I called to get price range on recliners. The sales person told me she was away from the furniture and proceeded to estimate the price range. I dont think an estimate is what I asked for. I needed a person who would look up or go see the price range. If you dont want to work or get up and walk a few feet, find another job.

Very friendly and professional staff. Helpful without hovering. Quality furniture. They take the time to educate customers about their choices, pros and cons, and are honest and transparent. Highly recommended.

Mudd’s always goes over and above! My mother in law is in great pain because of her cancer and she needed a recliner and they delivered one even though they were really busy! The guys were great and helped my father in law move a chair to make space. Our family has always enjoyed shopping at Mudds!

I found staff to be rude and unhelpful. Saleswoman kept leaving me to talk to another couple. I needed to furnish an entire house, I left Mudds showroom with nothing. Also, the store is not handicap accessible.
