I recently switched eye doctors to Dr.Noyce and her and her staff are extremely helpful and professional. They truly want me to have the right prescription and listen to issues I have had with my eyes and it has been such a good experience. I will definitely recommend friends here.

I am not the review person, but I had to write my experience with Dr. Nicci Noyce. My 5 year old daughter was scratched in the eye, by accident, by her sister. Well it didnt look so bad until it started bleeding. Well I called our family doctor and was referred to urgent care. I didnt want to take her to urgent care, because they would just refer me to an eye doctor. So I called a couple of eye centers, and they suggested I take her to urgent care. I was like really???? So the Noyce Family Eye Care was my last call, and they understood my dilemma, and made an appointment quickly. Being a mom of an awesome autistic daughter, I was little reserved. But my daughter warmed up to Dr. Noyce, and did everything she was told. The experience was pleasant and I was given the greatest advice on applying eye drops. I wish I would have known this 15 years old. I was so satisfied, that I will be making my next eye appointment with Noyce Family Eye Care.

Just got home from an appt with Dr. Gupta. I was truly impressed by how thorough she was and how she took the time to explain things. I have been seeing Ophthalmologist for a while and am going to switch to Dr. Gupta. I feel very confident and trust her to take care of my vision. The office is nicely decorated too, with comfy chairs, just an added bonus.

I love Dr. Noyce and her staff! I’ve seen over a dozen different eye docs in my life and none have been as thorough, knowledgeable and personable as Dr. Noyce. Besides just needing contacts and glasses, I’ve seen the doc for multiple corneal abrasions and she’s been amazing. With my last cornea issue, Clara and several staff members stayed 1.5 hrs after closing time just to make me a pair of glasses and phone calls to my insurance company and pharmacy. Clara also helped pick out my frames and was honest about what looked best on me, which was important to me since I could really only see out of one eye. They definitely take great care of their patients and I recommend Noyce Family Eye Care to everyone who is looking for an eye doctor.

They took excellent care of our entire family! Dr. Gupta saw my10 yr old(who has seizures, and autism) and she was wonderful, very patient, and very thorough with his exam. Dr. Noyce saw my 12 yr old and myself, and she was a joy! Also very thorough, and even helped me to better understand the hows and whys.Even the staff, especially Miss Clara, were amazing, and over the top helpful from picking out glasses to explaining coverage, etc.Would highly recommend for everyone, and every age!

I’ve seen Dr. Noyce since I was a child. Now, as a twenty-something wife and mother of two, I can attest to her and her colleagues long-standing high-quality service. I haven’t had a bad experience once in the 13+ years I’ve been a patient. The staff has always been friendly and personable. They’re very knowledgeable and professional. My husband is now a patient here and we plan on staying patients here for as long as we live in KC. If you’re wondering whether or not you’d enjoy receiving care here, let me be the one to tell you to go for it.

I see Dr. Noyce, and have been going to her for 15 years. I even followed her to her new location when she moved several years ago to Overland Park. She is absolutely the best! Very knowledgeable, skilled, takes her time with you and explains things- and is just a nice person which is icing on the cake.. Front desk staff very nice and professional too. I wouldnt go to anyone else!

I used the online appointment request option with a date and time. Although I didnt expect my requested time might be available, you would reasonably be expected to be notified BEFORE that date/time arrived. I received an email 30min AFTER my requested time that it wasnt available. Well, I figured that out when it wasnt confirmed to begin with......and no apology for a late response. So then I was given the date(s) available for scheduling and asked what my preference was. I tried to be flexible so I responded ANY day works, just whatever you have after 4p. That was two days ago and STILL NO RESPONSE. Not a good way to do business. If you cant follow through on a service you provided as a convenience to your customers, then you should not have that option available. This shows a lack of caring or attentiveness to your customers needs.

Very poor service. Staff was nice, but they gave me the wrong prescription. When I came back in the checked and it supposedly matched my prescription. The doctor said my problem was dry corneas. I spent a couple months using eye drops and eye ointment. Nothing helped. I couldnt even use my phone while wearing my glasses, couldnt see the computer screen. By that point I was outside the return time, so I gave up. Just visited a new eye doctor. They checked my vision and said my astigmatism correction was off by 45 degrees on my glasses. Needless to say, I have a new pair of glasses from a new eye doctor. I can now see but Im out $500 on a pair of unusable glasses. Will NEVER go back.

I have been getting eye exams for 30 years. Dr Nicci Noyce provides the most comprehensive exam I have ever had. Her personality is calm and kind which puts my children at ease. She is great for families! The amount of time, care and patience she took to find the correct contacts for each member of our family was phenomenal.

I went to Dr. Cynthia Yin for many years until she retired. She referred me to the Noyce family. I was planning on going knowing she would only send me to the best. I had a urgent problem and showed up on a Sat. without an appointment. Randy called Dr. Nicki Noyce and she came right in on her day off. Dr. Nicki and Randy went above and beyond for a stranger. Anyone that went to Dr. Yin would be very happy here!

Dr. Gupta, Joni, and Morgan were all very nice and helpful! It was my first visit with them and my appointment was quick and easy, and Joni really took her time helping me pick glasses that would work for my budget.

Dr. Noyce is the best! She is so patient with all my questions and concerns. I never feel rushed with her in an appointment. Whenever she explains a procedure or X-ray she always walks me through the details and makes sure I understand everything. That’s why my mother, sister, brother, niece and nephew and myself all see Dr. Noyce! If you are looking for a genuine and compassionate medical professional look no further! And the office staff is so helpful, too!

The staff are so professional and nice. They helped me feel comfortable and always have to best frames at their office. I will not go to any other optic clinic except them and I would recommend my family and friends to them.

Ive been dealing with dry eyes for years, called this office based on reviews I read and they were able to see me same day. I was taken care of immediately when I arrived. Dr. Nicci Noyce was very nice and helpful, did a thorough exam and addressed all my concerns. This office has good prices as well. Highly recommend.

The best people and a great place for eye exams and glasses!

I was in a serious rut with trying to pack up my home and I had torn my last contact and my 11month old daughter kept taking my glasses off my face, so every time I went to tape up a box my glasses would be in the box as well. I brought my 3 year old and 11month old and Noyce family eye care had toys for the kids to play with so I could fill out new paperwork. It was so friendly and knowledgeable about what I was looking at and how I felt in my new contacts. They even sent me home with a pair so I can move and not wear my glasses which they also adjusted for me. It was truly tremendous to walk out and see like I need to again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting me in so quickly!

I have been going to Noyce Family Eye Care now for two years. Their costumer service is excellent. Mitch is always wonderful throughout the process, answers all of my questions and explains everything so thoroughly! He even helped me pick out my frames and Ive LOVED them! I get so many compliments on them. Dr. Nicci was also great during the exam, she made sure I was comfortable and was patient while I decided which contacts I liked and they even sent me home with three different types to try over the next couple of weeks to decide what I felt most comfortable with! They were quick and efficient through the insurance process and made that part a breeze. I was able to get an exam, a pair of glasses and contacts for a very reasonable price! Love this place and will continue going and telling people how wonderful it is!!!!

In my experience, its rare to have a GREAT experience from start to finish including an expert eye exam, specific education on your eye health, and assistance with choosing new frames and insurance. Dr. Noyce was great a decade ago when when, by the luck of the draw, she was the one taking care of me at Eye Associates. I was thrilled when I saw Noyce Family Eye Care open up at 95th and Antioch - and they did not disappoint!

Randy Bell has successfully fit my husband with glasses over the years. He has physical problems which make it difficult to fit properly but Randy always does it. Hes very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We love going to Noyce Family Eye Care staff is great and Dr Nicci is the best! We went to her when she was at Eye Assoc she left to get her own practice and we followed, my whole family!

Lots of promises that nobody remembered later.On top of that, I was charged for an hour of training for contact lenses that they never got right.I dont need lenses that make me see less than before, so I never got any.With the normal glasses, they miss measured and just told me to get used to it and bend my head forward all the time so i could look through the focused area of the glasses.It took 10 minutes of arguing to get them to fix their mistake.Expensive and at the end, very unprofessional.

My son was going in for surgery to correct an eye defect. We decided to get a second opinion.Dr. Noyce correctly identified and diagnosed his eye problem.She put my son on an eye exercise program and he is problem and diagnosis free.He did not require an unneeded surgery.Thank you, Doctor.ps:Personally, I was having severe migraines at work on a daily basis. Dr. Noyce examined me and ordered tri-focal glasses for me.She made me throw away all of my Wal-Mart reading glasses.Even though I have always had great vision, the glasses stopped my migraines.The top level is clear for normal use, the second level is for computers, and the bottom level is for reading.Thank you for improving my life, Doctor.
