Staff is great. Very friendly and helpful.Mens clothing selection is a little limited with lots of items only available in odd sizes. Sale prices and specials are usually pretty good but normal prices run kind of high.

I have always had good customer until today i was shopping and they were close to closing and the cashier was nice but the other staff were a little rude when i brought up the close that i didnt want from the fitting room (another associate ask me to) and they had charged me more then the price on the sign and they told me i didnt read it right, i had to show them the sign. must have been a bad day and they just wanted me out so they could close.

Staff was almost non existent. I went to get a dress shirt. The two fitting rooms by the dress shirts were occupied by some lady and her two children. I was just getting a dress shirt though so I tried them on over my current shirt. By the second shirt it was clear I was not getting help so I stopped trying to be neat about putting things back. I was there on a day when only about 7 other people were in the store. I tried on about 10 shirts over 30 minutes and never got help. Horrible customer service.

Because of stores like Walmart, we see less and less of stores like this. But the prices here compete and the quality is far better. Also if your not looking to go through a much larger store this is the place for you.

Store is so hot I have to leave. Three times over the past 4 months Ive tried to shop here. Each time after Im in for 20-30 minutes Im sweating bullets. Ill have garments draped overy arm, my purse over my shoulder, carrying my jacket and just cant stay. I leave without buying amything. Its sad because stores need customers but how can we shop if its too damn hot? I can be in Walmart for hours. Carts to hold my items and no heat wave.

I shop the JCPenney store in Owosso, Mi. a lot. They have plenty of items to choose from. Nice clean store with friendly cashiers.

I spent almost an hour regarding a return. Very upset as very incompetent staff at store and since they couldnt help me we called online JcPenney for help but they were equally incompetent. My issue was unresolved so I just left store. Very ridiculous!
