The freezers either dont work well or they never keep them cold enough, because they hand you your ice cream and its already melty. You can even see the shine on the ice cream while its still in the tubs, which says its melted before they even scoop it out for you. By the time you get settled to have it, youll have a puddle of melted ice cream in your cup. This happens every single time too, and weve been going there for more than 3 years. We hoped that they would change, even after letting them know multiple times. They didnt. Hence this 1 star review. Needless to say, we finally stopped going there regularly.

Very good service. The person at the counter handles single handedly a large crowd. We saw around 30 people getting served within a matter of 15 mins that too at 9:30 in the night. Everyone was appreciating the guy at the counter. One of the few ice cream stores that is open till 11PM.

I asked for a warm brownie sundae and I got a cold brownie and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. No fudge, caramel any kind of toppings. This place is not doing what any other Baskin-Robbins stores are and the service at this location is horrendous. They seem like a rip-off franchise store. Ill never come back here.

Delicious consistency! A single scoop of Chocolate Fudge ice cream in a waffle cone has always been perfection.

Each time we come to this location their ice cream is melty, as if their freezers are not working properly or they have it too hot in the store itself (it always feels warm in there). It’s super frustrating to pay for ice cream that is melty the moment it’s handed to you. Also, on a couple of occasions we had arrived 15-20 minutes before closing and they already had their doors locked. Nothing more infuriating than a business not adhering to their posted hours. The owner of this location should step up and resolve these fundamental issues.

The service is always good here. Baskin Robbins is my favorite ice cream place! This one of my favorite locations and the service is always good here. I definitely recommend this location.

Used to be great. Not so much anymore. Used to have Nice big scoops but not anymore. Dirty, parking lot torn up. The tables are not cleaned off etc.

Visit 2: Yummy Ice Cream Shake!Visit 1: They are suppose to be open till 10 pm, however one day (midweek) we reached at 8:45pm and they said they are close. Second visit was at 5 pm so not sure if they are still open till 10 pm.

The staff here was really great. I am taking notice of what precautions are being taken in light of CoVID19 and BR lived up to my high expectations. All employees were masked and the six foot markers on the floor were highly visible. They had explanations of their procedures and also had a plastic shield between customer and staff. Plus Peanut Butter chocolate ice cream!!

This location is closed and has been for several weeks. They dont update their listing on Google or the Baskin Robins site, you have to call before you go. If theres no answer, theyre still closed. The locations with drive thru are operating, it seems.

Baskin-Robbins was awesome. I usually make my own ice cream. I have had a taste for pralines and cream ice cream since the fall of last year. I told myself as soon as the weather change I was going to go to Baskin-Robbins and get me a double scoop on a sugar cone and sit outside and enjoy it. The ice cream started melting as soon as stepped outside. I went back inside and say in one of those beautiful hot pink chairs and enjoy every bit of it. Great experience. Pleasant employers. Yummy yummy.

Extremely clean very friendly staff that could be a family. They made my Strawberry Sundae like it should be made. Enough Strawberry to have some with every bite. Nuts to cover the whip cream. The best BR I have been to in a long time.

I just had their new Love Potion #31!! If you like dark chocolate, raspberry ribbons, and truffles in vanilla ice cream you will love this! They have a ton of different desserts for everyone!

Baskin-Robbins Rocky Road is my favorite. The chocolate moose in a cup was especially delicious today. Staff is friendly and welcoming. grateful for outside tables with umbrellas to enjoy both the warm sunshine and shade.

Closes early. I pulled up at 8:50pm, to grab my friend some ice cream for a pregnancy craving.Hours online said it’s open until 10pm. The door said 9pm which is understandable in colder months. As I pulled up the owner was at the door and clearly saw me pull into the parking space in front of the door. I walked up to the door and it was locked. Being familiar with the service industry, I know it’s not ideal for someone to walk up close to closing but all you have to do is scoop ice cream, you aren’t making a full meal.

We walked in right before it got crazy busy. The two young people behind the counter worked furiously to get orders filled as quickly as possible. Tons of flavors here and the employees working hard for customers. What else could you want out of an ice cream place.

Nice clean little shop and the gentleman that owns the store is very sweet. I often stop by with my residents at the retirement home I work at and he always helps me carry out the ice cream to our bus. And obviously since its Baskin-Robbins, the ice cream is delicious!

I have never ate at a basking and robins until now and it is the best ice cream EVER! The girl that made my ice cream was so sweet! The poor thing was all by herself and still got to me within 5 minutes and had me out of there within 10! And she had a whole line of people all arou d this place deserves 5 stars all the way

The new girl at the counter at 743 on 7/11 after waiting our fair turn in line looked right in our face then helped the people after us. Very rude and inconsiderate. The floors and tables were dirty and sticky. We use to come this location so much the owner knew our order. If the owner is not there dont come to this location.... on our way to oak park location

This place gets freakishly busy-even in the winter. They definitely have a staff to customer ratio. They also need a bit more training on learning first come, first serve because they will take your order and you won’t get it until you repeat it again or to someone else. It makes for an anxiety filled nightmare. Maybe it will improve but went there several times over the course of a year and didn’t see much change.

Extremely disappointed! My mother and I patiently waited for over 7 minutes then when we were next to be served, the staff helped someone else before us. Interestingly, my mother and I are minority women and the customer served before us despite us being next in line was Caucasian. It’s 2020... get better Baskin Robins.

Clean and friendly, updated surrounding and plenty of ice cream flavors. So glad that there are a handful they always have, like my favorite, chocolate Royale, which is airy and dark chocolate.

Terrible service & management. Right after national ice cream day I tried to order the new unicorn freak shake that I had seen advertised. Nobody in the store seemed to know much about it, but said the owner hasn’t told them about it yet and implied they are behind on the other stores. From there, the two servers waited on my family of 5, while also helping other customers in a popcorn fashion. They didn’t know who was next in line or who had ordered what, it was a mess.Today I arrived to pick up a polar pizza that I ordered and paid for online. When I arrived at the scheduled time as indicated on the online order, nobody was at the store. It was 11:30 am and the store was supposed to open at 11:00. Lights were off, doors locked & no sign posted explaining why they weren’t open. I called the number listed for this store and no answer but a recording that said, “ please enter your access code.”I ended up having to drive across town and pay for another polar pizza, because each store is individually owned.I drove pass this store on my way home and noticed the store was open at 12:15. I walked on to let them know what happened. The nice young man behind the counter said this was his first time opening the store and was told by manager to just come in at 12:00.The owner of this particular Baskin-Robbins should know he is giving the franchise a very bad reputation.
