Very impressed with Steve, I got to the shop about a half hour before closing and he started on my AR issue right away. I admit this is my first AR so I am very uneducated with this weapon. I had no idea why it was not cycling as it should, I had bought it at a pawn shop and it would only fire one time and not eject the spent cartridge. Steve noticed the gas block was not setting correctly on the barrel, so the weapon was not back gassing as it should. Then he noticed the barrel nut was not seated and was showing threads. He removed the barrel and found that there were some unusual spacers between the barrel nut and barrel shoulder. After some research he determined that they were the whole issue. He removed the spacers and reassembled everything, allowing the gas block to realign with the barrel gas relief. I would never have found this problem. Thanks Steve for your professional!!!

Steve is unbelievable. Hands down one of the best individuals I have met. He will not lead you down a wrong path. I enjoy his expertise and down to earth attitude. He has come through for me multiple times and is not overpriced or pushy. Do yourself a favor and just sit there for 10 minutes, get to know him, and you will not be disappointed. I see them at the gun shows from time to time and I’ve visited their store. Very good customer service, and very polite people. Their prices are great too. I just recently purchased a stock from them at the last gun show I went to at a very good price. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Im not sure about all the high ratings. The hours and days it is open are pretty restricted, and even then, he does not follow what the posted hours are. Sometimes he doesnt show up until hours after when it is supposed to open. At the moment he will not answer the phone and hasnt showed up for at least a week. No one can get ahold of him and people have ordered guns and parts. Yes he is a nice guy but it is just inconvenient to do business since he is so hard to get ahold of and doesnt follow the posted hours. The transfer fee is good but it isnt worth it since the shop is never open.

Steve really knows his stuff and is customer oriented. Wont push his opinion like so many other gun guys. Listens to what you want, asks appropriate questions and leads you in the best way to fit your needs. Very professional and great prices.

Although the selection has dwindled, this is the best customer service I have ever received from a gun shop. They truly care about what will work best for their customer and don’t try to force a sale on you. Also has the best transfer fees around.

Went in a 4:45 pm when they close at 7pm. Only 1 gun was available to be seen. They were packing up everything. Was very unhappy after going in because of the good reviews. Very displeased. Will not be going back.

Awesome customer service and over all great experience. I had not previously used CB Guns for any purchases or transfers but certainly will going forward. Their transfer fee is very reasonable, typically $25 to $35 cheaper than average for the area. The customer service is second to none. During the background check the NICS system crashed and failed to respond, but they tried for two hours and stayed an hour late to try and get me my firearm that day. The issue was not their fault and occured at more than just their location, but they stayed late anyway. The staff are polite and willing to go out of their way for their customers. No pushy sales tactics used what so ever. Over all I am very satisfied with the experience. Ill be using CB Guns again for sure.

I just bought a gun out of town and had it shipped to CB Guns . It was delivered to them Monday but they havent been there to receive it . I have called everyday this week and no answer . I hope they show up before my gun is sent back to where I bought it . Wish they would leave some kind of message on there door or on there web site letting us know when they will be opened or closed . This is the 1st time this has happened to me at this gun store . Hope they are okay .

These guys are great. If they dont have what you are looking for, chances are they can order it, and when they do, they are usually doing so at incredibly competitive prices. I also like to use them as my FFL to ship to. Cant beat them. And they carry BRCC Coffee.

Like other reviews stated I only ordered a gun online and used C B Guns as my FFL Dealer. They were quick to get the paperwork/ background check taken care of and were courteous. Didnt look around the store a whole lot but prices seemed reasonable. No reason not to recommend C B Guns & Sports.

I have only been in the shop a couple of times for parts, but they seem to have reasonable prices. The staff was very helpful and took time to chat.

Really great guy thats owns and works in the store. Very accessable through Facebook and phone. Great for low cost transfers. Would highly recommend and Ive been to a lot of FFLs. This is my new FFL, even though I live in Broken Arrow. Its well worth the short drive.

Like a used car salesman, they misrepresented the product I bought by telling me it had never been fired. During breakdown I discovered it had been fired before and pieces were missing from the case. They will tell you what you want to hear and cheat you out of every penny they can.
