Horrible customer service - everyone has an attitude. My oil change was never performed although I was charged. The Winter Springs location confirmed this, so I was driving around for 3 months with no oil in my vehicle. Tires Plus has yet to make this right; they’ve offered only a pdf file of my service history. Tires Plus has gone down hill tremendously; I highly recommend going to the dealership for a couple hundred more to ensure quality work is performed on your vehicle.

I called to see if I could get an oil change and they told I could get one if I came then. Once I got there, they were saying they can’t guarantee they could get it done that day. So I went to a different oil change place next door and got it done.

Had a very expensive part they worked with me and helped open a credit line so I would be abke to get back on the road safely.. Incredible ALWAYS GOING TO A CUSTOMER...

Looking for tires for my truck, Very friendly staff. The store was clean, they were not able to help with my tire size. Not the fault of Tires Plus. the tire was discontinued. highly recommended.

I came because I had a screw in the center thread of my tire that I needed patched. The gentleman was extremely rude and recommended that I get all new tires and started to tell me about their deals and what he could offer me. I explained to him that for now, I just needed a patch but would be purchasing new tires in a couple of weeks. He wouldnt give me a quote for the patch and was shaming me for not just getting a brand new tire. Perhaps I would have purchased all new tires here a couple weeks later if I had a better experience and he patched my tire, but I went right next door to Express Oil Change & Tire Experts and had a much better experience! It was about $30 to patch the tire and it held up great until I got new tires. They were also much friendlier at Express Oil Change & Tire Experts, and the patch was completely quickly.

John and everyone there were great as usual. Excellent service. I will be back.

3hrs!!!! 3 waiting to have 2 simple tires and freaking alignment done and I was there 30 mins after they opened and it still wasnt done. I left there at 12:11pm and they only had 2 cars on lifts!!!. So what was the problem with throwing on my tires so I can go bout my day. (Seriously thinking looking for a different auto shop) NOT HAPPY AT ALL TIRES PLUS..!!

I will say this, I never expected to receive UNPROFESSIONAL service @ any Tires plus location. However, I went to the Oviedo location because my normal location was booked. I really wish I wouldve read the reviews prior to going. Jonathan has the WORST attitude Ive encountered with this company!! He is HORRIBLE with communication towards customers. I will NEVER visit this location again!!

Went in for a oil change and always come out with a 1000$ estate to fix everything else that already been fixed.Thats why the store manager makes six figures. When I called corporate officefor they could cared less.shame on you Im a disble veteran.

Came in with a screw right through my front passenger side tire and they took care of me immediately. I expressed that I was in a hurry and they attended to my car immediately. Great attitude from the staff. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure! I like the fact that they didn’t try to tell me that I needed a new tire. I have had issues with that in the past so this was a breath of fresh air.

Very shady. I cant trust them. They dont honor their tire warranty. I have purchased the lifetime wheel alignment and balance for all my 4 Bridgeston tires. I went to them for a road force balance due to excessive vibration issue (not through the steering wheel though). They told me its extra!!!! Guss what, honor your warranty and solve the vibration issue regardless of the method you are going to use to solve the issue. Tire plus is responsible to balance the tires for a comfortable and safe ride. Make it right and dont try to find an excuse to charge your customers. If road force balance is a must to solve the vibration issue, then honor it. If not, then replace all your defective tires under my road hazard warranty. That simple! I am at a different store with nicer and more professional people and they will take care of my vibration issue under my warranty. I am calling the corporate to report this scam.

It was a great experience working with the specialists at Tires Choice. Bo set my appointment up and answered my questions regarding the tires that I was looking for and when I walked in Stephen was able to get me in and out pretty quick. They were honest and up front with me and werent pusy or deciving like other shops out there. Overall great experience and Id definitely go back.

Nelson and the crew were amazing! Needed an emergency alignment so we could leave tonight to go to north Carolina for a funeral. They exceeded our expectations and helped when all other places turned us down . We are truly grateful for such an amazing group of ppl. You have forever costumers!

Made an appointment online to bring my Jeep in for new tires. I had selected a cheaper set that was on a special sale and made an appointment for the same day. Within 10 minutes, the manager Keith called me to let me know that unfortunately the tires I picked were actually being discontinued and were not available anywhere in the district. He recommended a set of Firestone and explained why he personally felt they were better tires, and also gave me a large discount off of their online price to make up for the higher price I had to pay since the tires I originally selected werent an option. I knew this tire discount was a very good deal also because I had actually been considering those particular tires at first and price matched them to other local shops, but changed my mind because of the price. When I arrived for my appointment, they were ready and waiting for me. They checked my car over and were honest and sincere, which Im not exactly used to seeing at some auto shops. As I waited for my car, I overheard the manager talking with other customers and his attitude, honesty and integrity were the same for everyone. I felt very secure allowing them to work on my car and in spending my money here. Highly recommend and will be sending business their way.

Its a tire and oil place.Ive seen oil change guy get lost doing oil change on 2014 Ford Fusion. Well one out of five.Tires hmmm forget warranty. Not as good as they could be...Service prices cool.Coffee there tragic but you have water.Remember... If you dont know cars. All places think you should give them all your money. So shop smart... Dont believe a salesman ever. But most there are OK.

I came here a few years ago and ended up not getting service done because of the rude service writer. This time I was desperate for a quick oil change. I was traveling the following day and I was overdue. I had been double booked at another oil change shop and called here last minute.I was treated with respect, spoken to honestly and friendly, and was in and out in a quicker time than he quoted me at a great price. I highly recommend this location now based on this experience. There were other customers around and they were all treated the same. They have changed my opinion about tires plus and this location.

The employees are always courteous, knowledgeable, and do not try to sell you a service or product you dont need. They always apply any discounts or coupons you were not aware of. Its the only place I will take my car to for service

Alex and the crew are amazing guys. I always take my car to then when I have issues. They are competent and honest. They will tell you if you can get it cheaper elsewhere. They answer all my questions and break things down when I dont understand them.

I am extremely satisfied with my service. Tire Kingdom had tried selling me $800 worth of brakes and rotors for my BMW. I took it to Tires Plus where I normally go and they advised me that my brakes were almost brand new and all I needed was my rotors to be resurfaced saving me $700 bucks. They have gained a customer for life!

I have been taking my cars here for years and today my son had a flat I was coming back into town and he was late for practice he parked the car and jogged to practice. My emergency service was about 3 hours out so I called tires plus and told them my dilemma they had me come to the shop and Keith followed me to my car to help me with the spare so we could take the car in to have another tire put on. well, my spare was flat as well because no one had looked at it in a while so he took both tires back to the shop for me a new tire, put air in the spare and then went back to where my car was and put the new tire on for me. All with a smile on his face and this was after his work hours. He was amazing!!!! I will never take my cars anywhere else

Based on todays service, I highly recommend this location. I chose Tires Plus Oviedo this morning after driving by other service centers which had closed service bays just before 7am. The service bay doors at Tires Plus were open and the staff was ready to serve customers by 6:55am (which means they want to get to work!) I needed new tires, a 4 wheel alignment and a synthetic oil change for my car and didnt have an appointment. TP has a great selection of products and offer services at fair prices. They had me out the door in approximately 75 minutes with a Thank You and a firm handshake. WOW! Thats proper service!

Weve been using this Tires Plus for several years now. The staff is always courteous and professional. The Manager, Keith, will bend over backwards to make sure were taken care of. And the prices are fair and reasonable. We always feel like the staff is honest about the repairs you REALLY need and the ones you dont. Would tell anyone in Oviedo to use these guys. Awesome!!!!

Very bad place,you cant trust them. They do not honor their warranty on tires. They would not rotate tires because they said were too worn! I paid for this in advance. Pep Boys is cheaper and better. Their mechanics are better trained. Tires Plus tries to hold you HOSTAGE to buy new tires. Stay away from this place at all costs!

Im not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I took my truck in because of it being around the mileage to change the brakes and I heard a squeal. Not only did they inspect the brakes for free, they let me know that my brakes were still in good shape and didnt need repair, just the brake fluid. I also got a synthetic blend oil change for under $30 saving me a trip to the dealership.

I should learn my lesson because they’ve messed up another vehicle, but we needed a simple tire patched. Made an appointment for 2 and were told half and hour. Half an hour later, our car hasn’t moved. Wait TEN minutes for someone to even get to us (answers phones between standing customers), only to be told there’s no room in back, will be at least several more minutes, PLUS another half hour to fix. We are done with this place!

I take our 4 cars here mainly for oil changes and tires. Recently my daughters 10 year old Honda needed several repairs. Keith did a great job and explained everything to her satisfaction, and did it for a fair price. Sign up for their emails - I get regular $20 oil changes.

I do most of my oil changes and tire services at this location. Their personnel is pretty courteous and their prices are Ok. Most if the time they will work on your car quick, but it does get crowded at times.

This placed fixed my stem valve that broke on one tire for only $30 ($7 for parts and $21 for labor and wheel balance). Jaime was excellent. I was told by Pep boys that the TPMS sensor was broken and it would cost $350 to replace. Sams club said they couldnt replace it since they didnt have the part. If I ever have any future tire problems I will be coming back to this place. Thanks for the great service.

My married daughter went to this store around 6pm tonight to get a nail pulled out and her tire plugged. She was told the charge would be $50 for this service. She left. That is a ridiculous price when PepBoys said it will be $15 - $20. I went to the Tires Plus in Lake Mary a few months ago for the same service and it was $20. This Tires Plus store just lost out on our entire familys business.

Air started leaking from my tire valve after using a home air compressor to inflate the tire. Called Tires Plus and the nice gentleman suggested I try to use a small screw driver to release the pin in the valve. Unfortunately, that didnt work, so called AAA to put the spare on and drove to Tires Plus thinking I would have to have the valve changed out. The same gentleman who helped me over the phone examined my tire and noticed the pin just need to be changed out. I was in and out in 15 minutes, and he didnt charge me for this. It was clear I knew nothing about cars or tires, and he couldve taken advantage of that but didnt. Honest, good-hearted, knowledgeable folks work here. Would be glad to return for any other future issues.

They got one star only because I could give them less.All they had to do was replace two tires. One of my rims was damaged, and one lug nut was ruined. These are special lug that are a dealer-only item, to the tune of $25 each. Are their technician so dumb that he didnt realize he broke it, or didnt want to admit it. Either way, why would I ever trust them to ANYTHING ever again.I was also sold an $80 alignment, even though my car needed new hubs. It is really easy to bump the tires and get the machine to register being out, but without the alignment, the warranty is void. The correct thing would have been to replace the hub first, then do the alignment. I cant imagine how much I would have been charged, or how much they would have screwed up if I had let them change the hubs instead of doing it myself.Yes, I am a knowledgeable car owner. If I find things that are done wrong, it pisses me off knowing that many other people were done wrong. At least they put close to the right amount of air in my tires. For that, they can keep their one star.Never again.

Jaime Del Rio was our hero. We experienced unplanned emergencies with both vehicles. It was a Sunday around Noon. Tires Plus closes at 4p on Sunday. Jaime had parts ordered, delivered and installed on BOTH vehicles by 4p. He did what NO OTHER mechanic has come close to doing with me. And, he was pleasant to speak with. He was considerate by asking us things that we were too flustered to think to request of them. I cant say enough. They helped us to feel like we were being taken care of (and quickly) on a really difficult day.

Went in for an oil change and left needing a new transmission. Transmission was fine before they touched my car and they denied any responsibility. They cannot be trusted, Buyer beware!!!

I went there with my Hyundai Sonata due to some issues with my tires and steering. I was asked to leave my car with them, which I was hesitant to do. This, however, proved to be the right decision. Keith, who was working the desk called me at the end of the day to let me know that he had fixed the issue. He was very straight forward and didnt try to rip me off. Ill be back in the future and will continue to recommend.

I walked out to my car yesterday and realized I had a completely flat tire, and that I needed a new set of tires. Called up tires plus and they fit me in immediately. When we got there, they were ready to go, and helped my find the bestdeal for my budget. Nick was awesome! He realized that 2 of the tires they had were 3 years old, and ordered a new set for me! They got there super quick. With all new set of tires and an oil change I was in and out in an hour. The staff is super friendly! My fiance always takes his mustang to them, and now I will be taking my toyota to them from now on! They earned a customer for life yesterday!

From mainly rude technicians, to cheap tires, Im talking I bought 3 tires in June and by August I have already replaced 2 valve stems from leaks and one blowout? Id never reccomend this place to anyone because they are horrible! After a valve stem leak within the first week, they wanted to charge me for the service for what! They are less than a week old with 20 miles on them! Ive been to Discount Tire and Tire Kingdom who services free of charge with friendly service!

Charged $50 to read a trouble code - all other locations Ive been to read them for free (if Id known this one was different I would have gone anywhere else to have it read). Obviously these places are in business to make money but by charging to read a diagnostic code when no one else does you are setting yourself apart - in a bad way.Update (5/24), changing review from 2 to 1 stars - A relative of mine just tried to get their oil changed there. After a bit they pretended it was done but never took the car back AT ALL. When they were called on it, they pretended it was a mistake and said it would be several hours.... needless to say they just lost another customers business (she also said they were very rude). Stay away from this place!

They opened early to talk to us about car trouble we were having. Gave an estimate to fix and had it promptly finished once a mechanic got in. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Ive been to quite a few Tires Pluss in my day and I have to say this one did it for me. Customer service was horrible. They try and take advantage of you and the situation you are in when you go in for a simple repair. Appointment or not they still take hours to complete the job let only a simple oil change. After getting a tired repaired they threw my spare tire in the back seat which they failed to properly put it back under the car. The attitude they will give is rude and non professional which is why I will no longer be getting service from Tires Plus anymore.

Ive used this location for over twelve years, and theyve always been courteous and professional on the auto repairs for my cars. It doesnt hurt to have a another certified mechanic for second opinions, but when it comes to standard maintenance to keep a vehicle lasting a lost time, Tires Plus is as good as anybody in Oviedo.

I took my tire in for a patch because the tire had a screw in it. I left it there and received a call in the morning that they could not fix the tire. They then proceeded to tell me that I HAD to buy new tires from them because they were legally bald and they couldnt let me leave without new ones. This isnt something a mechanic can do to you legally but they were trying to take advantage of me assuming I wouldnt ask questions. I showed up to find my car parked in the parking lot on the flat, they obviously didnt care about bending my rim. I bought the new tires, asked that the old ones be put in my trunk, was told theyd be put in tire bags. I recieved my car to find there were not bags around the tires they had thrown them in my trunk. Really poor service, dont like that they tried to con me into new tires with a line telling me I cant leave.

The staff is friendly honest and professional, I have used them for more than than 6 years now and they do a great job, prices are fair and warenty good I can highly recommend this place.

Waste of time calling. They can’t do 24” rims when every other shop I called could. The person I spoke with was multi tasking while on the phone with me.

Went in for new hoses for my water pump... They changed my belt after i said not to do it. My vehicle inspection when i left there was all good on the check boxes. Until 3 days later my power steering pressure line busted. Coincidentally enough my power steering is located next to my belt. They claimed no responsibilty whatsoever instead told me it would be 850 to fix it. Very disappointed i wouldnt be posting this review if my water hoses didnt just go out again...i have no heat now. Will goto firestone next time. They might over charge but atleast it gets done right the first time.

They are trying to sell any products, like they told me one of filters needed to changed then I said yes then I remembered that I got changed the filter recently so I asked to see it they told me it just about to be dirty. Prices are high, not onset. One time I started to show my frustration because my care stopped in the middle of road then the manager saw me yelling so he told me to leave the store and to go somewhere else it is so unprofessional even if you have an angry customer you should listen not to tell the customer to go somewhere else

I had to have shocks and my brakes replaced, let me tell you what incompetence gets you. Drove maybe 15 miles before realizing my back tires were on fire and smoke! Apparently they put my calipers on brake and I was essentially driving with the brakes on for 15 miles. Aside from freaking out I had to have the brakes and the calipers replaced again! I realized that could have been human error and luckily nothing had permanent damage so I decided to give them a second chance with an oil change. Never again will I set foot in this place. They charge you for a service check and then dont know how to fix the problem with the vehicle, they just advise you to bring it to the dealership but still charge you, nicely done. Useless.

My suv had been pullin to the right and was off the steering column alignment slightly. i went in with a coupon for the managers special. which includes rotation, oil change, balancing, and alignment. well i rolled in there, and they took my suv and did the work, then the counter guy xomes over after a while and tell me how my breaks are bad and my tires are so severe theyre gonna blow out any moment. well this was my first thought, why the hell did they even bother doin the service then? if my tires were in such bad shape any self respecting tire place would know that it wouldnt be worth it then to do any of that work. also as i had told the counter guy before they started, i didnt really need the oil change yet since i was 1k miles ahead of schedule. anyways after they gladly took my money i left, and got onto alafaya.....my vehicle was still pulling to the right, and now there was a vibration st random speeds. i did a u-turn ad went right back. i went inside told the counter guy my concerns, and he went outside and started vehemently blaming the tires. saying that every issue i was having was because of the tires. he then proceeded to try and sell me his tire package on the spot saying that it would fix everything. knowing full well as i had said im low on funds,(i paid with a coupon for gods sake) he still tried to get me take out a credit card through them. needless to say without new tires to test his theory, i had no choice but to leave. ive been driving on them for over a week now, and the vibration(shaking) is just as bad, and the alignment is truly completely off. as anyone who knows squat about cars, if you have to tilt your steering wheel at a different angle to keep straight, thats called alignment. not tires. if it was the tires, the vehicle would swerve even if the steering wheel was straight. these guys didnt do the job right, and tried covering it up buy blaming the tires, knowing full well i couldnt afford to replace them. since then i have had multiple people drive my suv and all have told me the same thing. dude you got screwed.
