The entire sales team is wonderful and they work hard to meet my needs with scheduling and the extra services that they offer. They also have a great selection of quality products that makes it so much easier for comparison and information.The dilevery team is top notch.....punctual, respectful of the merchandise, and super friendly.

First of all, Im picky and impatient (other than that, Im a wonderful human being). I have had a too long continuing problem with one of the manufacturers of Seasonal Concepts furniture. Enter John (manager) who should be nominated for sainthood. John was trying to get me replacement parts for sunporch furniture and the manufacturer was giving him inaccurate availability and shipment info (lets just call them lies) which he, in good faith, passed on to me. This went on for about a month. Parts are coming, parts are coming when they had never been shipped. John took my phone calls and questions and frustration with patience and follow-up. He could have just let it play out with the manufacturer but he didnt. I think his next step was getting in his car and driving across states to get the replacements on his own! He apologized for the repeated delays and inaccurate info when it was not his fault or his responsibility to do so. He stepped up, mostly resolved the entire issue on his own initiative and came through while the manufacturer is left lacking in their integrity. There is still some follow-up to be had but I have faith John and Seasonal Concepts will prevail.Thank you, John. You were kind, patient, professional, efficient and any other flowery adjective available and you kept me from a full volcanic eruption. Youre the man! Im officially a groupie.

Our first experience with Seasonal Concepts was a fantastic one! We LOVE our new patio furniture as the quality of it is so much better than our last sectional set. The deep seating, the custom colored cushions, the gorgeous fire pit... all of it is perfect! We also appreciated the wonderful customer service we experienced (especially during the Covid stay-at-home order)! Highly recommend them!

Ordered a couple Treasure Garden replacement umbrella stands from this company. Price was very fair, ordering was easy and they followed up on our order multiple time with me via email indicating a delivery date. I was very pleased with the Customer Service and every aspect of my purchase and would use them again without question.

High prices but we liked what we purchased until we had a problem with a piece breaking. Customer service is a joke at this store. Tried several times to talk to the rep & she finally blocked me on her phone. I never got to talk to her. Will NEVER set foot in this store again. I can actually buy many of the same items at Nebraska Furniture & they are customer service all the way. To update the owner personally called & apologized for the service I had received. He also shipped me the parts I needed.

Had a mixup with my furniture order which Mark, the owner, personally took care of and he threw in some extra pillows for the trouble. Thank you Mark! My patio furniture looks amazing!

Nice store, helpful sales people, bought 2 really nice outdoor chairs for a good price but whatever you do make them take the packing material off the purchase. It took me forever to get it off and was extremely frustrating.

Rude staff and grossly overpriced. Same item I was able to purchase locally for half the price and save myself over $410 on a christmas tree! Shame on these people for trying to take advantage of people and for them to think we are uninformed consumers, hello seasonal Concepts the internet changed that and you cant charge $799 for a tree that cost $89 and others are selling for $199! Dont shop here and do you research first and you will save money and time!

Customer service felt on-edge and not quite inviting. Selection was a bit underwhelming and the style choices seemed pretty outdated or not very concisely themed. The store overall felt quite desolate and empty, not cozy like you would expect for a holiday decor place. There are damaged walls and floors visible all around, the music was quiet and some of the speakers in the ceiling sounded distorted and a bit dysfunctional.In summary... It wasnt terrible but it wasnt great, and nothing really stood out about the experience!

Lots of expensive furniture.

Worked with Mary in 2019 to get a needed cantilever umbrella base that gets installed in concrete. (For an unground pool) My local dealer in Pittsburgh ordered the part in Jan, 2019 and my pool was being installed in April, 2019. Installation started....and still no part. Then local told me it would take 3 months to get the base! I searched the internet and found Seasonal Concepts. They overnighted the needed base to me, and then sent the cantilever Treasure Garden umbrella regular shipping.Fast forward to spring 2020 and the bearings in the umbrella base had frozen up over the winter. I called Mary, sent pictures of the bad part, and within a week Treasure Garden shipped me the replacement part under warranty!! Some places charge shipping for this. Treasure Garden stepped up to the plate and there was no charge.I truly appreciate Marys work in helping me out here. Ive just worked with them over the internet but their service has been outstanding....and Treasure Gardens warranty claim was easy and prompt.

Have a lot of choices if you want to order sling furniture for outdoors, great brands that hold up well. We have some outdoor chairs and table we bought almost 20 years ago and they still look like new. We bought tons of outdoor things for our new pool (maybe 20 chairs and loungers) and even bought a table and chair set for our Florida home. Were great to work with, matched a price at another place, put out extra effort to help us. Liked buying local and supporting local business.

Got a small tree a couple of years ago, and the stand broke during a move. Just came in today and they were able to find me a replacement stand. Very nice staff.

Went into this store and literally walked through the entire store without one associate asking if I needed assistance or to even let me know that they’d be with me momentarily. There were 3 gentlemen standing around one area and not one said anything. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere.

My experience with this business was as good as it gets. The delivery people, sales people, and Marc the manager, went beyond expectations to take care of our unique situation.

This is the WORST store ever. They have a good selection--and, a virtual monopoly in the Kansas City area for large, pretty holiday trees and outdoor furniture, and thats why theyre still in business.Once you buy something, youre on your own. Youd think the expensive items would mean good customer service, but, it doesnt. If you need help with your outrageously expensive Christmas tree, whose lights have gone out every year since you bought it, youll get someone on the phone who cant find your purchase record, and cant let you know if someone can come help you with your tree. Plus, her voice and attitude make it clear that she couldnt possibly care less.Or, if your outdoor furniture needs new cushions, theyll say they have the fabric, and itll be $1,000.00+ for new cushions for 2 chairs and a loveseat (what???), but, when they never call you, and you finally reach them--after leaving 3 or 4 messages--they say that the fabrics been discontinued after all. Then, if youre lucky, theyll say, Sorry. with the attitude of a shoulder shrug. But, usually, youll be spared that, since they rarely apologize for the crappy quality of their expensive merchandise and the total lack of customer service.Only shop here if you absolutely have exhausted all other possibilities. Then, brace yourself for the hassles to come.Note: My poor-fair rating on quality applies to their Christmas trees. The outdoor furniture is good quality-- if they just cant/wont provide a decent selection of fabric to replace the cushions. Even at their exorbitant prices.

Nice selection of outdoor patio furniture, but youd better plan on taking your purchases home with you. If you have to order something, plan on a long delay and plenty of run-around from the staff when you call to inquire. Plenty of statements like: its on its way or it will ship in a couple days have no validity at all. If you enjoy micro-managing and repeatedly making phone calls to find your stuff, then this is the place for you. We will never go through the hassle of shopping there again...no matter what their selection of merchandise is.

Great resource for outdoor furniture. We purchased outdoor furniture, replacement cushions and a beautiful fire pit table here. Excellent experience.

Alot of Nice patio furnishings and I loved the game room. There is alot of nice pool tables and pinball machines.

Too expensive, old styles, went to NFM and bought the same set (same brand and collection) for almost half the price.

Best place to buy an outdoor firepit.

Great customer service

2011 purchased $4000 patio set, great product, still looks brand new. The after purchase customer service is absolutely horrible. After 5 years of owning the furniture the screw in feet protectors began to show wear. 4 months later, numerous emails, phone calls, demanding a refund for such replacement feet, I receive the replacement feet. Albeit, wrong color and wrong part. So, great product, horrible customer service.
