Curbside pickup is so convenient! I really like finding what I want on the app. They send you a text as soon as your order is ready. When you arrive, the app is equally as easy to notify Best Buy that you are ready for pickup.
Always friendly and helpful. My son loves to look at the washing machines and other items and they are always nice, courteous and respectful. They never make us feel like we are spending too much time and always feel welcome. Great location.
I remember when Best But had stuff to look at, try, touch, and feel... Now its empty shelves covered with tarps. Displays that are just hollow plastic shells. Nothing actually in stock. If you want to buy it your welcome to pay now and get it in the mail in a couple weeks or so, IF, its actually available. If not, they hold your funds for 6 months, or so, until something THEY deem equivalent is shipped. Im sorry, but I wont be visiting any more of your locations...
The store posted that they had a graphics card late on a day, and I was the first person in the store the next day to purchase this card since their website showed they still had it. Magically, somehow they didnt have the card. When I first went in the store and asked where the graphics cards were kept, the item checker person at the door wouldnt give me a direct answer where the graphic cards were... untill I asked him a third time with the sound of annoyance in my voice. My experience basically proves that this store will hold graphics cards for family and/or friends but not for first-come customers. This is a dirty practice, and I wont be shopping here again ever.
Best Buy is always at the of their game when I visit. I know just enough tech Im dangerous and they always get me on the right track.

The Best Buy in owasso is awesome. There buy online pick up in store is super fast. I ordered a Apple Watch and in less then a hour it was ready for pick up
Every time I visit the store I am greeted warmly and helped quickly. The Floor, Customer Service, and Geek Squad staff are friendly and helpful.Searching for specific items can be difficult as the organization and labeling is confusing, but I dont blame the store for that. The system Best Buy uses is just confusing and at times overwhelming, but the staff are quick to assist in my search with a smile.Overall positive experience and I dont see that changing any time soon.
Great experience we went inside to pick up a order. The door greeter was friendly and helpful. The staff was knowledgeable and they had a good selection of products. The store is clean and well stocked and I love when the staff are friendly and knowledgeable!! Great experience and I will be back !!

Mehh honestly its really hit-or-miss.. I have to say probably 45% of the time that I go in there I get great customer service, questions answered and leave happy but the other 65%... Honestly I just leave because it just seems like the associate has no care for what I actually asked for, only what theyre trying to sell me and I hate that. Went in for laptop, told the associate my budget. all I wanted was the minimum requirements to run the Sims 4 PC game and all he wanted to do was sell me some $3,000 gaming computer that I didnt need

Took my car in last week to have them put in a sub and Amp, it took them an hour and a half to tell me that they couldnt put it in even though they had everything strung out. Broke my dash in the process and they said that it came in looking like that but I have proof that it didnt. Then they told me that the couldnt do anything about it.
Bought a pair of JBL wireless earbud headphones & they werent what I was expecting so returned for Google Pixel Buds A-Series. The exchange was quick, staff was courteous & friendly
I have been in this Store before to buy a computer but didnt have very good luck because the salesman Talk down to us so we left we left but that was 3 years ago I went in recently to look at tablets and laptops. I bought a Lenovo Chromebook because the price was excellent, this salesman was very friendly and helpful and wasnt trying to sell me the most expensive thing in the place. I would definitely go there again
Online order and was ready to pick up and hour later. Stopped in after work and it was seamless. After being asked to show my ID, the TV was brought forward and two guys loaded it into my car. No additional paperwork or signatures. A maximum 10 minutes from when I went into the front door to when I was driving home.

Geek Squad rocks at this store!! I took my laptop under the Geek Squad warranty and they are installing a whole new operating system for free!!The associate was so kind and patient. Make sure you schedule an appointment online before you go; this way you get right in with a face-to-face talk time. If you just walk in without setting a time, you may wait a while.The five star rating (as always for my reviews) is based 100% on the interaction I had with the young lady working the Geek Squad ticket. Bravo!!I highly recommend the yearly Geek Squad plan. It protects EVERY device in your household (I believe up to 5) and the software of those devices. It is $149 to $199 annually, but today it just paid for itself and I am getting my laptop back on Monday with a whole new Windows operating system installed...you do the math.
Service and knowledgeable staff were impeccable. Though I wished they had a larger selection of in-store monitors, I wont knock em down a star over something out of their control.

Best buy is a chain that sells technology products and can service them also. I have used both(sales and service) many times I have never had a bad experience with geek squad that is what the service people are called. They have helped me several times, even when no one at the apple store could. They currently require a mask and all there people have one.The last few times I have been in stand out because I barely got in the door and someone offered to help and if they dont know they get someone who does, very helpful. their enthusiasm and pleasant demeanor are palpable. They genuinely want to help its very nice. If you are not a people person it could be a bit much. But if you will have or even might need help its a great place. They offer good and high quality products and you pay for them but if you know going in that your going to get high quality at a good price it balances.
I just love best buy in general. Every time I go the Best Buy on 71st and 169 hwy. There most attentive and some are knowledgeable on whatever I need on that specific occasion. Ive there hundreds of times throughout the years and Im a huge fan. Especially Geek Squad... I love the warranty policies and customer service. Im not a huge fan of some reps (not customer service) who have answered the phone in the past... but over all top notch... just be aware there everyone has flaws not what business or persons. Be patient and youll be just fine. Christmas season is hectic so like I said patients and theyll take care of you... so my opinion always call customer service there so much more knowledgeable on everything you need. Dont call the store directly call customer service...
This is a great Best Buy location. Everyone was helpful but not overbearing. An added bonus, this location takes in recycling of used toner and old printers, etc. Would definitely recommend!

So my phone exploded, battery burnt the back of the phone off, even though it is still under warranty through Samsung, they arent replacing my phone, been longer than a week since I spoke with them so I decided since I had purchased the geek squad protection and I need my phone I took it to best buy to get a new one, Owasso said I would have to call the 800 number but wouldnt do anything to help but put me on hold for a couple of hours then hang up, Owasso wouldnt help either just try turn everything you say into a lie, it seems like the 2 year warranty is only good for a year but they will not do anything to help with a destroyed phone so its not worth the paper its written on, so I wouldnt waste the money on a warranty
Do you remember when best buy was a place you enjoyed going to because it was awesome and the customer service was something that you looked forward to, not like today where the employees are rude and hateful. Today its another one of them places that you go only because you have too like Walmart.
Geek Squad for a laptop fix. I went in and was told that I needed an appointment, even though there were no other customers. . I came back for my appointment an hour later. While I was there, an irate customer also complained to the manager and was seen immediately. So much for following the rules!
I have left only a few bad reviews in my lifetime so I do so after putting a lot of thought into it. While shopping for a 75+ inch television with the means to purchase today I was completely treated in a disrespectful manner. As I stood near a stack of televisions placed on the floor stood 4 employees having a social gathering. This is ok because I’m not their manager but what isn’t ok is neither one of them offered to assist me. I stood at this location roughly 3 minutes. Finally I googled my question I had about the tv. I reported the employees before walking out with my $1900 and talking it to a Tulsa location.
Don’t waste your time calling. Spent 30 minutes on hold before hanging up. Went with Amazon who had the same product for less expensive and a less expensive warranty that even extended 1 year longer. Purchased my tv on Amazon and saved $250 and saved $50 on the shipping Best Buy was going to charge me.
QUICK stop so in and out in less that 20 minutes. Found what I needed (cover for tablet).When I have the time, I will be shopping for a new refrigerator. Compressor went out so need a replacement soon!

Horrible customer service. Attempted to return an item, brand new never opened, with a receipt. Was only 22 days after I purchased it. Would not issue a refund. I now see why folks shop Amazon.
If you need it right this second this place has you covered on electronics for the most part (except on game controllers. Never fully stocked. Didnt have dongle or wireless controllers. Said they would order in for me. Take two weeks. I just ordered for half the price from somewhere else on line. And ill have them in 48 hours. Which is still cheaper then what they were peddling) You can get everything in their store cheaper by ordering online. So its a matter really of how patient you are. Bc if your not a patient person and dont mind spending almost double then best buy is for you. If you would like to not get ripped off then shop anywhere else for your electronics.
I bought a computer from the Owasso location. It is defective it is insanely slow the touch screen doesnt want to work half of the time and on top of that just to use headphones you have to go in and manually reinstall the driver for the soundboard to do it.Tried to return the item after calling and being told that I could return the item and in-store was told that I cannot return the item. The manager on duty just looked at me and said basically were not going to do it but you can call this number.Best Buy used to be my favorite store Im never shopping at Best Buy again nor will I recommend them and Im also submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau this is not how you run a business Ive spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in that store. And now Im out for a hundred bucks for this stupid laptop that is useless.

Was five stars, now one. The reason? Bought the new Xbox One X, was recommended to get the protection plan just in case there was a problem with a new first gen system. Sounded like great advice. I would have it replaced with a brand new system if anything happened to it. Bought it. Now they dont even sell them in store or online, and am being told they only can only offer store credit if I return it. Spent a bunch of extra money on a protection plan only to be offered only store credit. Rediculous. Id love it if I could give you this $600 brick back to get a refund, or preferably just a new system like I was promised when I bought your protection plan. I might even be cool with taking the store credit if I were offered my money back for the protection plan alone. Will not be looking to buy any large purchases through you guys anymore. Sorry, Best Buy. Youve done me wrong.

This store is the absolute worst Best Buy I have ever visited. Nobody answers the phone and there is NO customer service at all. The store manager needs to hold the employees accountable and it might even be the store manager for the reason it is like this in the first place because they allow the employees to talk to customers like they are dumb. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR HERE!!!

I have been trying to get thru to best buy to by another computer and accessories and cant get any one to answer the calls. Get put on hold with absolutely no response. What kind of buisness doesnt answer calls coming in from customers. I dont want to talk to a computer i want to talk to a human about what i am purchasing. I went to go in the store and they are limiting number of customers in store. Been trying for a week and no response. Owasso best buy or tulsa best buy are no help. Cant even get thru to geek squad to get assistance with our current system.

I have always used Best Buy for electronics and loved the service i got so I decided to use them for a security install on my truck. Made the appointment in Jan 2021 and bought everything i needed at 71st store, they set up an installation date in Owasso for Feb 22. I was fine waiting a month, no issue. I show up yesterday for my appointment and they told me that they cant do it, they didnt know about this and they cant help me because i was given the wrong harnes at the other store and they were out of them. That did not try to work me in or make up for anything. They said you can go exchange the part for the right one and we can get you back in a month...HELL no! Im not even promised I will get the work done..i will never use them for anymore business or recommend them. I was more upset with the fact that they didnt even care to try and fix the issue and did nothing for the lack in customer service.

Best Buy needs to work on answering their phone when customers call. They also need to start moving their hours later like many other stores have already done. Its nice that they follow the Covid guide lines and require masks, Im on board with that along with curbside pickup. But curbside pickup doesnt do any good if you are closing at 6pm all week. Youre closed before people can get their straight from work unless you work in Owasso. That is real frustrating.
Normally I dont care for BestBuy service because the employees usually dont know what they are talking about and try to oversell. But this time the guy we spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was also very clean and well organized.
I have been calling Best Buy for two days now and have not once been able to make it through to speak to an actual person. Everytime it takes me off hold and sends me through to a dial tone I get hung up on. I used to go to Best Buy for all my computer needs but I will not be back since they cannot even answer their phones.
