Busy store. Well stocked. The variety to choose from is great. Clean store. Good customer service. Not a very people friendly store, very closed in, tight fit when theres 4-5 people in the store, thats crowded. Otherwise, I would return.

At least 15 or more people have tried the door as I stand here waiting for the employee to return. So unprofessional. Order your hats online from team stores instead of lids!

I always get my boyfriends hats from here and he loves every one of them. This is my one place spot I will go to get his hats. They customized one that my kiddos wanted to get him for fathers day and they did awesome! Going to be looking into them embroider some hats for our company! Reasonable prices, friendly staff.

Store space was very limited, with a 5 to 7 people in the store it becomes very cramped. Nicely keep like all lids stores we have bee too...I didnt realize how expensive hats had become.

Online ordering needs work...I like going to lids to buy my fiancé hats but when it comes to ordering online it is horrible. The first time it took almost 2 months for me to get my snap back I ordered and so I figured okay it would be a one time thing so I tried again. This time I had it to where I can pick it up at the store. When filling everything out online it said it would take 5 to 7 days which was no problem at the time. I recieved an email receipt of my purchase and on the email said they would send me a tracker number once it is done processing. It has now been two weeks and still no tracking number and still havent heard from the store and I even went in there and they didnt have it yet. I asked how long they think it would take to get it they didnt know. I tried calling the store again a week later and no answer. I am trying to remain patient but its kind of hard when you get told 5 to 7 days and it is actually longer. I just want my hat I ordered so I can give it to my fiancé before his birthday now since it was technically suppose to be a Christmas gift. So disappointed with their online ordering. Will never do that again!!!

Clean, organized store with a ton of options tucked in a small place. Hard to maneuver when busy and cant really get help due to selling and embroidery.

Had the hat I needed. They asked me if I had a rewards card. I gave them my number, I didnt know it was expired and they automatically charged me the renewal without me knowing or asking me to renew. I didnt want to renew, and didnt notice I paid for it until I got home. I dont buy hats often.
