We had a bad experience with the Bay Rd store the lady was having hot flashes or something and was not explaining the problem with a return she even kicked the bag on the floor. Today I went to the owosso store to avoid her but there she was again, UGH!!!! Im sorry but she should not be behind the counter but in the stock room only!

Very friendly and personable staff with excellent advice. They treat you like a friend, remembering their customers on a very real level. Great knowledge and vast personal experience to help you out in any situation. Never pushy or overbearing.

The Sally girls here are so helpful, really care about their customers and are very well educated about their products. They are not quick to just throw some strong bleach at you like other girls do at other Sallys locations. They take the time to find out as much as they can about your hairs history and provide you with the best advice they have.

Some big lady worked there today was rude, I asked some qesutions about what I was buying and she was being so rude about it🖕

With the help from.their staff I was able to take my hair from black to blonde with minimal damage!

The staff is very helpful with HONEST recommendations from personal experience of their own. They arent looking to make more sales, they know the best, fastest, easiest, and cheapest product to do the job you want to do.
