I was looking for cancer decor. None available

Party City had gone down hill over the last year. They used to carry several choices of each category, but now have cut it down. Thats ok but if you go in the stores they are really messy. I was in the tulsa store last week and owasso this week. They are both a mess. Like to the point I would look at who is in charge of these stores. If I was a regional manager I would be embarrassed to call these 2 stores my own.I think its time to solve this year long problem. If you do Ill be back! Thank you!

All of the employees were extraordinarily unhelpful at this Owasso location. They had no knowledge of anything in the store and played nose goes when my girlfriend came up to ask a question.

After calling the Party City on 41st and 71st in Tulsa Oklahoma I called Owasso because I was informed I have to call individually each store because they were not helping me and I didnt give up and call Owosso Party City they were amazing they called all the stores for me in Oklahoma so good job Owasso Party City you did great thank you so much for doing 41st and 71st job so glad I called you guys and you guys made it all better thank you so much even though you didnt have the product I was looking for that was the only bad thing about the experience I had highly recommend you guys getting a bonus

Really great choices for various parties. I bought things for a humorous 50th birthday (no decoration was more than $15) and even bought things for Halloween. My favorite parts of the store are the balloon prices/selection and the wall of miniature toys for gift bags/Halloween as a substitute to candy❤ All just so many cents on the dollar.

Too many birthday items looking like the exact same thing or just a bit different. Would have liked to have seen different choices instead of changing one or two things on the item and trying to make it look like something different. Was looking for cake toppers, website showed almost duplicates of everything I came across but with changing 1 or 2 colors, placements etc... Need to have totally different options within same theme. By website I had no desire to go instead store or buy online.

Wish there was more Halloween stuff out. It doesnt look like they will get much more.I still like going to Party City for other party needs.

Well stocked. However things were not priced well. Many items hanging with no prices.

Worst customer service ever. I went in because my son needed an outfit for their Dr. Seuss dress up at school. No one greeted me at all, and no one was willing to help. I was standing at the register for a good 10-15 minutes and none of the 3 employees offered to rang my items up. One employee was talking to another customer in a corner the whole time I was there. There 2 other employees, Im assuming one is the manager, came to the front and just joined in on the conversation. One of them left and went back to the back. The other went behind the counter and ignored me as if i was never there.

Worst customer service ever. Guy was higher then a kite at register couldn’t even hold the items and the lady wasn’t doing her job and was very rude.

Great selection of everything Halloween related. Prices are high from costumes to balloons. The employees are friendly and helpful. Its in a great location.

Love this place, but they were out of several balloons we wanted to buy and the line was backed up but they did bring in more cashiers quickly ..see ya next visit

I understand that a party store is going to get busy during any holiday. What I dont understand is how a party store cant prepare for a holiday by ordering enough helium. They already had a sign on the door saying they were out of helium, that was frustrating but I wouldve understood if the man working wasnt so disrespectful. We walked early in the morning the day of New Years Eve to buy some decorations and get some balloons filled with helium. There was a man in there and Im not sure if he was the manager or not but he was RUDE. I asked if I could get some balloons I was buying from them filled with helium. Only six regular sized balloons. He said, I have to fill all of his (a previous customer), so I may not be able to even fill yours. I said, okay, well if I pay for the helium but you cant fill what I paid for can I get a refund? He rudely said I mean I guess. I decided to not even attempt at getting them filled because he was being so difficult and instead just bought what I had and decided to grab a prefilled set up. They let me walk out the door into the rain with these filled balloons until one of the girls working ran out there saying she needed to cover them because otherwise the rain will make them deflate. We paid $14 for these already! Overall, this was horrible customer service. The girls were trying to be helpful, but the man working was absolutely rude. Prepare better next time, Party City.

I went in with my daughter to purchase birthday party decorations. A male employee was very rude to me while shopping for balloons. He embarrassed and humiliated me in front of other customers and my 6 year old daughter. While leaving my daughter asked me why was that man so mean to me. I will make the trip to Tulsa before shopping in this store again.

My family and I are so excited to have a Party City in our hometown Owasso! We buy our Halloween costumes there and the manager is doing a great job at this store! Very pleased and happy customer!

Had a lot of what we needed for a baby shower but very expensive. 3 people stocking the shelves and 1 person on a register. She was blowing up balloons answering the phone and slowly waiting on customers but the floor was stocked so its okay right?

Every time I go here I have to wait forever in line. This last time it was literally 15 min and there was only one person in front of me. I feel like there is only ever one person working at the entire store.

What fun you will have shopping at party city in owasso. They have a great deal of stuff to party your heart out with.

This place has no system in place to be organized when busy. All the costumes are a paper tag with a number. No one tells you that you have to goto the back to try and get a costume from one employee. Then there is no line, no take a number, nothing. Just a free for all. Save yourself the trouble and buy online.

Not a big selection on Birthday party themes, I was needing a hot wheels theme and they told me I would have to go to the Tulsa location if I wanted that! What is the point of a party city if you don’t carry everything that your sister stores have?

Store is a mess. Trying to get a costume no one is back here to get them. Would not recommend coming here.

Just went to the Owasso location. Ive been excited since its right down the road from my house. The customer service was horrible! The guy Chris was helpful, but his little blonde co-worker seemed like she had better things to do. She was hateful and couldnt wait to shut the place down when shoppers still had 45 min. While he was placing helium in my balloons a lonng line started to take shape. Customers were complaining about no one helping. Sad

Store was disorganized and a mess - broken decorations and costumes on the floor, empty shelves. Finally got someone to get a costume for us in the back and when I got home it was missing pieces.

Lots of things to make a great party. Thought the prices were somewhat high.
