All around bad customer service. Couldn’t walk around the store and look around comfortable because a employee stared and followed me,decided to leave and never return.
I ran in just to get a gift certificate for Christmas. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Looking around the store was very organized and clean. I dont have a deep knowledge of make up to offer much more of an in depth review. Friendly, organized and clean is the best I can offer.
You have your old signs that state you close at 8:00pm. with a paper sign that states you close at six due to covid. You do realize most business have gone back to normal hours which means people are getting out of work at this time. Very disappointing. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I usually go to this Sally’s Store because the employees tend to be very nice and helpful. However, my experience today was far from that.I bought a product to dye my hair yesterday. I wasn’t too sure about it because my hair is very dark but the employee advised me and said that if I wasn’t happy with it, I could bring the product back and exchange it. I decided to try a little bit of it just in case I wasn’t happy with it. My hair color did not change at all and I decided to go back and exchange the product for something lighter as recommended by the employee.Today, I was greeted by two different employees. Betsy, the assistant store manager, and another employee. Don’t know her name but she had blue hair. I explained the situation to them and showed them the receipt for the product. Before I could get another word in, Betsy, yelled from across the counter to tell me that if I had used the entire bottle they wouldn’t do that. I then told her that I did a test run and even showed her how little I had used. She then went to tell me that my hair is too dark and that I’m not going to get it to whatever it is that I want. She was very rude and dismissive. At the end she said, “Fine!” Didn’t offer any help or give any advise.As I came back to the register, the other employee said that “they get yelled at when they exchange items” and continued to side with the very rude and unprofessional assistant manager, Betsy.I never do this because I hate to be that one person that leaves a bad review because of one bad experience. However, there is A LOT of wrong in this picture. First, the back of the receipt clearly states that “if you don’t love it, come back and we’ll happily exchange or return guarantee”. Second, I didn’t even use an inch of the product. I only did a test run just in case I had to go back. Third, I wasn’t asking for my money back. I made it very clear that all I wanted was to try to make my hair a bit lighter. Also, the manager raising her voice at me and getting an attitude for no reason is not right. She didn’t even say “let me see if we can find something that might work for you”, instead I got “your hair dark and that’s that.” Last, I don’t expect the other employee to throw her coworker under the bus but to say something like “look, we’re putting our jobs on the line for you since we get yelled at for this” is absolutely wrong.At this point, is not even about customer service. Those two don’t know how to speak to people and handle conflict. I’ve worked retail and I have never treated anyone like this. My goal was to meet the customer’s needs and made sure they came back and it’s obvious that these two employees don’t care about any of that. Very disappointed and I will make sure to speak to the manager and call corporate.
Worst service Ive ever had at a Sallys, really should be 0 star. Due to CV-19, you have to call, Im standing outside in a line, under the hot sun calling, they dont pick up, you see the lady which finished with her last call, doesnt come over to check and picks up another caller.The person behind me goes to her car, and her friend works there, he carries out the order and hands it to her, all the while Im still standing there. I tell him she came after me and he says she has his cellphone number. He goes in the store and doesnt even ask if he can help me. All the time Im calling.... I left furious, unbelievable!!
Everyone at this store is amazing. I am always greeted by the employees here every time I have come by. The store is very clean and they always seem to have some event or sale going on. I shop here on an almost every other week basis either buying shampoo (my favorite by ion keratin) or my new favorite polish opi. I have shopped at other locations but they are definitely not as friendly as here and or have my product in. If there is a free bag then I know this location will have it. They always seemed well stocked, in the few situations where they havent had something I needed they have always gotten it in and then called me to come and get it. No where I have ever shopped at has done that! I will also say all the people who work here know exactly what they are talking about. I have never got bad advice from them and if they dont know something they consult with each other to come up with the best answer. I highly recommend everyone shop at this location hands down always a great experience!!!
This was the cleanest and neatest Sallys Ive been in. Only problem is the lady worker was not very informed about any products what so ever.
Didnt even know this Sallys was here, hidden in the strip mall. The sales rep was very helpful in helping make the right choice on a different product. Glad to have a beauty supply store in town

Hair care products here can be a little pricey but its not bad, and some high quality stuff. Wished they stayed open a little later because I always think to go when theyre closed. Staff is friendly and helpful, but nothing spectacular.

Great staff, Barbara the manager is very pleasant and awesome, she took the time to explain to me the different types of clippers and trimmers, she is great and Sally beauty salon is blessed to have her, more people should be like her, customer service in our days stings and she is a bright light in it.

Ive been to this store multiple times for hair dye, bleach, etc. Ive also left the store in tears multiple times. The women who work there attempt to be helpful, but go about it in the absolute worst way possible. I asked one clerk (I believe shes the manager, as she is ALWAYS there) for help how to dye my dark hair blonde, and what I should use for it. She sent me away to a professional stylist, which I REALLY could not afford. Id done research, used a home-made bleaching agent, and gotten streaky results. As such, I came back to the store a couple weeks later, all the employees treated me like an idiot for trying something that seemed like it would work, told me my hair was too damaged to bleach (Id been very careful to use hair moisturizer designed to correct damage, so that WOULDNT happen, and it seemed to have worked), and said that the ONLY thing I could do was to get a pre-mixed dye to fix the color until my hair was healthy. I knew the risks, I was willing to take them, and they were trying to force me out of it with no legitimate explanation. In short, I was trying to get information, I was trying to take a risk, I was trying to do something for ME, and the employees treated me like an idiot for it.TL;DR: Employees act like they know everything, refuse to admit when they dont, and treat customers like theyre stupid for knowing no less than they do. They act like theyre better than the employees. They have lost my business.
The women who work here have the worst attitudes youll ever find if you need help with anything. Honestly freaking ridiculous how disgusting their attitudes are. Specifically some rat toothed eyeglass wearing witch with blonde hair and another chubster with curly brown, badly highlighted hair. Youre some disgusting people. Needless to say, never going again.
