HBH website had a coupon offer for $8 off a bone in ham if picked up by 11/22. We reserved our ham and scheduled pick up for today to save a little money. HBH has been the holiday main course for 20+ years. When my husband went to pick up our ham, he was told that he could not use the coupon offer in conjunction with a gift card. The gift card was purchased at a HBH location, using either cash or credit. How is it that I can use a credit card with the coupon but not a gift card? Business are charged Credit/debit card transaction fees on guest purchases. You would think they would want to save the business some money and avoid those fees by using the gift card, and return the favor by saving me a little money too. This is bad business and not a company I want to do business with again.

Got some tasty ham and good smoked turkey

This review is for 11-25-2020 service only. Service today was very strange. I had pre-paid for myorder 2 weeks ago and had a scheduled pick up time. When we arrived, they had a total of 4 lines. 3 for reservations (you reserved but did not pay) and walk-ins, and ONE line for pre-paid orders. This made no sense, because Honeybaked urges you to do the pre-paid option because it allows for FASTER CHECKOUT. It says it right there on the website. I was in line for about 30 minutes, where as the people who just walked up without a reservation or pre-paid order, were in and out in less than 10-15 minutes. The food is always awesome, but they should re-evaluate their setup for for pickup the DAY BEFORE A HOLIDAY. The pre-paid option is kind of a bait & switch and false advertising, since it definitely isnt faster.

The employees stand out front of the store and smoke cigarettes.

First time trying anything from this place and decided to stop for lunch. John was very friendly and helpful recommending sandwhiches, its a bit pricey but good quality items usually are. The honey mustard spread is amazing. I will definitely have to come back and try other things.

I have no complaints at all. Employees are top notch, professional, helpful. Ham was yummy. But I was expecting something much more when it came to the ham. Something I was unable to create myself. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Ive turned out hams equally as good. But it IS convenient so that might be a good reason to purchase another.

Sliced ham is great for sandwiches. People are friendly and do a good job of taking care of you. Seating is roomy.

Normally a 4.5. 2nd customer of the day. No slices available when they are offering bogo. Waited 30 minutes to get the slices then the credit card machine was not working. Normally much better service.

I ordered the Picnic Pack and a Classic Ham Sandwich to go. They were out of Potato Salad. When I asked the clerk for packets of mayo and mustard packets for my Picnic Pack, he told me they didnt have any. The clerk who made my sandwich overheard our conversation. He put several packets of mayo and mustard in the bag with my sandwich. The woman behind me wanted a half pound of Turkey, but they didnt have any pre-packaged. The clerk acted annoyed when she asked him if he could package and sell her a half pound. The woman and I were the only customers in the store. Honestly... I get better service during the Thanksgiving Holiday Season when they have a line out the door. Disappointed...

Came in to see if they could sell the hambones. And I got one! Not expensive either. And HoneyBaked ham has food to eat now. So I got loaded potato soup. Tasted great. Must have had more salt in it than I need. My ankles swelled up some. Oh well. They had a bunch more choices that sounded good too.

The ham is absolutely worth the price. Do not wait til last day. We waited in line for 1 hour. It was cold and slow moving. Ran out of hams 10lb and larger. Do not hold or honor preorder or prepaid. 1st come 1st serve. They have 2 locations. Or have it delivered. Still worth every bit of the hassle and cost. Never a disappointed stomach for Christmas dinner with a Honey Bake Ham on the table. Also makes a great ham hock and beans.
