If I could go lower I would. Have bought 3 things from this store and 2 of then broke instantly. They wont replace or refund them either... plenty of places around here. Do not waste your money at this scam shop. Lowest rated place in Owosso for a reason!

Horrible place. Bought a glass piece. Took it home filled it up and it was leaking from one of the glass welds. So your receipt is worthless and was told they can’t do nothing but I can come back and buy another one for 30% off. Lol

Very nice and helpful. Made a call to find a certain coil, they took the time to ✔️ their inventory and had it waiting for me.

Great place. Dude knows his stuff. Each time I go in there I am greeted by the guy that works there. He hooked me up with a grab bag and I was not disappointed. 300 dollars worth of Merch for only 42.00 out the door. I highly recommend this spot! Solid customer service.

Atrocious customer service!! Do not buy from them!! They dont back ANY sales! There are too many good places that offer great service. First, they steered me towards a purchase I am happy with, then stopped carrying the supplies! Then steered me into a purchase I hated and wouldnt refund. Husband went there to get a Xmas gift, which person didnt want, and they would not refund! Brand new, in box not used! They knew it was a gift and did not tell him he could not exchange or return. So, they tricked him. Bad, Bad, Bad!!! Minus 100 on rate scale!

Rips people off!!!. Iv been making my own concentrates for years and always used whip it butane.. this place charges 100 for a case. When right on the box its buy one get one free per can but the owner maked over that on the box with marker and wants to charge you full price. When i can get a full case from my normal smoke shop for 56 bucks. Big big diffrence. Wont be spending anymore money here. Even the cans state right on the but one get one free. STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF

Staff was nice, but the cigar humidor smelled horribly like onions and body odor. Some of the pricier Padrons wrappers were visibly damaged, most likely from poor humidor conditions. I personally believe they have a fungus or mold problem in the humidor.

They do have a great selection and low prices.. That being said the management team is very unprofessional. Screaming at the employees in front of customers is not a way to run a business.

I used to frequent here literally once a week. Now I refuse to go in at all. Ive taken all my business down the road to Wild Bills for a number of reasons.1. Dont yell at/ talk down to employees while customers are present.2. Dont put a sign on the door that says you will match / beat all competitors pricing and then flip out when asked about a product that was marked $40 higher than the same one down the road.3. Dont be rude to your customers and make them feel stupid for inquiring about a product.4. Be more attentive to your staff instead of standing in the corner bullshitting about life when someone has asked you twice to see a product. Obviously you didnt want it sold, so I left all together.Good job guys, You just lost not one but 2 customers who bought anywhere from $20-100 in products a week. EACH.

Employees dont live up to company standards, I bought a wax pen from there about a week ago and the button broke on it. So I took it back up there and they would not let me replace it or anything. Im sticking with wild bills from now on. 🖕🖕👌👌

Summary: great store with an even greater selection and, somehow, even GREATER customer service!I came in today with my wife looking to get some ejuice for our vape. Ive never been to this store before but, just, wow! It certainly wont be my last time!!The first thing we noticed coming in was the MASSIVE selection of glass pipes and accessories in every size, shape, and color you can imagine. There had to be over 1000 different types of pipes, bubblers, bongs, and chillums.A great gentlemen named Riley came over to help us look at a few pieces in locked cupboards. This guy was not only super knowledgeable about the products but was a comedian and had us laughing the entire time. Many of these pieces were custom blown and works if art!The selection of ejuices here is amazing. We wanted Naked brand and theres an entire shelf just for Naked. Riley went through nearly every single bottle, reading the flavors and giving us some of his own experiences. His co-worker Dakota threw in some helpful info on ejuice refinement and the effects on the coils. Truly, truly, amazing staff!This store also has a gigantic selection of many tobacco related products, cleaners, rollers, and a huge humidor full of popular cigars.All in all 11/10!!! We will definitely be making this our go-to store for our vape accessories!

They have a terrific selection, but when I went in looking for a new E-cig the guy who helped me forgot to tell me that the tank he sold me isnt compatible with the battery and then didnt give me a receipt so I couldnt even return either. When I went in there the next day to see if I could get a coil head compatible with both my tank and battery I got one too big so I went to return it 5 minutes later with a receipt and the manager would only give me in store credit for it and said that people can buy whatever they want, it doesnt mean the get a refund if they dont like it. No where in the store does it say no refunds. The two girls working didnt know anything about vaping but tried their best to help and even stuck up for me when I wanted to return the wrong coil head. The only good thing about this store is the big selection, but online has bigger.

I stopped in looking for help on vape. These guys know there stuff. Helped me understand how to use them and which products were best for me and my CBD use.

New people bought these guys, and the new people have some good staff, so in anticipation of the New Broom: .... In a low selection area of the store (to be improved ASAP) a staff person located an inexpensive but very effective replacement for an expensive item I misplaced. Well done, first visit, I will return.

I had the worst experience there they sold me a a top of the line vaporizer an it did not work so I called them an found that it was a show model to show people how it works an that why they sold it so cheap an they had it for a while there were things missing out.of the box 3 thing were missing and it did not work it had been a Flore model an never keeper charged so thats why it wood not work the battery is so deed it will not heat up to vap so they can not sell floor models and I got ripped off they will not exchange it or given a refund and I talked to the regional manager and he will not do anything I do not recommend any one to shop there they are scam artists I am livid over this it was my Christmas money and now I have nothing for Christmas thank u very much u Jenks I am 100 percent disabled an I told him an he does not care what a jerk

AVOID AT ALL COST! I bought a $35 tank for my e-cig mod from this store, take the tank home and it leaks everywhere, bad seals. Return to store the next day to get a replacement and the employee informs me that they do not accept returns... So this place sells me a bad item and wont even exchange it for a new one, very poor business practices. The Tobacco Shoppe will not be getting another dime from me. Ill drive to Swartz Creek or Lansing where there are shops that know how to treat customers and stand behind the products they sell.
