Absolutely LOVE this place. My daughter and I shop in here all the time. I love how dedicated to their customers they are, they exchanged my jewelry for the same price when i saw a ring of the same value that matched my daughters better. Theyre amazing. With the best looking jewelry out there.

Always my go to ring store! Super friendly everyone always eager to help. Affordable. Today I went in and bought a ring from Ian. Ian was patient with me trying out like 10 different options. After I found the one, Ian proceeded to clean 3 of my rings! They look amazing.

The employees are extremely knowledgeable about theyre products, and love to help each customer find theyre own unique style. I love when businesses have passionate and dedicated employees who have a drive for customer service!! Plus the store has enough shine to match the glitter of the jewelry 😊

This was a terrible experience at this location. There were only 2 associates working during the holiday season. One associate left and went to the back with only one associate still working with a customer. The line was outside the store as well. I definitely do not recommend this location!!!

We went to the store in Oak Park, waiting in line for ~30 minutes. There were only 2 associates working, the week of Christmas. They had a max of 20 charms to choose from. The associate who assisted us, sighed vs. greeting us and honestly was clearly annoyed to be working. I thought I should ask for the Managers card- however this was a reflection of Manager more than the associate herself. Low inventory, low standards. Disappointing visit, Shame Pandora. So much for brand reputation.

We had great customer service today. I purchased a bracelet for my friend last Christmas and a stone and prongs had come undone. They replaced it no questions asked. And said if there were any issues bring it back. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes no joke. Really pleased. Highly recommend.

Good service as usual, however they were out of most charms that I was looking for.

I purchased a bracelet as a gift ( an iconic bracelet) as a gift and was oversized, I travelled over seas but the bracelet was oversized thus I bought a smaller size of the same bracelet but left the clips and the charm with it in hope I can return the bracelet when I came back however they refused to do so as the policy says i cant return the policy by itself but has to has the 2 clips and charm with it

I wish I would have thought of this concept. They were just killing it during the holidays. We had to wait in line for service, but it moved pretty quickly. The beads for bracelets or necklaces arent cheap... ours was $65, but it is a unique gift which is what we were looking for.

Customer service was awesome. They werent there to sale you something, sales person very knowledgeable

Took my Mother, who is in a wheelchair, to the store and was very disappointed in the store layout. Display cases/counter-top display could not be viewed by someone in a wheelchair. You have to look down from the top of the case to see any merchandise. Unacceptable and not a wheelchair-friendly store.

My girlfriend went in to get a replacement ring because a stone had fallen out of her ring and the girl waiting on her was rude and seemed put-out having to help. If your looking to buy other products like that I guess go there but if you can find somewhere else I would go there instead just my opinion.

Every one at the Pandora stores I have been in treated me like i belonged. Hats off to mgmt as well as the supporting team.
