I went to this location today to pick up a large amount of fall decoration items to decorate the outside of my workplaces office! They have really nice large hay bales, beautiful mums, corn stalks, pumpkins, gords, etc. for fall, and the staff was super helpful!! The lady at the front was very kind and helpful, and 4 men total helped me load everything into my car. Thank you, everyone!!

I came in for a project last week, the staff went above and beyond to assist me and not only helped me find what I was looking for but also helped me get the assembly of it started as I wasnt exactly sure what I was doing. Overall they spent over and hour with me. Keith, Darla and Amy all went above and beyond and I hope the Manager Scott gets this message. (Overland Park, KS at College and Quivira location)

This store is clean, and inviting. A young lady helped me get what I needed and was incredibly outgoing. My preferred hardware store. Also, Strikingly large bbq sauce/seasoning selection haha. One stop shop!

Friendly and helpful staff. A customer was short of paying for the items. A nice checkout lady offered to pay what the other person could not. She taught us all in line to pay it forward. You won me over.

Had a wonderful experience at the store. I had lost a bolt to my car while changing the battery and decided to go to Ace to try and find a replacement. Thomas quickly found me trying to locate the correct bolt and offered to go out to my car to help me make sure I had found the right one. He installed the bolt for me and was very kind throughout the entire process.

This is my local hardware store and they are always helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of what you need without being overwhelming. Plus they carry the best brand of decorated socks! Who knew?

Was able to pick up some nice plants for my patio. Looked healthy and nice lady there to help. Prices seemed a little bit high but not horrible.

I shop around for mistinted paint a lot. Anytime I have questions, there has always been someone there to help. The manager is very helpful and informative. What I love is that he remembered me from one visit to the next. You dont usually get that a the larger places.

My wife and I go to this Ace for all of our DIY projects. The employees are what keep us going back. We are always met with a friendly greeting and pointed in the right direction. These people actually know what they are talking about when you have questions. I highly recommend this hardware store.

I went to rent a piece of equipment and when I asked about the deposit and why my credit card would be charged $100 up front I was told by the general manager, John Reynolds, that happened to walk up to the register that it was policy and that if I didnt like it he could rip up the contract. WOW.....great job John. Nothing like showing your associates how to handle customers. I would not recommend this Westlakes.

This place is not customer friendly. The people here are not well trained and there is a definite morale issue. I just had the worst retail experience here that I can remember in a long time! There comes a point where paying high retail for convenience and location doesn’t make sense if I’m going to get rude service !

I have had three keys duplicated at this Ace Hardware. They were always my go-to place for extra keys. This morning I needed a fourth key and they refused to make the duplicate. I have brought my own blanks every time but now it is a problem.

The employees here are always ready and willing to offer assistance and guidance as needed.
