Drove an hour and a half to ride and my crank fell off! They had me in and out so I could finish my ride. Great place!

The owner is a real, regular dude,who will try to help you before he tries to sell you. The first priority is getting your issue resolved, and if that involves you making a purchase, then cool, but if not, hell want to make sure you have the best information and a clear idea of what you need. Top notch service, and the gear and bikes to match.

My fathers bike tire blew up today. I was fortunate to find this awesome bike shop to fix my fathers bike. The repair man also checked the overall safety of the bike, other components on the bike and made the appropriate adjustments. He was very knowledgeable about his field. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I have 100% confidence in this shop to make furniture repairs if needed. A+++++ for great customer service, knowledge and integrity!

Conveniently located near Owensboros Greenbelt. Dad had a flat just as we were unloading his bike for our first ride on the Greenbelt. Took the bike to Be Real hoping he could fix it quickly. We were not disappointed. In fact, when Larry got the tire off, he realized it wasnt a bad tube. Instead of selling us a new tube, he saved us money by repairing the valve stem. How awesome is that?He has earned a customer. His store has a nice selection of bikes and accessories including my favorite--Honey Stinger Waffles.

There name is who they are. Real! Called to see if they were interested in a BMX bike and they gave me all the information I needed. They were up front and honest with me and even offered to help me value and sell it. Class act guys. If your in the market you owe it to yourself to go check them out
