Gotta love the sales!! But I really continue to go to this store because their staff is amazing!! Always friendly, helpful, and quick!! They make shopping here easy!! Everytime Im there, there is a husband needing help to buy a gift and the staff always gets him set up with the perfect gift! They even gift wrap it for him.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. I frequently pop in just because its in the neighborhood. The only drawback is thats is really small. Still really happy to have it here in Owasso!

They wouldnt even wrap my candle after spending over $50 on 2 candles. Poor customer service.

I typically dont leave reviews for large chains, because come on its Bath & Body Works - you know what to expect when you shop there. However, this location exceeds all others. Im already happy with the customer service at other stores, but this one tops even that. I was having an issue locating a receipt, after being hung up on by B&BWs corporate office FIVE times, the store manager, Madison, took the time to help me locate the receipt and fixed my issue. All of the employees here are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I love this store so much, that I dont even live in Owasso, I live in Tulsa and work in Owasso - but I only go to this one!

Bought several items for step-daughter for her birthday. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable to assist.

Store was clean and they were sanitizing regularly. There was a sale going on. They are only allowing 7 customers at a time. Got everything i wanted. Love the store. Staff was very friendly

Well they had 75% and 50% off and the place was well staffed and nice. I did not liked that they stapled the bags shut. I like the bags and like to keep them.

Had a really nice time shopping for items today. they were full of all the wall flowers and full on all the which was awesome! Also the sales clerk was an angel. She was so friendly, and so nice to me, she helped me with my questions and she made me feel so welcomed there. which sadly is very rare now a days. She made my really bad day that I was having turn into a good day for me so thank you . 😁😊

Unbelievable!You stop me at the door to tell me you closed at 5. Ok, I tell you I work til 5. Ok, then you tell me I could shop the Sr hour from 9 to 10. OMG! YOURE SO RUDE!

Girl with dark hair and glasses was rude. She was fat shaming customers and was talking about how some people needed to buy extra body spray because they stink. Very unprofessional. Ill just go to Tulsa for what I need. She made me uncomfortable.
