When my daughters car wouldnt start, we had it towed to Reeves as it was the closest repair shop we knew of.Their tow service is always great. From this tow to every unlock they have done on our vehicles.As far as getting the car fixed, it was done within 3 days. They kept us informed each step of the way and that work they did was a fair price.When we picked the car up, they were kind, respectful and funny. Very happy with Reeves!

Has several A+ mechanics and fair prices. Ive come to completely trust Jeff and his crew and highly recommend them. You will usually need an advance appointment but if you have an urgent situation they can oftentimes work with you.

Never come here for an alignment! I bought a new to me, 94 camaro, replaced everything in the front end and now I’m left with 2 ruined tires because the alignment wasn’t correct and I was really hoping to enjoy this car until winter. I took it the first time and they informed me that the “alignment tech” wasn’t in this week and they would get it as close as they could and then tell me to bring it back in a week or so and they would correct it free of charge. Cool. so I take it back a week later, they “corrected the alignment” and that was that. The car has some play in the steering shaft so I figured that’s what was causing the wheel to have play whileDriving. Nope.... so remember people, only go to places that do nothing but alignments and maybe you’ll have better luck than me. Now I have to fork out 500 bucks for new pilot sports because someone didn’t do there job correctly. If you guys couldn’t get it right you should have just told me. I would have taken it elsewhere and maybe you guys wouldn’t be getting this bad review.

They have even found potentially dangerous problems I didnt even know about, called me about them, and fixed everything for less than other quotes on just the work I knew of. Im a long time customer and have always give Reeves five stars. However, I visited recently to have my headlight replaced. I received sticker shock when I was charged $55, for the replacement. That wasnt the cause for my rating. Within a week, the bulb burned out. I took it back in and needed to make an appointment. They indicated a new bulb would be replaced at no charge. When I did take it in, they replaced the headlight, but handed me a bill for another $23, stating that they had experienced bulbs burning out on Prius and that I required a Toyota bulb. This OEM bulb was more expensive, they claimed, and had to charge me the additional amount. Paying $78 for a headlight replacement seems outrageous and I was not given the opportunity to at least stick with the generic replacement (incidentally, I had generics put in many times and they all lasted for normal lifespans). Im disappointed with Reeves, as Ive always had great experiences there, previously. Not to mention, they are very personable and normally explain everything before a repair, if things go wonky.(Update: Shortly after having posted this review, I received a call from Reeves. In that call, I learned that there was a miscommunication within the staff there and that the service representative charged me the additional difference in cost of the OEM Toyota headlamp, over the non-OEM, which was originally installed. Not only did I receive an apology, but a credit was issued to my card, immediately. Obviously, service isnt limited to the work performed, but it extends to any necessary follow-up to that work. Reeves Wheel Alignment excels at both and because of this, I am changing my initial start-rating to reflect this.)

Slowest service ever. Clearly not very thorough either. Have gone in for an oil change and the very next day the battery was dead. It was badly corroded as well, but clearly they never popped the hood to check.

Made me buy parts I didnt need because the miss diagnosed the problem they were very rude and over priced and wouldnt let me see my old parts which didnt need to be replaced or they didnt replace them save ur money go somewhere else

Very expensive normal businesses give discount on tow or free tow if u get work done they charged 40 for estimate and charged 200 for a starter that I could of bought at advance for 85 and they dont take customer parts
