I took in a 5 gal bucket of paint I bought there year ago. The cap was missing but I wanted it shaken. they gave me a new cap and then shook it up. No primer on the shelves but the truck had arrived so he went thur new deliveries and found me the primer I needed. made me a good deal because I had to buy qts instead of gallons. I appreciate the extra mile to help me and also the discount.

Not happy at all with my customer service experience there twice now. There is definite blatant disregard of the DIY customers by both the management and flows down to the teenage employees. I visited once when their electricity was out, the teenaged young lady said they were not able to do anything and could operate when power came back on. I left them detailed information on the stain I needed, my name, and my number with instructions to add me in their system, so when I call, I don’t have to give them information about what they’ve done for me in the past. Same thing happened today, asked Ian to create an account, he said, “I’ll do it when you come into the store.” Picked up my stain, which I had to find my emails from 2017 to figure out what color I needed, and again questioned the teenager working there, making sure he created an account. And was astonished that the kid said, “no, it looks like we were able to figure out what you needed this time”. This was not true, because it was my research that produced the results. Very unprofessional, rude, and cater only to commercial accounts. I like Sherwin Williams products, but by phone or in store, in my experience, the Owasso customer nonservice is horrible.

I am a contractor that exclusively uses sherwin Wilkins. They have had my business for over 5 years. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. The red head man had no desire to work and try to make a product work for my homeowners specification and just blatantly said. “I don’t know.” When his coworker quickly said you can formulate it. It is not the fact that they did not have the product in the store but his attitude and eye rolling when I asked for a phone number to the store that did have the paint and then complete disregard to customer service of someone that goes through a large amount of product for them. This store is blacklisted from my business.

I went into the store today and was treated with the upmost respect and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Travis from Sherwin Williams was very knowledgeable and informative. I purchased exterior paint to paint my home which looks great now by the way. I also purchased stain for my cabinets, which was matched perfectly by Travis as well. Thanks Sherwin Williams and Travis.

Love the clean and organized space of the store. The staff were polite and helpful(Alisha). Which is what you want in any retail/customer service driven environment. Ive always done my own house painting and have the concept down. But its always a pleasure to learn and receive helpful tips and tricks. Plus I felt the staff were looking to get us the best deal, the best quality for our project, on top of the deal including the most quantity. That sort of human to human interaction is good business. Look out for my best interest and Ill keep coming back.

Its not Sherwin-Williams that Im giving the 5 * 2. It is the workers that work there. Ian was awesomely helpful and knowledgeable. Tommys quiet but gets the job done. With people like this working for Sherwin-Williams the company will be around for a long time.

While prices are a bit high, the quality of the product, service and assistance is superb. Watch for sales online. They usually have a promotion going of 30% or sometimes 40% off. Thats always the best time to buy. Paint is highest quality and staff most helpful.

Great Customer Service. Easy to find everything. Awesome color palette paint selection. Park lot is large enough for trucks and easy access off the highway.

Great customer service always appreciate the help the employees are willing to give. I usually go in there needing some advise or suggestions. Consistency of the paint is excellent, not necessarily true with paint purchased elsewhere. Highly recommend

Not helpful. Had to ask for help more than once and was basically told to go to Lowe’s because it’s Lowe’s Sherman Williams color and that store wouldn’t have the swatch. My wife got it from a different SW store not Lowe’s.

I’ve had to deal with this store, specifically Tommy, multiple times and he is the worst for customer service. He is as close to useless as they could find. I will drive to the next town over so I don’t have to deal with this store that is only 5 minutes from my house. Thanks for nothing.
