Not open during posted hours! No message on phone saying they were not open! Poor business practices!
Kind, does very good work
Have had my pool for over 5 YEARS. Christina and her father have went above and beyond for me. Wonderful customer service. Great price. Trustworthy. I highly recommend. I was very concerned when I saw the negative reviews. I have not once in my 6ish years dealing with them, ever had a negative experience. I hope that continues.
Professional Pools installed a new liner for our pool last spring. My husband contacted them last summer about a leak in the liner and they promised to send someone to repair a warranty leak. As of March 13, 2019, no one has been here despite many phone calls, promises made and trips to their store to find out when someone will be here. Six months is more than a reasonable time to repair a leak.
They are running behind
I contacted this company on 4/10/2017 to open a pool and spoke with Manager Christina who is in charge. They were asked to open the pool and fix a leak on the water pump, we scheduled it for Friday 5/12/2017. After the initial open (all they did was turn the pool on) I had to call back and inform her the leak was not fixed because the pool room still had water spewing from the pump. She seemed overwhelmed and actually made this UGHHHH sound on the phone call with me, and then proceeded to ask if I could email her after she let me know that Sometimes the fixes vibrate loose, it might sound crazy but it happens and that she would send someone out to repair it again the following Friday. Well no one came that Friday so I emailed her again since she asked for that to be her preferred method of contact . She then emailed me back in ALL CAPS that she would have to check with the technician later that evening and get back with me. Twenty-four hours later she never emailed me back, so I sent another email asking her if she had found anything out. One hour after that nothing, I was frustrated by this point (2 1/2 weeks since the initial opening) so I sent her another email voicing those frustrations. I Informed her that I was trying to be patient but the lack of communication was an issue and asked if her company would be able to fill our prior scheduled requests. Well that was two days ago and still no response. Ignoring your customers is no way to run a business. Needless to say DONT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! They sent us a bill that did not even have the repair on there, so they charged us to turn the pool on and add chemicals which we could have done ourselves. This seems to be a trend for all the tri-state pool companies. Beyond frustrating.
Over the past few months, I have attempted to reach this place to hammer down a time to come out and see what it would take to repair our pool. I have sent email, left voicemails, spoke with the front desk, but NO ONE has returned our call. It is extremely frustrating when you are a pool owner and no one has the time call you back. I understand that late spring/early summer is very busy for pool places, but I started calling in February. This is unacceptable. Go elsewhere, if you can find anyone.
Very helpful bunch of people. Kept me informed during the whole process. Thanks for all the great help
Dont waste your time. More trouble than they are worth. Took two weeks to get an appt with this company, which I was happy to take due to needing some hot tub repair. I found out early in this arrangement, that they are one of few hot tub repair services in town. The technician never showed nor called at the scheduled date and time. I called the office the next day and left messages with no return call. Two days after the missed appt, the tech shows up unannounced and briefly evaluates my tub situation. Orders parts and I dont hear from them for two weeks. I call back and schedule another date for repairs which they were quite reluctant to do. The day before my appt I call to confirm, and the two women I spoke with were very confrontational and it was obvious that my job wasnt important, and theyd get to me when they could. She did try and justify the time lapse by explaining that they wouldnt work on my tub under 40 degrees or in the rain, which I understood. So I pulled the recent months weather and the conversation stalled with her. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. I visited the facility to pay for my parts to get someone else to install. The way they maintain their facility and grounds are defiantly a reflection of their service.
Great family owned business!
Very friendly staff, and good prices compared to the other pool stores in town.
Bought our hot tub there and for the money it was ok, but when it broke down after a couple of months... it took two weeks for some one to finally fix it right. I would recomend shopping around first before buying.
I was there today, They greeted me me when I walked in and a very nice lady asked me if I needed any help and also offered to test my pool waterprices on everything I bought were very fair.I will be going back for any of my pool needs.
They also rent Uhaul trucks. Thats why I was there.
Do not do business with this company. If you ever have an issue, good luck getting help.
Very knowledgeable. Have gone above and beyond to help me when I have questions or have problems.
