Larry was very informative but yet quick at fixing my phone. I am a realtor so my phone is my livelihood!! He also told me about the screen protector’s that you all have for lifetime with your phone for only 29.99….cheaper then what I’ve paid before. Great customer service as well!Will be recommending everyone I know to Larry!

I had purchased a new phone from an AT&T store after my old one bit the dust. At the AT&T store I was told my phone hadn’t been backed up to the cloud so everything on my old phone was lost forever. I was devastated. I literally broke down in tears in the middle of the store. The man helping me at the AT&T told me there nothing I could do and just handed me my new phone and was “okay, have a good day.”I took both my old phone and the new the one to Phone Doctors and Seth and Chrys were AWESOME!!They told me they could absolutely transfer all of my pictures, apps, everything from my old phone to the new one. And they did, in only 10 minutes!! They saved the day, well actually they saved my whole life!!Best $30 I’ve ever spent! Could not recommend this place anymore! Seth and Chrys were so incredibly helpful and kind. And they have excellent taste in music.😊

Chrys and Larry were very helpful and friendly! I dropped my phone and about half of it was black + all messed up. They analyzed the problem with my phone quickly + gave an accurate estimate of the work needed to fix it and the price. Chrys was awesome! I brought my daughters phone in because it wasn’t charging. He took a tool and dug the piece of metal from the old charger that was stuck in it and pulled it out. Everyone seems to really know the technology and phones. They always help even when it’s just a question on use. They have fixed my broken screens and bad batteries fast and economically on more than on phone type. I’ve used them and recommended them for years.

Not good! I dont mind waiting for parts but then your team returns my phone and it wont recognize the SIM card..then told me they couldnt prove that it wasnt broken before I gave it to them well I can prove it my daughter used that phone for quite a while before we brought it in to have the glass fixed so the SIM card was working when we brought it into you...still waiting for the company to respond!!!! They also ruined the eject hole for sim. Didnt look like that when I dropped it off, also worked! Ps this is a brand new Nokia 7.2 we bought it in March 2021Update: Chad reached out to me and replaced the phone. Thanks!

Id not waste your time going here unfortunately. I have tried to support this small business for over a year but they just cant get it figured out. Over the course of a year, I have had to return my phone for the repairs not being performed properly SIX TIMES before they finally fixed it correctly. After figuring my time and money spent in gas to their store, I could have paid over $500 for a screen to be replaced and been ahead. Chad the CEO is great guy but their service and employees just dont seem to be competent. I wish I could have given positive feedback but there isnt any to give at the moment.

Isaiah was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! I can in to look around and get some basic info on my phone. I cant express how knowledgeable the employees are that work for this company.There are people who claim to know things because they read some stuff off of Google. But then there are people who ACTUALLY KNOW THINGS from experience and action and dont sound like they are reading results from a google search.So, if you are at all interested in my opinion i suggest you bring your device here to have it repaired. They actually know what they are doing. They dont treat you as just another transaction. They treat you the way you should be treated, As a person. Thanks again Isaiah and Noah. I brought an iPad Pro into their shop in Owasso to have a new charging port put in. They estimated 2 to 3 weeks. After calling every two days for six weeks, I finally was told it was done.At the time of picking it up, they said there would be no charge because of the time that I had to wait. I was extremely thankful. But after getting home and upon closer inspection and testing, I discovered they had not changed the charging port. The home button has been permanently dislodged to where it almost falls out, and the bottom of the screen is separated from the body now. Neither of which was an issue when I brought it in. I can only imagine or surmise that the technician got in over his head when trying to solder a new charging port in. At any rate, that is a very expensive mistake. The re-sell value of my almost perfect iPad is now worth next to nothing.Beware, phones may be their thing, but iPads definitely are not!

In fairness, their customer service is pretty good, hence two stars.My issues are that they used poor-quality products in my iPhone 11 repair, leading to other problems, and when I called to address this, I was told that I needed to pay another $98 to have them fix the issues (below).I originally brought my phone in to have the broken screen replaced. They squeezed me in and had me out the door shortly. When I got home, I put a new screen protector on the new glass, but the screen would no longer recognize my touch. I ordered a new screen cover and encountered the same problem. Apparently, with the replacement screen they used, effective screen protectors are no longer compatible. On top of this, my facial recognition no longer works, despite having gone through the calibration process multiple times since this incident.When I called the store to address this, I was told I would have to pay them for a different replacement/repair process, despite the fact that I had none of these issues (even with a broken screen) before I brought my phone to them. At this point, I’m paying for a phone that I can’t fully use, and I’m disappointed that the people I trusted to help seem to have complicated things more.

Had a screen replaced for my nephew and bought the tempered glass screen protector. Noticed when I got home the tempered glass was not seated on the new screen very well and it eventually slid and cracked. Called them when they opened on Monday and the guy asked if I bought the lifetime warranty. I didn’t since my nephew lives out of state and wouldn’t be here to replace if he did break it. Bottom line is they did a terrible job of seating the screen protector. When I asked if they’d replace he said “they would work something out for half price”. It’s been less than 48 hours since the screen protector was placed on the phone. Nothing I could do on Sunday since they were closed. Terrible service in my opinion. Phone Doctors was my go to for phone and iPad related issues. I’ll be looking elsewhere from today forward.

Had an interface with Isiah today. My iPhone and iPad were refusing to connect to the internet. My wife’s iPhone, using the same carrier and plan was working fine. Isiah figured out that the VPN I installed on my devices was causing the problem. We deleted the apps on both devices and fixed them both. Isiah is my hero today. BTW: there was no charge for his service either. Great service, competent and professional.

I had my screen replaced this morning. I walked in, Isaiah and Chrys were super helpful and had my phone finished before the estimated finish time. I highly recommend them. If I ever need a repair I will use them for sure!! Not all heros wear capes!!!!

I dont normally leave negative reviews like this, but when a customer directly asks you, over the phone and again in person, Do you do ultrasonic cleanings of water damaged phone? Do you remove the EMI shielding as well? and your answer is yes.. but then when you perform the cleaning you charge $30-60 for a cleaning that did not perform - only a basic brushing - and no EMI shield removal then you have charged for a service that you did not actually perform.I will not use this company again and will not recommend them. My phone did come back to life long enough to back it all up, but I do not believe it had anything to do with their basic brushing and even if it did, that was not was I paying them for.

They were able to replace a screen on my granddaughters phone while I waited. Nice that they had the part in stock but paid 5 times the price of screen for the convenience. I would have just ordered it overnight and replaced myself but we were going out of town. The markup of parts is ridiculous

Overall I had a very positive experience and will give them repeat business when the need arises. I would definitely recommend this establishment to friends and family.

This was my first experience with phone doctors and it was because I needed my iPhone 5 screen replaced. I went in there handed Josh, the sales associate, my phone told him what I needed and he told me 30 minutes and that would be it. It was as simple as that and now I have a screen thats not shattered. The service I had at this location was great and I got exactly what I needed, thats why I give the store itself a 5 star rating. My complaint would be the confusion that I experienced with the rates you see on their website versus the actual rates in the store. I assumed the rates posted on the website were the same when you went to the store, but that wasnt the case. The charge ended up being $20 more than I was intending, and although I had asked Josh what the rate would be he told me the correct rate but I heard him wrong. It wasnt until after I went home that I noticed this extra charge so I called the store asking what had happened but that phone call ended with me being still lost and frustrated because he didnt really have an answer to my problem. But then about 10 minutes later I received a call from Josh and he looked into my issue and explained everything for me which I thought was awesome customer service that he went out of his way to call me after everything was all said and done. So basically the situation ended up being my own fault for not hearing the final rate correctly but just that kind of customer service is awesome and that call left me satisfied and is what will keep me a phone doctors customer if I ever experience another phone issue, I just wish the website wouldve explained the rates better so I wouldnt of been confused in the first place.......Long review but it was necessary to show what kind of good service you get from this company, cant say Ive ever had something like that done before.

After mentioning to a friend that Apple told me my phone was unfixable and my only option was to buy a new phone, she suggested this place and I could not have been more pleased with my experience.Eli was very knowledgeable and gave me all of the potential scenarios/cost when I asked and also seemed confident that he would be able to have me up and running for significantly less money. He delivered and I had my phone back in a day and was only out $60 as opposed to $800. Thank a million Eli!! You were truly a lifesaver.

I would totally recommend this location for repair and assistance! I went in with a broken home button on Iphone 6 and was expecting to pay approximate $60 as quoted over and was told that would be a quick replacement. My technician greeted me kindly and professionally. Confessing that the nature of the problem was due to drop in water months ago,he went to first cleaning the connections. After two separate attempts to activate the button, with notation about damaged connections due to the liquids..on the third try his patience and skill paid off and the button and connection was once again working!! Hudson J. you were a lifesafer and a $ saver!! He would not allow me to pay him for as he had not replaced the part. Knowing that I need to upgrade phone, it was a pleasant surprise to walk away with spending a dime! Store is clean and service spectacular! :-)

First time I used the young guy did a good job. The second time I went there the guy told me he wasnt open until 11:00 am. I returned at 11:10 and he had left. I went to the phone doctor in Walmart and got the job done within 30 minutes of leaving this place. I base quality on more than just getting the repair job completed.

Took my phone in bc of water damage, I payed 30 dollars for their labor and they said it would take couple hours and it turns out that they had to ship it out a week for it to get fixed. Two weeks later they told me it was gonna be a 300 dollar fix and they recommended me to just buy a new phone so they sent it back and its been a month now and I havent heard a word from them. I called them and they said they were gonna check it out then didnt say anything for 10 minutes so I hung up and called again and they wouldnt answer. Employees are rude and dont keep you up to date!

My sons iPhone 6 charge port had stopped working and I had originally taken it into a phone repair place in Sand Springs which was close to my job. The guy charged me $178 to replace the charge port and the cracked screen. Fast forward 3 weeks later it stopped charging again. I called the guy in Sand Springs and he gave me the run around. Saying he could find where I had ever even came in blah blah. So my boyfriend suggest I take it to an actual phone doctor. So Friday after work I took his phone into the Reasors phone doctor. The guy took the back off and noticed the guy in Sand Springs had not replaced the bar which can cause the charge port to come lose and make you take it back so they can charge you again. So he fixed it and didnt charge me anything. Which was a relief because I had just spent almost $200 weeks prior fixing it. Great customer service. I wish I could have caught the guys name though. Thank you!!

A place to take your phone for battery replacement and repairs? EXCELLENT IDEA!!!However, if they don’t keep stock on batteries, it’s not really much of a help. Been by two different times and OUT OF STOCK.. AGAIN!Wasted another trip.

Had a broken screen/digitizer assembly replaced on my galaxy note 5, but the day we picked it up it stopped working...brought it back and the replaced it again for no charge.... that might not sound like a 5 star experience but they were honest, friendly and fast! My phone is back and ALL my stuff was saved! Highly recommend these guys and I wont hesitate to use them again!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I dropped my phone off the get the screen fixed and they said it would be 2 1/2 hours and they would be done. Came back and my phone wasn’t fixed because they said they didn’t have the screen in. Wasted time. So I went over to cell phone hospital and it was done in 30 min and it was 30 dollars cheaper. Don’t waste your time and money at this place.

I had a small crack on my Galaxy Note 9 and they wanted to charge me $400 to replace it. Thats half of what I paid for the entire phone. Wouldnt recommend coming here unless you have money to waste
