyone know we can come to them if we needed help (something like that)The store was neat and organized, which without a doubt contributed to being able to find what I wanted so fast.I had a great experience, I will check Shoe Carnival first from now on.

The employees are always making sure everyone is fine ding everything alright. The store seems to have a good selection of shoes for women but not so much on the men side. Be sure to check out their sites as there almost always a coupon on there. The store is also really clean and check out is swift! Dont forget to spin the wheel!

Staff and management are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I received the wrong shoe when I ordered online. When I took them to the store, they didnt have my size, but they shipped the correct shoe to me. It was there within 2 days. Great service and fantastic selection of shoes! Quick ship, too!

Went in to exchange shoes that I ordered online that were too small..the girl helped me find the right size even though they were a different style of the same brand of course thats all I could get in the next size up..she was there with me every step of the way and made sure I was taken very good care of! I have large feet, and I can often find shoes to fit me here, but not always. They often have a second pair for half price deal, an especially if you have kids, or happen to need two pairs... that is a good value.

It is actually a large store with great selections. My boys were able to find their size in any shoe they were interested in.

Cashier was very rude! We asked for our money back on a return and we had the receipt she refused because we were only going to get $30 back and it would ve better if we got a different pair. When we finally picked a pair she didn’t speak a word to us and when she had she was very rude not even looking at us like we were nothing ! After transaction was over she put the receipt on top of the box and we didnt even get a bag and a thank you was sure out of the question !!

Someone greeted us, gave us location of what we were looking for. Lots of selection. Good sales. Check out was a little slow considering it wasnt that busy and there were other employees who could have checked us out instead of standing there waiting for so long, but cashier was nice.

The whole store is over crowded with inventory, it had a really off putting smell as soon as we walked in, and their music was blaring. The staff was friendly, but the prices were high (they do a buy one, get one 1/2 off so everything seemed overpriced to make up for that).

Found what i needed...and went back and bought some more shoes with my daughter..
