I called the pharmacy two different times today to check and see why my prescription refill request was taking so long. The first time I called, I waited on hold for over 15 minutes to speak with someone and no answer. The second time I called, I waited on hold for over 20 minutes to speak with someone and STILL NO ANSWER!! I ended up calling my doctors office just to find out CVS never even sent my request over! Absolutely ridiculous and poor service. I will begin my search for a new and BETTER pharmacy today.
Absolutely horrible I have had multiple problems with different medications, but one in particular. They tried to tell me (on a medication that I had for 4 years) that all of a sudden I had problems with that theyve always done it that way. So basically calling me a liar. Their drive-thru is also INCREDIBLY slow even when there are not many cars. Taking my business elsewhere.Update: Save yourself some trouble and go to Owasso drug, its been amazing so far there.

My experiences at this pharmacy have been good. The pharmacy is busy, as usual anywhere. My Rx is refilled automatically and I get a txt when it’s rdy to pickup. Easy as that.
Tried getting thru twice today on unrelated issues with 2 different prescription refills. First of all they dont contact you if the prescription request has a problem. The first call I was on hold for 70 minutes before they finally picked up. The call this evening they dropped after an hour and 26 minutes. This is only getting worse as time goes on. Worst customer service ever.
On hold for over 40 minutes at the end so I literally drove there while I was still on hold .. the young guy behind the counter messed up my transfer so badly ~ and absolutely did not care. I was crying when I walked out. Rudest pharmacy ever.

They never leave u alone! Fill scripts way before u need them...then bug the hell out of u because of it.
This is the best pharmacy I have used. They are generally on top of keeping my refills on time (very important) and when there are any issues or delays they are clear on the reasons why. Prescriptions have always been ready when promised (or when I specify, if I request them to be ready by a particular day and time) and when I need to wait it has never been more than 10-15 minutes. When Ive had questions for the pharmacist one is usually available after a short wait and all questions answered satisfactorily and courteously.Staff is generally friendly throughout the store, and Im always welcomed and usually asked if I need assistance, then wished well on my way out again.

The pharmacy tech that checked us out has poor customer service. Rudeness needs to remember we don’t know her business and we are the ones spending our money; plus masks make it hard to listen so sometimes people need to repeat themselves, so ask and be patient (it’s your job).
I like using cvs however this location is the worst about not answering the telephone in the pharmacy side... spent 25mins to wait and talk to a tech and no one answered the telephone!! The worst service!
Prescription sent over multiple times from doctor, days ago. they still haven’t figured out how to accept and fill. do not use this pharmacy for suboxone they will screw you over every time.
Love this pharmacy! The only one I use. I dont even live nearby anymore but I still come out here. James the pharmacy tech is so nice and helpful. Great customer service.
Just stood at the pharmacy counter for 5 minutes while everyone behind the pharmacy was doing their thing. Lady waited on guy in front of me then left back to her station never acknowledging me. No one said “ We will be with you shortly or anything”. Just ignored me. I realize they’re busy but I’m a customer waiting at your counter. At least acknowledge you’re aware. Geez.
Dropped off prescription at 1:30 was told it would be done in 2 HOURS. Waited and waited nothing. Went to store at 4:30 3 HOURS later and was told prescription got pushed back!!!!!! That was the only explanation I received. Then I was told give us 15-20 minutes and it will be ready. Moral of story don’t go here if your in a hurry. And I pray your not in pain or in dire need of your prescription. Would give less than a star if possible.
Hold times are absolutely ridiculous. As I write this, I am reaching a 26 minute hold time. This pharmacy is not that busy all day long to warrant these hold times. It doesnt matter what time you call either. I have had time to get in my car while still on the phone, gone through the drive through and not a soul was in line waiting and I was helped immediately. In the background you can here the automated system telling them 1 pharmacy call on hold....none brothers to answer. Now at a 30 minute hold time...wow!
I use CVS for almost all of my pharmacy needs. I find the prices very comparable to other chain pharmacies and the coupons and bonuses from filling 5 prescriptions and getting $5 back is great! Many times they will let you combine coupons and get great bargains! Great customer service and friendly employees. Cant ask for more!
UNACCEPTABLE service. Just calling to see if an RX is ready or talk to the Pharmacy is at least a 25 minute wait. Trying to pickup a script through the drive thru is again another 25 minute wait.If you plan to use a manufacturers discount card make sure you carry the card(s) with you because they dont take the time to look. I was overcharged $75 on a script when I had someone else pick it up. Relying on their automatic refills is useless. EVERY script I have had the reorder times were wrong. If I used their schedule I would be taking 40% more medications. Their refill system is constantly send some form of text message to order this or that. Super annoying. This store is getting worse as times goes along. If you have the option I would suggest WalMart over CVS. As I type this I have been waiting on the phone 27 minutes and still no answer.
HORRIBLE customer service. Called 2 times and was on hold for 20 minutes both times and nobody ever answered. Drove all the way to the store to see if they had my prescription only to have everyone behind the counter be rude. Not to mention the entire time I was waiting there was a call on hold and they were all just standing there not answering the phone. I would change to another pharmacy but my insurance demands we use CVS. I bet they wouldnt demand us use them if they knew how rude and what idiots these people are.
I was on hold for about 20 minutes, but once I was helped the customer service was great. No complaints here other than the extended wait time!
Took 3 days to get script because of cvs clerical error last month..They said script was ready on Monday..Which it wasnt..(Come to find out it was their clerical error in March)..Tuesday tech on phone was 3days later between them the doc and insurance they figured it out..Said when I come in I will need to bring a new script coupon because my old one expired..Went in again today..In front of a line they said Im sorry but your coupon was rejected you cant use it more than 12 times a year..I said lemme just pay for the script without coupon there is a line and Im not missing another dose over a coupon..got home called shire company they said..CVS ran old coupon on Monday but didnt process all the way and the old coupon was not expired because it just started feb 2019 you have 10 more uses the reason it rejected was because the old one wasnt expired and they tried to add the new one today..AGAIN clerical error on CVS part..The coupon only covers $60 BUT..$60 is $60..This isnt the first time Ive had issues..Its gone on way too long..

Worst pharmacy EVER! Called a refill over the automated system on a Sunday. Said it needed to send the doctor a request and I should get a text the following Wed. Wed. comes and no text so I call them and they say they never received a notification via their automated system to fax in a request! So, they did it on Wed. I called the next day and they said they never received a response from the doctor. Called on Friday and Saturday and they said again they never got a reply from my doctor. Here it is Monday and I call the doctor to see why they arent responding and they said they have not received ANY requested from CVS to refill my medication. NEVER GO TO CVS!!!!!!!!!!
Went here for the first time about 730 on 7/15. I find the pharmacist I duty snooty and dismissive. Tech was on no way friendly. I took my business across the street to Walgreens and they were great! Dont go here.
I wouldnt even give them a 1, the rudest, most unprofessional pharmacy ever! Tashina a tech and Richelle a pharmacist. CVS pharmacy in owasso is a joke, Worst treatment Ive ever had. They were mean to both me and my son.Aint going to say all the bad words etc just a piece of it. Heard they got alot of complaints lately on the tech girl. They said I wasnt considered a customer, refused to give me there names. They purposely covered nametags, the manager Brad handled it professionally, treated us with respect and apologized for there behavior, gave us there names and corporate numbersI got my prescription back and went to Walgreens. The techs reply was of you dont like the wait time go somewhere else. Thanks Tashina, and Richelle we will. I gave them a small piece of my mind and Tashina said if I had anything else to say come over there and say it so I went back over there told her she needed to not work in customer service since shes so mouthy, then she said she will call the cops on me. Like lady in the white coat tame your tech down but no she decided to join in. With her, Went to Walgreens they were all super nice and it only took 10 min. A lady at Walgreens said she left CVS pharmacy because of Richelle and another girl for rudeness, unkindness, mean. So obviously shes just a rude person everyday. 😔 sad. Have a nice life cvs
Wait times are awful. In store, in drive thru, on the phone to refill, it doesn’t matter; it is not uncommon to wait 30+ minutes on the phone just to speak to someone.

They put me on their automatic pharmacy call system. It was Horrible. I got calls at all times of the day, night, weekends, Sundays. It was bad. Most of the calls were plain stupid. I finally fired them but the calls kept coming! Whatever you do dont get put on their pharmacy call system!
I love CVS. Switched from Walgreens to CVS due to unhappy with Walgreens. We never have problems with CVS!
Always out of meds, I need. Takes about 1 week to get meds when they are out. Unhelpful staff. Have discount card on file, ever time i have to remind them of this to be charged properly. Very frustrating.

Friendly pharmacy workers but too long of a wait . If its an emergency prescription its not my first choice to get it filled there.
Pharmacy is awful. Both times Ive been here the customer service was poor and wait times are embarrassing. Called another pharmacy after I was told I would have to wait an hour for my script and the other pharmacy told me it would take about 10 mins. Ill be using another pharmacy from now on.
