Service was good, price was even better. Great to see a coed tech business in the community. I did not notice any unfair racial treatment as I am a person of color. Everyone in the store was cool when I walked in the door as they should be lol. Will be going back.- Bentley

Computer was having issues with crashing and startup. Decided to go with 10 Comp and happy I did. They diagnosed and fixed the issues at a great price! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly Recommend.Update: computer was having issues due to one of the components they installed. Called and they said it could be examined the same day. Took computer in and they said it would be at least two days before they could look at it and it would be $75/hr. Not so sure about there computer skills or customer service now.

Jess at 10 Computers was able to fix my computer in justt a couple days. I needed all my work files saved after it kept crashing on me so I brought it to them. They replaced a dead memory chip and dead power supply and it works like new again.Highly recommended, 5 out of 5 stars.

The guys know what theyre doing pretty much however the lack of customer relations and communication is a far cry from their technical abilities. In the one instance I issue which was to be addressed wasnt towed until after the completing the repair and then sticker shock on the cost.How about advising customers of the cost of the repair up front even if they want to find out if youre capable of completing such a repair dont proceed with the repair without first disclosing but the consumer will be out of pocket for.Secondly, there seems to be some discrepancy in what exactly the fees for certain repairs as one individual went in and asked for the repair to be given a price a second undercover shopper went in one day later only to receive a different price.What were the significant differences between the two shoppers, one my roommate who is African-American and myself who is Caucasian... I cannot speak specifically to whether color play the role or it was just happen tense that there were two different prices for two people of different ethnic backgrounds but the main importance here is manipulation in the pricing

The service here is outstanding! They were able to get my security team up and running. All of our computer and radio needs were completely taken care of. I would recommend these guys to anyone!!!

Great place friendly staff. I dropped off a TV and a stack of 3 laptops. They made it easy to understand how the process worked and got all my equipment back up and running quick.

They did not do the job, returned broken notebook, charged $85 and deceived me. At first visit a lady at front desk requested to pay in front $85 for parts and $25 for the labor after the repair is done. Labor is not refundable. I paid in full 110$ in front. They kept my notebook for ~month and stopped responding to my request about status of the repair. I came after a month, and a lady, I talked first time, escaped quickly, when she saw me. Another representative, a gentleman, stated, that labor was $85 (not $25 as lady initially said).I requested my notebook back, and a gentlemen withheld $85 from me (not $25 as lady initially said) for labor (which actually was not done) and returned broken notebook. To my question, If you didn’t do anything, then why did you take the money? he answered: We did a job, just we cannot repair.The final result of their service - Ive lost ~1 month, they charged me 85$ and returned me not working laptop with a new charging port.

The owner is extremely rude and not professional. I live in both Russia and the US. I visited you to find out how things are going with the repair of my husbands tablet . You promised to fix it, withdrew money (a fairly large amount), but returned it in its original, unrepaired condition. His report is here too. I have never and nowhere encountered the service like this. You can be proud . Now your brilliant computer service in a small Michigan town is known in two countries.

Great service, I started at geek squad and was told to buy a new computer.I then took my computer to 10 computer and there staff noticed my harddrive happened to be away from the connector, the honest service saved me lots of money and fixed the issue by just putting a screw back in the computer to hold down the drive. Its nice to see a honest shop.

I called these guys to see if they had any ram available for my pc. They told me to bring it in, and they would see if the ram sticks that they did have would work before I bought them. So I did just that, and they found two 4bg sticks of ddr3 basic old ram sticks amongs many others in a plastic bin of used sticks, that read on my pc. So they did take the time to do that for me which I appreciated. But the entire time one of the guys whos name I didnt catch was very annoying about my pc... telling me how old it is and that I shouldnt be able to run any games on it at all. Which is not what I came in for. Once the helpful guy was finished installing the ram sticks I went to checkout and the total was $80!!! I dont know much about pcs but I do know that for 2 sticks of 4gb ddr3 ram 80$ is wayyyyyyy to much. So I feel taken advantage of. But nonetheless it was me who finalized the sale and paid for it! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless it was extremely urgent and there was no other way. Over all one guy was helpful and inviting to speak to. The other guy was very much hurting business. Not sure whos ides it was to charge $80 for two 4gb sticks or ddr3 ram.

I have taken several on my computers there for service and had nothing but great service. My wifes laptop had problems and they were honest enough to tell me it was unrepairable without trying to sell me a new one. It is a drive for me but I will go the extra distance to support them.

If I could give this place a zero stars I would! Horrible service! Horrible communication! They had our TV for over a year and a half possibly two years. It took them six months to get the part and said it was the wrong part, so we left there waited for the new part a year later nothing it doesn’t work, And no phone call to let us know we once again had to contact them. So instead of picking it up we really wanted our TV fixed so we left It with them longer big mistake! Made a Call tonight to see how the TV was doing since there’s no communication and they do not contact us. They did call me back right away THIS TIME and decided to tell me that the TV was picked up. When I know for a fact that TV was not picked up! So I’m going to make the assumption they fix it and resold it, or possibly kept it for themselves. I did hang up on them and did not Continue the conversation, due to the fact he was trying to tell me that they had it documented that we picked up the TV. Once again we did not pick up the TV. Couple thousand dollar TV who knows what they did with it. I would recommend this place to no one!!!June 1,2020Since I cannot reply back to the owners reply obviously it’s their word against mine if no one believes me that is fine the tv was broke that is why we brought it in! As I said in my original statement, the tv was NOT returned to us there is NO paperwork with our signature on it for pick up! Horrible service would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! Almost a year without hearing from them while we had to continue to contact them with no response kinda funny I did call them to leave a message at midnight due to me working 2nd shift and they FINALLY returned a call at midnight!!!! My computer screen would randomly go black when I flipped it up or down and would sometimes come back on for no apparent reason. Looking online, there were multiple reasons for this happening so I took it here and they repaired the issue the same day for a fair price. They didnt try to upsell me other things or try to rip me off which I appreciate. Well done!

Poor service and did a poor performance.I worked for this company for almost a year and I know exactly how the place was run. Customer or not I saw so many unsatisfied customers walk through the door that I can tell you that one tiny little review wont make a diffrence in their.So again... I TALKED with many CUSTOMERS who would know exactly how the service was and they all said the same. Already draining reputation. And on top of that they threatened me when I wrote a review. Would not trust going there. I know enough about the store know how badly it was run. If I were anyone Id stay away.I never had any problem with the staff or anyone or anything involving the store, although the service is definitley not good and will take quite some time.Also just for refrence the manager of the store has no actual computer training, which you can ask her yourself if you ever go in. This is my honest and personal expirience from the store. I will not stand for people trying to block my voice from being heard. Dont believe me just see the hundreds of other bad reviews from previously dedicated customers. Again I have PLENTY of SERVICING expirience in this business (on top of them never paying me, despite working the full day. A fellow collegue was working under an internships for his college class, but nobody else got compensation for all the hours we worked) and would know more than anyone what kind of shady things theyd be doing.Also need to mention that the owner is a complete cheapskate and will more than likley put a cheap part into your computer, because he doesnt want to actually spend money on parts. Almost all of the parts are either spares or from ebay, so you know none of it has been quality tested.Again if you dont believe me then ask the several customers who all say the exact same thing. On top of that a cigarette smell always lingers around the shop.Edit: Also... They stole a buddy of mines computer and sold it and then blamed it on me and another employee, despite the fact that we were never working there when said computer went missing. Another great service of 10 computer... They very well may just might take your computer for repairs and wind up stealing it and selling it for parts to help fund their already failing business. It seems that the owner holds a personal grudge against me, despite the fact that when I was there was the only time the damn store was somewhat remotely organized.

Its nice to have a real old school electronics shop. Nice computer parts. And systems made there.

I was very excited to find a computer company with peripherals for sale in my small town I cannot wait to see what they turn into. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service and their concern I like the statement customer service is more important than money to us.it makes me feel good to know that somebody actually cares about customers I feel really comfortable their shop is small but packs a lot of inventory I may even consider buying my new gaming computer from them I love the new downtown look
