Weve had almost every window (and 2 slider doors) in our house replaced by All-Weather Windows. The experience is great from start to finish. Kevin in sales is really helpful at working with you to find a product that looks great but also fits your budget. The install crews were on-time and made sure to leave a spotless work site each night. Rick is a master at the trim work. Everything turned out great. We certainly will use them again in the future.

Shortly after window installation the white paint began peeling from the aluminum on the outside. All Weather took a look at it when they were out for another issue and said they would come back and fix the problem but we havent heard from them again. The outside sills on many windows now have no paint,

My wife and I had several contractors come out and give us a quote for 7 new windows. Each contractor was great, and we would have been satisfied with any one of them, but All-Weather KC offered an above-and-beyond level of customer service attentiveness thats hard to put into words. They understood the craft itself so well that they seem to intuit the best options we were looking for and asked the right questions to get us there.For the installation, Jack and his crew were the ones to install the windows. They worked quickly and methodically without much interruption to us at all. Theres was even a rainstorm one day which put the work on pause for a while and they still finished ahead of our expectations.Our new windows are such an improvement to our household that in the days since getting them were rearranging furniture to accentuate the new experience.

We replaced all of the original windows in our 1950s era home. Quality service and products. The installation crew fixed some unexpected wood rot for a reasonable additional fee. They painted the interior and exterior trim that was replaced, matched the paint color, and left us with the additional paint. Now our house is much quieter, we’re not pushing our AC as hard, and we can actually open our windows! What a blessing.

Just moving to the Kansas City area, I wasnt familiar with too many companies. After talking with Will, I knew I had chosen the best company to purchase and install our windows. The entire crew was amazing, Lonnie was great for organizing the installation as was Rick for being at the job everyday. Jeremie, Derrick & Max couldnt have been more pleasant and courteous, something I havent experienced too much in the past with remodels. Ok the first time, disappointing the second.The first set of windows they did for us were done well and on time. The second time, they left us hanging. First it took much longer than the 4 weeks we were promised for the windows to come in. Then they were backed up with other jobs and weather delays. When they did install the windows, there were a couple problems with some of the parts. We were told that they would get replacement parts in soon and they would return and put them in. That was 2 months ago and we still have an unfinished window. The attached picture shows missing trim and exposed foam insulation.

Needed a new window to add more light in our living rooom - All Weather had installed our french doors a few years ago - great job - so contacted them again! Scott came out and went through options - had great suggestions - and then Rick did the install. Both men were extremely professional and helpful. Needed a quote to replace a window and install new shutters. Would not come out to look at this or allow to email pictures to receive a quote but would quote if we printed pictures and took them in.

After 26 years in the house we built, we decided on a major renovation of the outside of our home. We contacted Kevin at All-Weather Windows, Doors & Siding. After a thorough planning session in the All Weather offices, complete with 3-D computer models and photos of our house, we came to an agreement. We opted to have all of our windows and our patio door replaced with Anderson windows. We also decided to have James Hardie siding on the three sides of our 2 story house (3 stories in the back, walkout basement) that did not have stucco and brick. The window team- Rick, Derrick, Darren, Jake, and David were very personable, professional and cleaned up every day. The interior window trim was of master craftsman quality. Tim is an expert resource on any questions about the Anderson windows and was most helpful. Cesar and his siding crew were amazing, despite working through some very difficult winter weather. We could not be more pleased with the manner in which the crews worked and the final result. The supervision by Scott K. and Scott H. was timely as they kept us informed and were always available to answer questions.Along with their considerable skills, the folks at All Weather are good, considerate people who take pride in their work and strive to satisfy the customer beyond our expectations. The new gutters and downspouts were a nice addition. The family owned business is well run and could handle our higher maintenance custom order. We put in a new back door off of our Kitchen with a small mechanical dog door on the bottom. The paint on the out of the door and the inside matched and everything was seamless.The cost seemed very fair for the quality that we needed in an exterior door.Now, the company is not the fastest so if you are looking to do a quick kick on your project you might find someone faster. Basically the cost of a better deal is dealing with their time schedule of when they can get to you.Since they provide quality at a reasonable price, call early and get started with a meeting and education of your options. We had Keven; he’s nice, not pushy and but wants to fully understand what you’re looking to do.Happy customers, like us will be repeat customers.

My husband and I recently purchased Anderson 100 Series casement windows from All-Weather Windows & Doors. We had a hard time deciding between the 400 series vs. the 100 series. We ended up going with the Anderson 100 series casement window and we couldnt be happier. Our home was built sometime in the late 1960s and has aluminum siding, so we worried if the windows would look okay with the current siding. It could not have been a better match! The installation crew did an amazing job! Originally, we were told it could take a day and a half to install all of our windows. The men had everything installed by 4:00 pm and it only took one day! They helped my husband moved heavy furniture out of the way that I could not lift in order to get to some of the windows. We have hardwood floors and they covered our floors with plastic so as not to scrape them. They did amazing at clean up and hauled away our old windows. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed. The views of the lake where we live were enhanced by purchasing these windows. Our neighbors have all complimented the windows and some have even asked if we had bigger windows installed--nope, same size, just an amazing window that truly transformed the look of our house. We would highly recommend All-Weather if you plan to purchase and have new windows installed! You will be VERY satisfied with their EXCEPTIONAL work!!

Service was rude and inattentive. I work in construction so I know the industry, even when people are busy they can at least be polite and cordial. Also, the prices were quite high. Ive found an alternative company to work with that has fairer prices and are so enjoyable to work with.That being said, there was a super nice and friendly older man who first greeted me when I walked in the first time.

We chose All Weather to replace our windows in our home. We were concerned that we would have to replace our siding to be able to install full replacement windows. Fortunately, we did not need to replace our siding. We went from crank out windows to double hung. The windows look fabulous! The installers were able to compensate for the difference of the size of the original window opening and the new replacement window by applying trim to the interior of the window and exterior. The end result looks great! The installers were very friendly, neat, and cared about their work. The sales person was also very friendly, no pressure, and very knowledgable about the product and what work work best for our home. This was a great investment for upgrading the value and look of our home!

After checking all the home improvement and hardware stores for some specialty screen hardware, and either not finding what we needed, or having to buy a whole kit with stuff we didnt need, we decided to try All-Weather since we were already nearby. We first thought they wouldnt have any thing since it appeared that they specialized in selling and installing new and replacement windows and doors. But Jamie helped us and introduced us to John, the parts and warehouse manager. After a quick look at what we were looking for, he brought out a big bin of the exact hardware we needed, and at a price that couldnt be beat. We were afraid we were going to have to order a large quantity from an internet supplier just to get the few we needed. Good customer service goes a long way, and we appreciate the help. Found and installed parts for older windows we had. Reasonable price and came when they said they would. I would both use again and recommend them to others. Only thing that deterred from a 5 star was they had our order in and no one knew where it was. Later it was figured out the salesman had pulled it to call us but was off for a couple of days. Found it, installed it, and I was satisfied.

We purchased new windows for our upstairs about 2 years ago and they have performed great! They open easily and are easy to clean. Great investment--will use them again when we replace the downstairs windows.

Last month we were the victims of an attempted burglary. Fortunately, we were home at the time and the criminal never made it fully inside. Unfortunately, the criminal completely destroyed a lower level Anderson casement window. We promptly called Anderson window regarding the window replacement. Anderson informed us that All-Weather is the only certified installer of Anderson Windows and Doors in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Thereafter, we dealt directly with Tim Eppenheimer, Service Manager. This morning he installed the new casement window. It looks great! Tim was punctual, pleasant and professional. In addition, Tim took extra time to educate us on the proper ongoing care and maintenance of our Anderson windows. I cannot recommend Tim any higher, as the star rating stops at five.

The product (2 sliding doors) looks great and we hope they will be worth the investment. The costumer service portion however was very disappointing. When I had to change the date of the door install because the electrician was unavailable until later, I left a message with Kevin (sales rep) and Scott (install manager) but never heard back until I called Kevin a second time. The project was scheduled over 2 days however the installers finished after 3 more 1/2 days, over a 4 week period. One week had gone by after Rick and Dave left on day #2 and I was the one who called Scott and Kevin to find out when they were coming back to finish. The installers were wonderful to work with including the cleanliness and professional attitude. I was just frustrated that I had to initiate all the conversation for scheduling etc. 5 stars for product, 3 stars for customer service.

The entire process was easy and convenient. The original sales person met me on my schedule, made recommendations based on my needs, wants and budget and followed up promptly with a proposal.The installers were friendly, on time and extremely neat. They cleaned up afterwards and you couldnt tell anyone had done any work. A piece had been damaged in transportation and they repaired it quickly, as soon as the replacement was ready.

Needed a sash for an Andersen window replaced.The entire staff was so helpful and my instillation was scheduled right away.

E series windows used to be Eagle brand windows. Andersen windows recently acquired Eagle. They are now Andersens top of the line product. I set up an appointment to have a salesperson visit our home to provide a quote. I had done extensive research and was quite knowledgable in the options Andersen offers. Despite me being very clear what I was interested in, the sales person kept trying to push me into a different product that I was not interested in. I finally said fine, you can provide an additional quote for the additional product, but I am really only interested in a quote on the E- series. After the salesperson had worked up the quote he called me to schedule an appointment to go over it. He stopped by and reviewed what he had worked up. He completely ignored my request for a quote on the E series and only provided a quote for the product he was trying to push that I was not interested in. This was very frustrating and a waste of my time. In addition, the quote he provided only contained one overall price figure and did not provided broken down costs for each window. I asked him for the broken down costs and he said that he could not provided them because it was to hard to separate each window due to shipping/freight considerations. This screamed scam and I knew he was feeding me BS. It appeared he was trying to hide costs so that he could inflate the price. To arrive at any price, you have inputs. All I asked was that these inputs be broken down. All other window quotes I received from other companies did this no questions asked. The whole experience rubbed me the wrong way and the sales person appeared to have inadequate knowledge of the product I was interested in. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER.

Came in here for a cheap part, they were not going to make much money on but they treated me very well. Found the latches I was needing. Great customer service will be back in the future!

They did excellent work. My only gripe is the cost. But really comparing the price to other companies such as L#### or H### D#### it really wasnt that much more and the quality of work is much superior. Over all it was worth it.

We were wanting to go low maintance on our fascia boards and soffits and have the front of the house siding redone as we were having a major remodel done on the home. We needed to use the aluminum siding to filling on the side and back of the home where doors and windows had been moved that would match the sun faded siding. I contacted Doug and told him what we were wanting and he came out and assisted us not only with the vinyl siding but recommended a company that could do the aluminum siding meshing for us since we were having issues trying to find a company to do this. My wife has always enjoyed the color schemes of victoria homes and the colors we chose on our house reflects the tri-color scheme. We went with a vertical style in a sage color and had the windows and front door wrapped in white linen. The windows were an almond color and once it was all put together it gives a very classy look to the home which we enjoy.

Did a good job with our custom windows.

All Weather Windows, Doors and Siding from top to bottom did a great job with our entire home window replacement to the awesome Anderson 100 Series! The windows are beautiful, quiet and cooler with the SunSmart option with our extreme west side sun. Theyre easy to open and seal much tighter than our old builder quality windows.Our first experience with All Weather Windows, was the knowledgable sales man over the phone. We talked thru what we were wanting and set up an appt to have a salesman come to our home. Chris, our sales rep, was professional, on time and very knowledgable. He provided great insight on how a typical window replacement project with a stucco home would go. He recommended some solutions to better fit our lifestyle, while providing some nice savings to the overall cost of the project, i.e. change some windows we never open to fixed, some from casement to sliding, etc. Its tough to decide which of his awesomes suggestions are my favorites, as I love them all! The sliding windows are awesome, the updating of the master BR bay window setup to a large picture window with 2 side casements made the view so more open and lastly updating the Master BR arched window to textured glass so we could bring in light without losing privacy was just perfect! Thank you, Chris!Next came Scott, production manager, very friendly, on time for his appt and very professional. Scott did the official measurement of the windows, walked me thru the replacement process in detail and highlighted risks we might incur in doing replacements, i.e. blinds might fit slightly different, might have a slightly narrower window, etc. He also did a great job of touching base during installation to ensure all was on track! Thank you, Scott!Installation was led by Rick and David who were awesome! Very professional, friendly and kept me up to date on the progress of the project. Turns out our home had some unique windows installed by the builder, unfortunately, which forced a change to the intended replacement solution. After discussing options with Rick, Scott and owner Doug, we came up with the best solution that my husband and I agreed was a great win win. It took a bit longer and was a bit messier because of the revised complex solution, but the crew did a super job cleaning up their areas at the end of each day!
