Rude and snarky. Will not let you purchase more than 1 pair of shoes so dont bring your family. Considerably ironic that a retail store doesnt want to sell their own products that are clearly available in a store void of customers.

Their selection of products is excellent. If you are just looking for something inexpensive there are lots of good deals if you dont need the very latest stuff.

I usually look at all the other shoe stores before I come to Champs because I just get curious if anyone has anything better but it never fails I always end up at Champs, their selections is so dope

Melissa at this location was rude on 2 occasions and made the entire experience difficult. There’s so many places to shop for gym shoes. We chose to shop here for convenience and because of a previous purchase. However, after my last 2 transactions here where I’ve had to deal with a Melissa, I won’t return again. My hope is the store supervisor, Amy, will provide Melissa a lesson in what good customer service is.

An abundance of sports and athletic wears. All the latest releases in Nike, Adidas and the other major shoe manufacturers. The Jordan line seems to be a popular favorite of the public. But the Kobes, KDs, Kyrie and other stars of the game a are always available. Great place for checking out the latest styles and colors.

Love this store. Roger is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to help his customers. We ran into a situation where we misplaced our receipt and went back to the store to see what can be done to help us out. Roger took the time to try and track down the transaction manually as we had the date and timeframe but we werent able to find it. He took care of us and let us return the product for store credit, which I then turned around and applied it to a pricier shoe I had my eye on. Roger is a difference maker and I will always have Champs as one of my top choices for footwear.

If I could rate the store it would of been a zero.I came in last week to purchase my son some shoes for school and everything was fine until I got to the register.The manager Amy stated my transaction didn’t go through so I needed to swipe my card agin but it actually did so I got charged twice for one pair of shoes.I was able to get the refund for the 2nd transaction but not the first.She stated the first transaction would be put back on my card within a few days but it’s hadnt.Its been 5 days and I still haven’t received my refund.I called the store to inform her I haven’t received it just like she told me to just for her to tell me to call their 1800 number and wait another business day for them to call me back.This was the worst experience ever and I don’t plan on returning.

When an employee threatens to fight you and yells obscenity after obscenity at you while his co workers hold him back, AFTER youve just spent $250 that night, and thousand of dollars in the past with this company and its subsidiaries, its just sad! will NOT be spending or reccomending others to shop there qhile this type of behavior is accepted and rewarded with continued employment.

I called the man at the register for my son size right before my son party and right before I came in and said it would be at the register for me I get there and waited for 10-15 min for the man too come back out from the back and say he sold it very bad customer service ruined my son whole birthday outfit that I had planned for him I will never shop here again
