Max is the owner here, and he is AWESOME. He went out of his way and beyond to make something I needed for my work. Dont overlook this little shop, they can make things happen that others take week(s) to do. They also are very reasonable when it comes to patch-making...something that is basically impossible to get done in this city without them ordering it from somewhere else. Will 100% use them again.

Unprofessional, Rude, and clearly not Focused.I am dumbfounded with my experience at this place and specifically with Max. After corresponding via email with Max and getting assured that he could make what I requested, I was extremely disappointed when I actually arrived to the store and encountered unprofessionalism to a degree I havent seen in a long time.First of all, the shirts he assured me they had via email, they did not have.Secondly, in my emails with him I sent a few different concepts but landed on one in particular - which he clearly noted in the email, yet, he printed the wrong concept so I had to have him change it.Heres where it gets nightmarish.After He botched the first print, he went back in his computer and pulled up our email thread where he acknowledged that he made a mistake. He then went to work redesigning the image. The problem was he used the low quality image from the mock up design I sent him instead of the high quality one that I sent him. He then goes on to print this hideously jagged low quality design and make the shirt.When I pointed out to him that the shirt looked terrible and asked if he used the high quality logo that I sent him he admitted that he didnt and then had the audacity to put the blame on me. He said that I was there and watched him remake the image and should have said something. As if somehow Im supposed to be the professional graphic designer/shirt maker now...Heres where I screwed up. Before he printed the final shirt I made the mistake of letting him charge me. And even after I asked repeatedly for my money back he would not refund me. I even offered to pay him $25 more dollars to just remake the shirts right. Nope.Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Max and his team are absolutely amazing! They came through at the last minute with a big order and were very flexible when we had some issues on our end! The shirts have washed and worn beautifully. High quality, fantastic service. We will definitely be back!

AMAZING service! I am beyond impressed with this business and the fantastic service provided from the start. I called the business to see what the process would look like for having a custom shirt made that I needed next day. Max assisted me over the phone and was super friendly and helpful. He gave me directions on where to find the kiosk in the mall and who to ask for. Michelle and Haru helped me with my shirt design and they both were so wonderful. My massage class wanted matching shirts for or class graduation photo. They were able to print them quick and even saved the image to print an additional shirt the next day. The lady did a superior job of making two t-shirts for me in white. Beautiful, large prints that were so wonderful. The original artwork was done by me in 1991 (TMNT) and 1982 (Harpo). I brought in a USB with the prints I wanted done. She had both of them done in 45 minutes.

We cant say enough good things about the Oak Park Mall Screen Printing store! We wanted to get our little girls name in letters on the back of her soccer jersey. Im a soccer collector, and I like some of my shirts looking like match-issued replicas. I was looking for a screen-printing business on accounts that I needed to heat-press player names and patches on my soccer shirts, and I didnt really own a heat transfer machine. Thats when I ran into this small custom t-shirt business in the mall. To start off, I was a little nervous at first, but these folks seem to be very nice folks, very conversational, and welcoming; well-above standard for what I was expecting. I was looking to use this service for something a little different than what they normally do, so I came in with that in mind. Since I wasnt ordering a custom t-shirt, they were able to give me a quote so I could use the heat transfer machine. To sum it up, this business is totally awesome, and absolutely affordable; I was able to bring in official player name vinyls and patches to put onto my shirts, and with the help of this business, I brought new life back into my old LA and Real Madrid shirts, among others.
