Zero stars!!!! My double dip ice cream cone alone was a ridiculous $7.16 I guess which is fine I agreed to pay but every isnt was the fact they put the wrong ice cream on it and gave me bubble gum which had frozen pieces of bubble gum in it couldnt even eat it so I called them & explained everything & they said they dont do refunds & I said no I just want what I ordered & even though I had just came in there half hour ago they had said they have no way of looking up my purchase & would have to have the ice cream back when ever Im on my way to work & cant turn around & dont have time for them to be messing up.

Good ice cream and other treats. Service was good and the store was clean.

Great ice cream variety. Different cones and bowls. Tasted great. Mask required. Employees wore masks the whole time. Fun treat out with wife and two young kids under 4. Will be back.

Ordered a cake for pickup on a Sunday at 11 AM. Order was accepted. No phone call about pickup time needing altered to accommodate an hour change by this business. Online information states this store opens at 11 AM on Sunday. Get here to pick it up. Closed. Posted signs at location say they open at 12. Frustrating.

The owners are very nice and friendly. I grew up with Baskin and it was always a treat when I was young. the taste has not changed and it is a definite treat to get. Icecream, milkshake, and they even have a bunch of icecream cake for special occassion or for those times you like to indulge.

Bought an icecream cup here and accidentally dropped it, asked for another and the lady had a snobby attitude and said “best I can do is half off.” Lol

Food was delicious, once we got what we ordered. The employee taking orders did not know the menu. Door says Drive thru only yet there were people in line inside.

Charged me $1 extra for whipped cream! In my opinion, it should be part of a milkshake, not an extra! Not only do the charge for damn whipped cream, but then they are stingy as hell with it! This is ridiculous!

They are stage sweetest people ever they always gave my family big scoops and let me study there everything was so good I highly recommend

I love the flavors here. Some are so unique! Like love potion 31! It was delicious!! It was like a vanilla and raspberry cream with chocolate hearts that were i believe cherry creme filled!! Besides the ice cream their frapps here are amazing! The service here is wonderful. The older gentleman is awesome. Very sweet guy that seems like he loves a good laugh!

It would have been fantastic but they were out of the Baseball Nut. Its a special day, the 31st day of the month. They should have all 31 flavors especially on the 31st of the month!

My husband and I came in the last hour they were open! We got excellent customer service! They were busy on a Friday night!

Just went to this Baskin Robbins in Owasso OK. I ordered the banana royal, which says comes with 2 scoops of ice cream. There was not enough ice cream in it for one scoop. My husband ordered a 2 scoops sundae. Same thing with his, wasnt enough for even one scoop. For over $11 for ice cream you should expect to get your moneys worth. You wont here, save your money go somewhere else. This was a rip off.

Morella Lopez needs new training as to what a sundae is and what a layered treat is and on top of this she should learn customer service and not be so rude to an 8 month pregnant woman on Mothers Day for no concrete reason whatsoever except she didnt know something and got uncomfortable for me asking to have my layered treat to be layered and started treating and speaking to me very hatefully and unprofessionally. I spent over $25 and would like to receive what I paid for minus the horrible display of an out of control teen with no respect towards anyone.

Pretty good ice cream cake.

Im tired of this location skimping customers on icecream. The scoops are small and the sundaes are only 3/4 full. When youre paying $7 for a sundae it should fill the cup. Ill go elsewhere from now on .
