Be prepared to install your own battery! But very knowledgeable about what you need for whatever you need to replace!

Great customer service, especially during a busy time of the year. I bought a battery from a shop who no longer was able to keep the contract with them. My battery went bad after a few years. Not knowing where to go I called them, since it was their batter. I took it in and they kept it for a 24 hour period to test it, and honored the warranty and gave me a new one. They even gave me a loaner battery until they were finished testing. No run around or anything. Thank you for your great service and being an honorable company!

Drove 30 minutes showed up at 3:58PM and the warehouse workers had just left for the day.Hours of operation listed on the door say 5PM.Giving 2 stars because an employee was onsite upon arrival and was polite on the phone prior to my drive however they could not furnish my needs when items being requested were in stock.

Worst place to buy over priced battery. The lady behind the counter is the worst customer service rep I have ever met. She is scatter brained and has no clue on the products she sells. Thanks for wasting my time interstate I will not be back. If you could rate a zero I would.

Bought a used battery that went out about a month later. Brought it back and they replaced it even though I didnt have the receipt.

Did not stop by on the weekend as there were no posted closed details for Monday/Labor Day.Drive by and looks closed for sure however no details on the front door.
