Love this coffee shop. They have a lot of different choices and all taste great. Ive been going here for quite some time and it always brings me back when Im craving some coffee. From blended, cold brew, to hot, and refreshing drinks this place doesnt miss. Not to bad on the breakfast sandwiches either. Also enjoy their daily quiz at the window for 10 cents off if you guess correctly. Always a favorite.

Coffee is great, but whomever the manager is : You need 2 people minimum in morning rush hour. Becoz of less people and more customers and making coffee quality is declining. Don’t do the same mistake what Starbucks did.

Normally, Caribou is by far my favorite coffee place. However, Saturday I asked for a cold mocha, light on ice, and got a cup so packed with ice, there was hardly room for the VANILLA drink. My daughters coffee tasted strongly of vinegar. What was going on?

Manager helped me out big time right before he closed with a 1/2 gallon coffee. It made my coaches so happy to get this so just wanted to say thank you for this. Will be coming back!!

The service was ok. Went through drive thru and the ladies there didnt even acknowledge we were there. Went inside to order the one lady was very rude because we asked about sugar free options and they both acted like we were a burden. Not sure Id come back to this location.

Went through the drive thru today and the person taking the orders did not listen at all. We had questions about their drinks but instead of answering the questions they were ordering the drinks for us. I even asked a question at the window and the lady ignored me. Customer service from Amy could definitely be better.

Awesome, amazing GLUTEN FREE SPINACH ARTICHOKE & PROVOLONE. Its so hard to find gluten free coffee shop who offers coffee and sandwich. The sandwich was yummy, and they took care of cross contamination. Will visit again.

Their coffee (in large help yourself coffee thermos carafes) also never tastes fresh so when I visit Corner Bakery, I choose a different beverage other than coffee. (Their hibiscus lemonade is wonderful! Tart and sweet and provides a great balance to many of the offerings on their menu.)

I don’t like using the word mediocre or giving less than average reviews, but Caribou’s coffee and service simply that—mediocre—quite consistently. My experience is based mostly from the drive-thru window. I can think of one time when I thought the coffee was made correctly and felt I got my money’s worth. The other 98% of the time it’s bland, not having the proper amounts of sweetener, cream, and extremely bitter (non-fresh tasting), etc. This morning after purchasing an iced coffee, I finally decided to post a review. I usually go to Starbucks but the line is out to the road on Saturdays. I can steadily say I’m disappointed every time with Caribou, and I wouldn’t bother letting Caribou know this for various reasons. Attached is a photo of a large coffee and what you can get in a Trenta cup for 9 cents more at Starbucks—and it tastes multiple times better, or it’s free. Most of what you can see from the photo is a cup of ice with very little coffee. The sweetener tasted like someone used stevia or something overly artificial. Can’t say I have much experience inside. I used to like their lattes but they do not have iced coffee down very well. Google needs to implement half-star ratings, but Ive given them 3-stars.

Great coffee shop with a relaxing atmosphere and great staff. Great place to go work and get out of the house. The drinks are good, but the breakfast sandwich and coffee cake is incredible.

I was not impressed with the staff as they were not super friendly and took about 15 minutes to make my drink (there was only 2 other people in the store). But the drink was delicious and the chairs were comfy.

This is a nice coffee and smoothie bar. The location adjacent to a gas station is less than ideal, but the facility, furniture and kitchen are nice, clean, new and well designed. The staff was helpful, patient and efficient. I cant speak for the coffee, but the smoothie was quite good.

Stopped here for my second blended coffee of the day. (First was Scooter’s coffee)This was so much better!!!Got a pumpkin drink at both places and Caribou’s had so much more flavor! And I like their coffee better also

I love this place!!!! Super friendly and happy hour in the summers Monday through Friday 2 to 4p.m.This was my first time crossing the threshold of Caribou and it was quite delightful. This particular location is very spacious and you would never know that its attached to a gas station.

As a Vietnam Vet every Saturday other Vietnam Vets get together at Caribou for coffee and relate our time in the 60s.

I love caribou. It was always one of the highlights of my trips to Minnesota, but dont be fooled... this is a gas station. You can market it as near gas and try to make it look separate on a man, but, no, its a gas station. Yes, they try to keep a separate area and they do a pretty good job of keeping a nice, separate atmosphere, but theres no getting away from the feeling that youre chilling out in a gas station. You can look over and see right into the convenient story aspect of the gas station. Its just wrong. They need to move. This is a fact: when they get their own building with the typical Minnesota-style decor, Ill be at that place regularly.

The great staff at this location is what sets it apart. Im always impressed by how all of the servers know customers by name. Incredibly friendly staff. The manager for this location, Stacey, does a great job and deserves much praise for having such a great staff.

The staff was super kind and helpful. Nice selection of warm drink options, breakfast items and desserts. The atmosphere is decent as it has a fake fireplace and lots of different seating options. But it is attached to a gas station so not only is the view bleh, it detracts from the space itself as it shares their restrooms, since it necessitates leaving the gas station door open.

Super thanks to the cashier who helped me find a place to park the ole RV. Sitting at Caribou is something I look forward to, and don’t get to do often.

I like Caribou. Their coffee is very good. Their store is convenient to get in to. I was there a week ago one morning (I hadnt been there for two months). They still remembered my name. One doesnt get service like that at Starbucks.

Great place for socializing with friends over a good cup of coffee, clean environment, friendly staff, & even though its connected to Hy-Vee Gas, it doesnt feel like a gas station.

Good coffee, friendly staff, has a sitting area, and advertises for live music. It is attached to a gas station, which felt odd but some how worked.

Coffee was way too sweet. I ordered a northern light with an extra shot and almond milk. Couldn’t taste anything but sugar. Husband got the turtle mocha and said there was a thick layer of Carmel syrup at the bottom. Ratio is everything with coffee and for $11 for 2 coffees, it should taste like coffee not like super sweet milk...I couldn’t even drink mine. And I had to ask to make sure they made mine right and she said she forgot the extra shot and went back and added it. I’m not saying anything bad about the people who work there, or even the company because Caribou used to be my favorite espresso between caribou, scooters, and Starbucks. But now they go way overboard on the chocolate they add in.

Nicky and the team were super helpful and friendly, and the raspberry latte they served me was delicious! Nice atmosphere.

About as much selection as Starbucks (maybe not as many sandwiches, though), but very good coffee and non-coffee drinks, and a bit cheaper. VERY nice seating area - better than Starbucks.

No issues with the coffee or food, but WiFi is very bad. Not able to work here productively. Disappointing because there are plenty of tables.

I love coffee so 4 me this place is one of the best in the city but dont take it from me go try it ( it will be worth it)
