Came in for the 1st time and worked with Betsy. What a gem! Fabulous selection for canvas and yarn. I purchased a piece and ordered a custom. Betsy made my visit so personal. Definitely the go to place for needlework needs! Cant wait for more projects.

Very friendly staff. Helped me pick out yarns for a class over the phone and had everything waiting for me when I got there. Spent time discussing various yarns and patterns with me and I really loved how welcoming the shop felt. Definitely a gem.

Had a lovely time here, the person working helped me pick both a yarn and a project based on my ability (not beginner but haven’t knit in several years) and they were so nice. It was a very good experience, they showed me Ravelry and I felt excited about my project. Would recommend.

Super friendly and helpful. Told them what I was after and they lead me straight to what I needed. When I asked for advise on working in the round, they told me to bring my pattern in and theyd teach me. Prices were fair, and there were a few skeins on sale under $5. Came up a little short when it came time to pay, and they put in the rest for me. They told me about their classes, and they were all very reasonably priced, too bad most are during the day. Otherwise, great shop, favorite of the ones Ive been to. Will definitely be coming back.

One of my favorite yarn stores. Most staff is friendly & helpful especially Lynn H. They will help you fix knitting problems & make great suggestions for yarn projects. Love this place!

This shop holds trunk shows then doesn’t pay the vendor! If I could rate them any more negative I would. Horrible horrible business practice. You’re better off shopping at Walmart than giving them your business

This shop has stopped paying their yarn vendors. If you ordered yarn from one of their trunk shows exhibitors, you may be well advised to contact the vendor direct.Sad, because these vendors travel at least 5 hours to put on their shows, and then have to resort to legal wrangling to get their money!

The staff are helpful depending on which staff member you speak with. Very good selection of yarn. Alas, their classes are mostly in the daytime.

Horrible for needlepoint. Did not have a great selection of patterns, fabric, or floss. Not meant to be a cross stitch store. I was disappointed.
