Went to van Ryan’s a little over year ago and bought two recliner chairs. Six months later one of the chairs was leaning to the right they were both the same type of chair . Informed Roland the manager that the chair was not working well. I asked if he could come to the house and fix it he said no you have to bring it in. Took the chair in March and informed him what was wrong he said it was under warranty and they would fix it. Call them several times over the summer in August they told me the chair was fixed. I asked him if it was still leaning to the right they said it was fixed. Went in to pick the chair up and it was in the same condition. They stated their own repair man would work on it which would get it fixed much quicker .It is now November almost and they have no current deadline for when the chair will get repaired. Asked for money back or replacement chair he said absolutely not. I’ve been waiting eight months now for my chair they don’t seem to care about their customers too bad I would not go there ever again

Went in on Monday and picked a living room set and bed. Jalen was very helpful with helping us choose a perfect set that we liked. It was delivered two days later on Wednesday. Corey and Bo set everything up and were super fast, friendly, and efficient. Very happy with our purchases and how quickly everything came. Other stores gave us delivery time frames in weeks and months, so Von Ryans being able to deliver and set up everything so quickly was awesome. The service provided at Von Ryans was excellent and I highly recommend them.

Excellent pricing and fantastic delivery service. Sits back from the road so we almost missed it. Worth a look as the selection was good and after asking they found a dining room set that was perfect.

Horrible business. Furniture we got from them was falling apart. They fixed it twice, but still was falling apart. After 8 months of trying and 3 months of them having a piece of our couch, we finally put our foot down and demanded something be done to finally fix this problem. They got angry with us and now refuse to fix it and honor the warranty from the manufacturer. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. They are good salesmen, but run a poor business and do not care about customer satisfaction. Buy from Costco or Macys they at least will back their products up and replace them if needed.

Fantastic best place Ive ever been thank you Roland and thank you Bo and Corey you guys are the best.Cuz I was waiting for 6 months for Ashleys furniture in Flint on Miller road linden to deliver me just one chair and it wasnt going to be here for over 6 months and you guys got this here for me in less than an hour thank you guys so much Im loving it

I went to Von Ryans for the first time on Monday had amazing service in the store, bought new livingroom furniture. It was in stock and delivered Wednesday before noon and the delivery guys were awesome too! I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

This place is awesome! Not bad on pricing and the staff is so very nice!! We bought 3 twing mattresses and one queen and its so nice that I cannot wait to come home and go to bed!! Thank you guys for being awesome!!!

Entered this store for the first time and was in there less than 5 min and walked out irritated.Jay needs more training as a salesman. His people skills are poor and his sly comments were rude. He’s a young guy trying to make sales but he needs to develop a better first impression for his customers. I’m not one to get irritated quickly but his comments were rude and he attempted to downgrade us in an effort to get a sale.

We had went in the store and was welcomed right away. Told them that we was just looking and they said that is fine any question just ask. Well we was looking for just an recliner but as we walked around and decided to get an recliner and an couch. We ordered it on Sunday and had it delievered on Wednesday. Could of had it on Tuesday but wasnt good timing for me. They had what we was looking for insyock and on hand. Thank you

Just had my recliners delivered Cory and Terry where the best. Very friendly and put our recliners in the upstairs room and set them up. Jalen was very helpful as well with his knowledge of the chairs. Thank you. Will definitely be back

Very over priced and wouldnt budge. Found a beautiful set at Ashley Home store at a great deal instead. The worker was nice though. Owner is not, as you can see.

The salesman promised me the guys would break down my old bed frame and move it to another room. They broke it down after calling the store to try getting out of it and left the frame in pieces in my other room. I was not happy.

Staff here are very friendly, I found exactly what I was looking for. They delivered my furniture same day too. This the 4th furniture store I have purchased from and it will be the only one I go to for now.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! I BOUGHT A COUCH THROUGH THEM, HAVE OWNED IT LESS THAN A YEAR AND IT HAS ALREADY HAD TO BE FIXED MORE THAN ONCE! THIS LAST TIME(THE ONE THEY ARE REFUSING TO FIX) IT ALMOST CAUGHT FIRE! AFTER DEALING WITH A RUDE MANAGER, NAMED ROLAND, NUMEROUS TIMES, I ASKED FOR THE OWNER! MY WIFE TALKED TO THE OWNER AND HE WAS ALSO INCREDIBLY RUDE! MY SUGGESTION TO ANYONE WHO WILL TAKE IT IS, DO NOT EVER BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY DEFECTIVE FURNITURE AND HAVE NO ONE WILLING TO HELP! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE

I Had a good experience with this store. Roland sold me my sectional ! I was impressed with how patient and helpful he was and the movers were very nice they had clean shoes on when they entered my home! Thank you and yes I’d buy from this store again!

I payed for my sectional and recliner on dec. 26th of 2019. I was told everything was at the wearhouse and would be delivered on the 4th of January. I got the sectional but no recliner . ......still zwaiting January 9th.Get my recliner here or refuned my moneys.Was told no refunds (tired of waiting)
