When somebody drives one of youre business vehicles that has your name all over it you should probably choose somebody who has respect for other people as the person who drives the white Toyota sequoia with your name all over it has absolutely no consideration for the people at all passing people stuffing the vehicle into holes they do not fit in riding the persons rear end each time. So disrespectfull and illegal. With this display of utter stupidity and disregard for others why would I ever do business at your establishment.

For truck drivers coming into deliver - Google maps is pretty good. Take i69 to exit 12 (google maps says 77a) 9005 going east, to exit 12 60 bypass south, go to exit 16 231 west left, go to burlew rd light turn right, go past to 2nd driveway turn right. Stop and call to let them know youre here. If you get here late you could spend the night. Lees chicken is down by the light, for sweet tea, chicken biscuits. Good people, fast unload.

Very friendly and helpful

Excellent customer service. I had trouble with my trees 2 years after I bought them. An employee asked for pictures via email. Another employee replied, with a lot of detail, how to troubleshoot the issue and explained what had happened. I am so impressed by this business’s customer service.

Friendly service and good products.

I had always heard this was the best place for getting your landscaping done. We had them come landscape our front yard last year. $3000 later we ended with plants coming out of the ground and having to be staked back up with ugly black leather and many dying. We have been told by many we paid for a shoddy job.

EDIT: wow, the store manager absolutely made things right, which prompted me to edit this review. He did just as he said he would: he refunded me the entire price for the tree. Apparently this was all just a simple miscommunication. My wife and I will be headed back to Integrity for our spring project.While this place does have a varied collection sure to meet most peoples needs, and while the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they dont stand behind their products like other nurseries in the area do. At Integrity, you only get half the plants value, and they dont tell you that up front.My wife and I bought a purple smoke bush tree here, but it died within a few months of planting. I followed all the steps they told me to follow (sprayed it weekly and fertilized it with the products they recommended, watered according to instructions, etc.). The tree had contracted some sort of fungus disease due to the very wet spring we had. Finally, after seeing just how awful the tree looked, the customer service rep told me to bring the plant back and that I would receive an in-store credit for the plants value. But when I brought it back, the man with whom I spoke told me I would only get half the plants value back.I got a gift card for 79.00, which is better than nothing---and yes, I probably should have asked what their return policy was before I spent over 600 dollars on landscaping items. Now that I know what it is, I think Ill take my spring project back to Bowling Green, where I know Ill get a better warranty. I would think that in 2019, one would automatically expect at least a one-year, full-refund warranty policy from a place as successful as Integrity (and one with that name, which I find a bit hypocritical now).Ill spend the 79.00 on hard-scaping material. At least I know that rocks wont die. And I do need some more rocks.
