I bought a VW Jetta from them and when I bought it I bought it as is and the hadn’t looked over it yet. They told me if I had any problems to let them know. After I bought it I had transmission problems and told them. They told me to bring it in and drop it off so they could look at it. They ended up putting a new transmission in it for me and putting 4 brand new tires on it and did a front end alignment. Keep in mind I already signed the paperwork for it and they didn’t have to do any of that. The car runs great now and drives smooth. The transmission runs great. They didn’t charge me anything extra and I got the car for a great price. They took very good care of me and I would recommend Vantacar to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I’m extremely satisfied with the service they provided me with. Adam is the guy to talk to, he’s a straight shooter and was honest with me from the start.

Pre-Approved online. My paperwork was ready by the time I got there, and it took all of 30min to make the transaction. Bought a Honda and the second day it started having spark plug problems. I reached out to Adam at Vantacar about this, and he told me they were going to fix it free of charge. They are a dealership that cares. When buying a used car the buyer has to assume some risk, but Vantacar did their best to alleviate those concerns of mine.Theyre available and stand behind their products. Jackson had me in a PERFECT 2016 Equinox, only 26k miles, with the most beautiful interior Ive ever seen in a matter of minutes. I automatically assumed Id never be able to drive something like this back home, but he worked with me and made it so easy. Fair trade-in value on my car, negotiating wasnt even necessary. Very disappointed in our experience with this dealership. Told we were approved for a car loan, paid our deposit, signed paperwork and then 8 days later told we had to bring the vehicle back and no deal. Pushed us to give them a great review and i even recommended them to my sister who came and got a car as well. Was told by 3 seperate employees including the owner that we would get a $100 referral bonus and they refuse to give it to us. Liars and cheats!!!! Wish we had never went here

Ended up not buying the car I went to look at but the workers were friendly and were not pushing. What they did not know how to answer, they were able to go and find out for me. Nice selection on the lot even if a little bit overly crowded.

I just bought my first truck in 16 years today. I received honesty and a pressure free environment the entirety of my buying experience. I personally had Li as my salesman and I can say I wouldn’t hesitate to buy my second car from him or any of the guys I grew up with that work there. They are there to serve you and it shows. If you want to take your time and find the right reliable car this is where you go. I noticed Li had one concern during the process of my buying experience and that concern was my happiness. I’ve had a few bad experiences with car lots and actually worked at one for years. I can with out a doubt say Vantacar is one of the few exceptions that doesn’t fit the stereotype.

The guy who looks like Joe Rogan at this place tried to sell me a V6 charger with 24% interest even tho I have good creadit the sticker price was 9856 but it would have been 17000 to pay that garbage off this place is a scam. 24% interest is also a scam it should never be above 10 even for bad credit so this isnt the place keep shopping. ...Also Joe Rogan you are the person who referred Lendmark to me first. so why would you refer a first time customer to a terrible business that also has terrible reviews. dodged a bullet on that one.Hope everybody else does the same. it was not me or my credit just got a sweet deal on a car with 6% intrest so your response post blow this is a lie. Purchased a vehicle that ended up having hidden mechanical problems. Total costing $4000.00 in hidden repairs. Went to return it the next day after buying it and was told we don’t take cars back. Can’t trust a company that won’t stand behind their vehicles and unsatisfied customers.*Update Engine light came on day after buying and engine started knocking.

Li tried to sell us something with a blown head gasket for full price. Claimed they didnt know which is extremely hard to believe considering they had just scrubbed the whole thing down inside and out and I noticed within seconds of looking at it.
